Once known as the Peabody, the Hyatt Regency in Orlando is top notch. From the moment you walk in the door you are over taken by the elegant atmosphere. Typically book this hotel on Priceline's Name Your Price tool for 90/night. Can't go wrong.

Stopped to visit a friend and have breakfast on-site. Only parking available was public garage. No pricing listed at entrance. One hour later I found it was $25 I get that this is a resort I don't understand why there isnt a reasonable short term parking option. $10, I'd have been ok.

Next time, I'll pick them up at the door, and we'll go to Denny's.

Lovely building with large open public spaces. The food service was a little disappointing. Quality and flavor were only average and not worth the high price and long wait to be seated.

Best hotel experience I ever had, the staff was very nice and greeted you. The food from the B-line restaurant comes quick to your room and tastes delicious. I stayed in the hotel for MEGACON 2018 and it has a elevated walking path connected to it also. My room had everything I needed and great views.

This is an amazing hotel/resort right next to the convention center. I can't wait to come back next year! There is plenty of night life in and out of the resort and has accomodations for the largest groups.

I was just there for the pool since one of my friends was staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the pool is such a nice place to be. Parking was very expensive and it didn't have you the chance to pay by hour but overall I very pleasant experience

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at! I don't know where to begin. There is so much beautiful open space in the lobby. The fitness center is nicer than some gyms. It has any type of equipment you could want and offers spin and yoga classes. The pool is beautiful with a waterfall and a slide. The room was really nice. It had the biggest TV I have seen in a hotel room. There was even a TV in the bathroom mirror!

We recently had our company convention at the Hyatt and wanted to be sure to express how absolutely professional the staff was. A gentlemen by the name of Luk went over and beyond to ensure that the food that was provided for the conference met my dietary needs. I have an auto immune condition and it's always difficult when traveling to ensure the meals I eat meet certain conditions. He personally ensured I had a filling and delicious meal with options. It would have been easy to say I needed to eat what was provided or to go somewhere else. Instead I received not only a meal but even went further to put together a dessert I could eat knowing that coffee and cookies were going to be served following lunch( something I wouldn't have been able to enjoy) he brought me to tears with his thoughtfulness. Thank you for an amazing experience. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Hyatt property. Nicely laid out with many amenities. Upscale design and decorations. Nice pool and multiple bars and restaurants. Quiet and comfortable, spacious rooms (and bathrooms!). TV in the bathroom

Exceptionally clean . The market was really nice but everything was overpriced one blueberry muffin was $4 a smalle cup of fruit was $6. The coffee machine in our Room was broken which is why I subtracted 1 star otherwise great place to stay for a night. Also on the high end side for price...

It's nice... But not close to nice enough. The front desk has been short staffed all 3 times I needed help. The 'concierge' is just a bunch of pretty girls that can't actually help you much. The airport shuttle is a hired out company that only picks up at the 45 and a minimum of 3+ hours before your flight. The poolside bar is overpriced. I've been here for 5 days, I probably won't ever come back. Last time I was in Orlando I had much better service at the Grand Bohemian for less per night.
Agian, it's nice... But for this price I expected better then nice.

P.S. the pool closes at 11pm for no reason that I can figure. There are no guards or staff that need to leave, it's an arbitrary rule that they enforce like it was part of the Constitution.

Huge rooms with great view of massive pool outside & Disney fireworks in the distance. TV in bathroom mirror! I watched the World Series game from the tub! Also really liked the market where you could get food coffee drinks etc. fairly quickly. The only downside was that service in the room was less than perfect we never had our trash emptied and promised refresh of meeting coffee service wasn t done.

I stayed this past Saturday with my children. The room was not to par. We had a large empty space where the refrigerator should have been. The beds were not clean and missing sheets. The kids and I felt like we didn t get a good night sleep as we were too grossed out to roll around and actually sleep. We all slept on top of the comforter which we have no idea if it was actually cleaned. My sister and brothers rooms were great but they must have rushed and just cleaned the bathroom not the beds in our room. And my family all had refrigerators in the rooms. When I complained to the front desk at checkout the lady didn t even care like it was normal.

Excellent room and beautiful facilities. Staff was extremely helpful and always smiling. Easy walk to the convention center. The parking garage is detached so plan your baggage drop off/pick up, or take advantage of the valet. Our room was clean, had no odors, and was very comfortable. Restaurant/cafe in the lobby accepts reservations if you are crunched for time. I did not eat at the steak house restaurant on site, nor try room service, but the cafe had a healthy selection and great service. This is a very large facility capable of handling large groups and easily does so.

Check-in went well. Bell hops took my luggage and stored it until I parked my car and checked in. The room was very clean and tidy. I had an issue with the courtesy light under my nightstand. The first night, it stayed on all night. I called maintenance the next morning, and they had it promptly fixed. I received a FedEx pkg, and the hotel charged me a $5 handling fee. I was surprised by that. There was an iPod dock with a clock on my nightstand that I couldn't use bcz I have an Android phone. I had to move it from the nightstand. So, I didn't have a clock. I suggest that the hotel add usb ports to lamps so that people with androids can charge their devices. With all that said, I would definitely stay here again.

I only come here for conventions. They renovated the lobby and added a "market", it has Starbuck coffees and a good selection of cold and hot foods like sandwiches, pizza, pastries and frozen entries and they have toasters and microwaves available. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Hyatt Regency Orlando provided an overall excellent experience while we attended a conference in May. The rooms are exceedingly well-appointed and clean. The Spa was such a great experience because of the level of quality services and the people. The food is really amazing and the room service was quick, efficient, and delicious!

Everyone at the hotel exceeded expectations and we had a wonderful time! Truly a relaxing and pampered stay while enjoying a conference.

Beware. Front desk tried to charge us $70 per night for the convenience of charging to our room. $70x5 nights is an extra $350 on our account prepaid.
Really???? Who the F do you think you are???
Big brass balls, that s for sure.
$25/ day to park on top of the nightly rate. First and last time staying here.

Great hotel, lots of awesome places to visit ant the staff there will greet you with big smiles. If you are there check out the pool on the second tower it is way better then the one in the first tower

Nothing that really stands out -- service and food was just okay. Rooms are nice but you can hardly close the door in the bathroom as it comes very close to the toilet. Expect to pay a lot for breakfast if you eat at the hotel at places like the b-line -- food is expensive and not that great. Four people that had mostly eggs and omelettes ran about $90 including tips. Came for a trade-show and the food served at the show was almost always cold and removed pretty quickly too.

Hotel is right off I-drive which makes it easy to walk to other restaurants and shops. Also, expect to pay for your internet connection at a daily rate. On another note -- the pool was very nice.

Even though the Peabody will be changing to a Hyatt very soon -- I would not recommend the Peabody but I may look at it again after the change has been made.

A top notch hotel right at center of all the action. Weather you have a conference at Orange County center or you want to visit Disney and SeaWorld parks or just to have fun at late night restaurants and pubs just outside everything is just a walk away. The reception staff is very helpful and polite. You get panoramic view of city from top floors as it has 27 floors. The hotel has grand and lavish decor and uses technology for guest comfort.
I was pleased to use their TV which is inbuilt in bathroom mirror. Simply impressed. Their lift is also super fast and you reach top floors in seconds. I would highly recommend this hotel for Orlando visit.

The aol speed internet badly needs an (free) upgrade. Otherwise it is a good place especially if you like walking a ton. I'll stay somewhere else next time that has more than 1mbps download speeds cause its 2018.

Great staff and great venue for conferences.

Wonderful hotel for our conference. The staff was very friendly and my window even opened in my hotel room! So rare. For someone that travels as much as I do, having fresh air in my hotel room is wonderful.

Overall a great hotel to stay at, Regency Club is great. However the staff at The Rocks bar are in my opinion not very friendly or customer focused at all. Lack of attention to clients/customers.

Nicely appointed rooms. The rooms are small but nice. Large hotel with the feel of a small city. There's numerous restaurants, boutiques and shops. There's professional meeting venues. The exercise room is very well stocked. There's more than one pool. The place is very large! However I found the parking attendants and welcome staff very condescending and unfriendly. I will return here in the future.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Chose this hotel because it had good reviews and we thought that indicated better service and higher levels of cleanliness. We were mistaken. This hotel has some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Sat on hold for well over an hour (at 9pm) just to speak to consierge only to have them tell us our request could not be fulfilled. On top of this, the duvets did not have duvet covers and are not washed in between guests. This is a disgusting thought on its own and presents a terrifying idea of hygiene. I am absolutely disgusted and would not recommend a stay here to ANYONE EVER

Hyatt had a sale of liquidated items. My daughter that works there took me along. The hotel is gorgeous and beautiful on the inside but that day i got to go thru the kitchen to see the behind the scenes view of the kitchen where all the chefs servers and runners work. Then we proceded to a large room where the sale was held.

Hyatt Regency Orlando is an amazing hotel. Very well taken care of and beautiful landscape. It s Very spacious, the staff are very friendly and they help you from unpacking your car to bringing your bags up to your room which are very clean and smell great. The hotel has things for the kids to do ( water slide ) or things for adults including a bar and restaurant. This hotel is by the convention center and also by all the nice and fun things to do in Orlando whether its business or pleasure or a family vacation. If your looking for a hotel in Orlando fl I would recommend this place 100%.

Disappointing "hot mess" experience. The carpet in the room was soaked when I arrived. This wasn't the issue the next night... maybe because they leave the AC off when the room wasn't used? Construction noises upstairs that one of my staff had on the same floor in the middle of the night. Parking garage for conference hall that is BUILT IN to hotel was literally a half a mile walk from the conference hall. If you forgot something from your car, get ready for a 1 mile walk. Same with the UBER/LYFT pickup area. The pool and bar were gorgeous. Speaking of parking, I paid for 3 days in the parking garage ($25/night) only to not be able to leave on exit. Had to reverse back in and call the hotel only for them find a way to get me out. A really nice hotel with a great location.. just a hot mess.

Great hotel. You can get a terrific rate if you shop around. Lobby is amazing. There are a couple restaurants that are great including the B-Line, which is open 24 hours a day. Valet is super expensive, but the lot isn't too far and if you ask Sam at the front desk you might get the group parking rate.

Rooms are nice and clean. The place is enormous. The pools are huge, super clean and very pretty. If you're hitting the convention centers it's all super close by.

I've stayed here twice...I'll come back.

A pleasure as always. Staff was kind and genuine. Hyatt does an excellent job considering the property includes more than 1500 rooms. The exercise facility has a wide range of equipment, and an impressive quantity.

The hotel was clean and easy to navigate although it's so large that it's an extremely long walk to the convention center. Being under the same roof made the conference convenient. The rooms were nice. On site restaurants and bars were also convenient

Couldn't ask for better if traveling in for conference. Covered walkways to convention centers and convenient access to local attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Debra Archbald for going way above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect.
