Difficult to navigate but otherwise lovely hotel. Numbering scheme could use some work
Visited mainly for business but mixed a little bit of pleasure. We had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was very courteous to our needs. Room service was fast, good, and polite. Fantastic customer service over all.
Give kids the world black and white gala is an incredible event! The hotel is beautiful too!!!
$25 for parking, close the pool at the first sign of rain. It's a nice hotel and they've done a good job updating it after the Peabody but there are a lot of options on I drive with more amenities for less cost.
Taylor from Illinois at the front desk was beyond helpful. Our room was ALWAYS stocked and cleaned. Our cleaning lady waited until we left to clean and stock our waters and coffee. Super friendly staff. Kids loved the pool. And B line diner mac and cheese is AMAZING will come back for sure.
Rooms were nice. Had a great view of the pool. The shuttle from the parking garage is convenient if you don't want to carry your luggage down the sidewalk between the garage and hotel
Very large an beautiful conference space! A bakery is located inside!
Really nice facility with friendly service. Convenient ride from MCO.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and the room was ready upon my arrival
Service was excellent, friendly staff, clean, convenient to attractions, free trolley service.
Excellent hotel for the price. Very clean and very nice atmosphere. The restaurants serve amazing food and each have their own unique themes and decor. The rooms were clean and offered a beautiful view of the pool and a nearby lake. I would definitely stay here again.
The place was to complecated to navigate the i had to go thrue the house keeping access to get to my room the room was an oven the ac dident work i called the desk an thay sed thay wold send someone to fix it and no one showed up after working in the 90degry heet all day then having to sleep in a 80 degry room what sleep i culd get i woke up at 6 and there was no breakfest only a concussion area that was priced astronomically i will most definitely not be staying hear agen aswell i woldent recomend it to any one else
This hotel was great. Helpful staff, excellent room, several pools, bars, restaurants on site.
Only visited for an event, but the staff was nice. They picked us up in thebparking garage in a good cart, and transported us to the conference center.
Overall experience: Very Good
The Hotel:
Huge convention style hotel, spacious, multiple restaurants on site, close to a myriad of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Close (within 20 minutes) from Disney and Universal attractions.
The Room:
Very clean,
Very Comfortable beds( 2 queen)
Large enough for up to 5 people.
Bathroom a bit small
Activities:
the pool areas very nice
Restaurants:
Coffee shop near lobby ALWAYS CROWDED and long lines. Need more staff and cashiers.
Diner and two other restaurants were good but
Prices too high for the quality/quantity of food served.
Complaints:
Hotel advertisement page says under AMMENITIES: PAID PARKING
which misleads guests into thinking that Self-Parking is PAID or included when in fact the Self-Parking fee is $20 per day PLUS Tax) simply too high and unfair to guests.
Air conditioner unit in the room very noisy.
Great service, big convention center, nice breakfast, facilities were clean and organized. Ballrooms were easy to find and good size. Audio systems were perfect. Staff were courteous. There was also a shuttle service from parking garage to the convention center. Parking garage was spacious and feel secured. Awesome place to visit. Love to have more events at Hyatt regency Orlando on international Dr, close to all attaractions on I drive and oragnge county convention center.
Great hotel but it still needs some modern updates. USB ports to charge a phone would be great.
Pricey drinks, but very nice place. Well staffed and excellent service
Bought coffee from the Cafe while working in the hotel. Cafe and Market a wonderful addition to the hotel
We recently had a wedding at the Hyatt Regency Orlando and we couldn't have asked for a better place to host it! From the beginning when we were venue shopping they made the greatest impression on us by working with us and our budget. The sales staff were always attentive and prompt with emails and calls. The day of was without a hitch and I really appreciated how kind the entire hotel staff was, the most impressionable being the valet men who were unbelievably helpful. They accommodated us, as well as our guests with the incoming hurricane and took into account changes for this. The honeymoon suite was amazing and was the perfect place to end our night with champagne, strawberries, and complementary drink cards. Thank you Hyatt! We'll definitely be back!
Very nice hotel. Great gym which by the way costs extra. The Market is very convenient for coffee and quick food but it s overpriced. Think airport prices in a hotel.
I've stayed here before and have to say it's been such a pleasurable experience. The pool area is extremely relaxing and staff is absolutely amazing. Super courteous and always smiling.
This place is immaculate, If anything this hotel is too nice
Consistently a high quality location with large clean well appointed rooms, friendly service, a great selection of on-site meeting and conference rooms, along with dining and drink options. Located across from the convention center so it's a perfect place to stay if you are in Orlando for a convention or class. I have been here a dozen times over the years and it has always been a good experience.
Stayed at this hotel with my family of four. Very clean establishment, rooms are very nice. There's a TV in the mirror in the bathrooms, the kids loved that. Beds are comfortable, although the pillows are a bit like hospital pillows. There's an area that serves Starbucks and pizzas and such. Elevators are absurdly fast! I got light headed for the first time dropping 7 floors, you'd think you were on Tower of Terror! Employees were kind.
Classy rooms with great bathrooms. We stayed on the 29th floor and the view was awesome. The fitness center and locker rooms where wonderful. My favorite part though was the king sized bed with a view. :)
The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The pool area is nice and they have wait staff out there to get you food and drinks.
Way over priced. Small rooms. Poor service. Don't waste your time and money even if it is a "Hyatt". Very poor experience
The room was less than stellar. The vents had dryer sheets stuck in them. There was a hair on one of the beds, the other seemed clean enough as it was really late and was too tired to complain at the time.
Hyatt Regency is a wonderful property! Check in was simple, and staff was very friendly. Room was not immediately ready upon check-in, but had no problems asking bell staff to hold a few things from Megacon. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check out was relatively easy also - only thing that wasn't clear right away, was finding the key drop. Would recommend, and absolutely stay again.
We wish that they would have a designated child pool that they enforced the rules. Children were in the adult hot tub in until after 11 without supervision. Very frustrating with the absent parents
Good large clean rooms, good choice if restaurants downstairs
Nice. Huge, but nice. Was visiting for a conference but once you get past the resort process, not too bad ;-)
Service was super
Clean, but long COLD walk from the convention center. Appreciate that I could walk from the convention center .
Ballroom was nice and wait service was quick to clear tables when empty plates and bottles were left by guests.
Great restaurants can't comment on the hotel but the restaurants are awesome!
Plush accomodations, friendly staff, 24 hour market, delicious breakfast buffet, bars closed at 1am was disappointed. Poolside bar was good. Ordered the strawberry Pina colada. Had great weather while there.
Nice breakfast and good access to the convention center
Classy hotel, lots to see and plenty of activities nearby to keep you entertained .
Very professional staff. Very friendly. The hotel is beautiful.
After 3 disappointing days at the Ritz here in Orlando, the welcoming and friendly staff the the Hyatt was a nice and unexpected suprise. The service here is better than the Ritz, I dont even know how thats possible, but keep it up guys. I will come back to this hotel again and again! 5 stars guys! Stop looking and start booking, the secret is out.
Great hotel, convenient location and excellent rooms
Great hotel, great amenities, walkable to a ton of restaurants and linked directly to the OCCC. I've gone to that convention center for many years and never stayed in this hotel. Now I'm ruined and cant stay anywhere else. Its just too convenient.
Great location walk to restaurants activities . Clean and friendly staff
Fantastic staff that went out of their way to accommodate. Management staff worked with my specific financial issues and avoided embarrassment. I was allowed to bring my small dogs (fee required) and they upgraded my suite. All the accommodations you could want are on the grounds. I highly recommend this location.
Great atmosphere, friendly service, and amazing amenities.
The only bad thing about this hotel is that it's so big that I've gotten lost 3 times. It's a beautiful space though.
Attended the makeup show there and the hotel staff was well organized, helpful and friendly. Ive had the pleasure of staying there before and its a beautiful hotel; Highly recommended!
Stay here every spring for the Orgill Show! Love it! Feel right at home when I arrive! Haven't had any complaints about the location, facility, cleanliness, or staff. I did, however, order room service one night for my son and I around 1130pm and they served my son a super dry and burnt cheeseburger with cold fries! Very disappointing after a long day and you're hungry and you pay $60 (after tip) for a cheeseburger and chicken fingers. I could feel the carcinogens sliding down my throat when I took a bite after my son said it was bitter tasting! My husband wouldn't allow me to tell them! This will not deter me from staying there again, though, or from ordering room service. Kids love the pool area. I love the bar area.
Terrific hotel, with outstanding service and amenities. Rooms are very nice as well. Like many convention hotels, they like to charge quite a bit for nearly everything. Forget your razor? You can buy one for only $20. Want to skip the $37 valet parking. No problem. Park it yourself for just $25 a day. Food was good, but a little too fancy for my tastes. Prices in restaurants was pretty high were high. Service staff was excellent all the way around.
Best hotel I've ever been too. The TVs in the mirrors in the bathroom is next level!
Outside of hotel was falling apart out our window.and pieces banged on windows all night... pipes rattled every time we used water and took showers.... horrible
The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. So far excellent dining recommendations in the local area outside of the hotel itself. The room was very clean upon arrival and very well updated. I ordered room service one night and it was up to my room very quickly. Overall no complaints so far into my stay with a few nights left.
Great views and loved the regency suites. The club level is fantastic. Great staff and well maintained hotel.
I stayed here for an event I had to attend and wasn t impressed. They don t offer a shuttle to and from the airport and my biggest pet peeve is they charge you to use the computers! I literally needed to log in for maybe 10 minutes top and More
Beautiful pool here at the Hyatt Regency close to many fun attractions, but congested roads and one star subtracted would be for the $24 self parking and $25 resort fee per day, no resort perks besides bottled water.
Beautiful hotel! Great pool area! Food is overpriced at restaurants.
The bar is super great.
Go see Draven, the bartender. Man knows how to make drinks.
He made a badass Moscow mule for me. I'm Russian, so I don't say that to anyone m
The service by their employees was exceptional. Thank you to Morgan for assisting us during our Board meeting this morning, great Technical support.
Great hotel. Very nice rooms. Friendly and professional staff. I'd highly recommend it.
Very, very elegant, clean hotel and helpful staff. Try the B Line diner - Super grilled cheese and exquisite Oreo choclate mousse cake!!
I've seen people come here for conferences, over night stays, or just dessert. No matter the reason, satisfaction is the one thing you find in all of this here.
Very nice property, good location and well maintained. The rooms are excellent, clean and modern. The parking structure is a little removed from the hotel. Be mindful of the extra fees and taxes as we paid an extra $24 / day resort fee. Service was a little slow at both check-in and checkout although we had done it online first to move things along. All in all I would say it's nice but a little overpriced for what it is.
Fabulous experience! Wonderfully helpful staff and great facilities
Nice people. Comfortable rooms in a modern upscale hotel. Very convenient to the convention center.
Very nice and great service. Rooms are upscale. Parking is a bit of a walk away from the hotel.
The valet team is great but the hotel is ok. No hot water two days in a row.
Awesome hotel with a great location! 10/10 would reccomend!!!
Restaurant inside hotel are pricey. Enjoyed otherwise
Stayed for a conference; hotel was wonderful, food options were great, and it was in walking distance to local restaurants. Plus, my room had a tv in the bathroom mirror which made me feel cool.
Beautiful rooms, the NICEST staff. Amenities are beautiful and helpful. Every staff member we ve encounter has made us feel like we are their most important guests and it s sincere.
Only negative is buffer and coffee shop food. Key lime pie needs a new recipe. Marie calendars is better. We ve gone off site for meals and brought back to our room. It works out.
Entertainment in lounge is fun and great voices. We are very pleased and will come back.
The rooms are clean and modern. The facility is beautiful. Glad to be staying here again.
Located next to the Orlando convention center so it is a great place to stay when attending events.
Most amazing experience ever!! I encourage each of my friends/ Zumba constituents and family that need to book a hotel for any reason in any state, to book at The Hyatt Regency! Service, Ammenities, Staff, Food, and overall condition of the hotel were quite pleasing!! My stay at the Hyatt topped any and every 4-5 star hotel that I've ever encountered! Thank you Hyatt Regency for caring!!
It is great place to stay and to have fantastic hospitality as we enjoy their food especially thanks to Chef Cisco and waitress Daibey for serving us delicious meal full of flavors and up to Michelen standards.
Do go there recomended definitely!
The Hyatt Regency Orlando was a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to every request. The room had a coffee maker and a fridge, but no microwave. The rooms were spotless and looked brand new. The restaurants had great food and service!
Beautiful, big, friendly and they have a water slide
Really clean and good price. My only issue was the secondary pool on the far side of the resort has zero shade areas. The main pool has 1000000 kids and ya kinda have to fight for a chair. We would've spent the whole day in the other pool which btw 1 person was in but there is zero shade
Very nice, big, gives you a great feeling to be there, people employees very very nice everywhere I went very clean. Like the experience.
We were here for a convention and the place was great. Check in was fast and easy, and checkout was even faster. They recognized when their demands would be and made sure they had the staff to handle it. The weekend we were at the Hyatt there were 5 different events going on at the same time. With all those people, the place never really felt crowded. There were wedding and conventions, and megacon; all at the same time. The staff was very helpful and the service was on point. The bellman brought our stuff right to the room and down when we were ready to go fast and efficiently. We had a group rate so it was very low, but even their regular rate is fair considering what you get. The rooms were good size and the amenities were plentiful. The pool was huge and very inviting.
Beautiful, centrally located hotel. Gorgeous grounds and pool (two pools in fact -- a large grotto pool and a more intimate terrace pool). Rooms are large and nicely appointed. Solid amenities. Would recommend.
Great service. From the time you arrive and are greeted by the valet until the night is over.
Nice hotel. There was television in the mirror in the bathroom in our room!
Everything you'd expect in a high end corporate hotel. But the quality of the hotel and hot tub, the restaurants and bar, that are all attached to the hotel were better than many of the hotels I've traveled to. The negative is not the hotel, but more the area. There just isn't much around in this area beyond chain restaurants and bars. So this isn't the area to come to for culture or social experiences. I was there for a conference at the convention center and it was a great experience.
