The service was outstanding and the food was delicious.

I am here for a conference and it is very clean and very spacious. I would say it's very understaffed for this volume of people.

Very nice experience staying at this hotel. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and convenient. I stayed here years ago when the hotel was called the Peabody and I loved it then, and I love it now.

Great hotel room is clean the hotel is beautiful and big the swimming pool is warm they have a great area a lot of activity and the and the friendliest staff The breakfast is delicious

Great looking hotel. Had the only thing is females bring some shoes, other then heels. The walk from the parking lot its pretty far from the main entrance.

Great pool and for the price of the room you get new furnished one which beats a lot of hotel. The cons I would say the parking which is kind of expensive. Was a great stay passing through Orlando though

This is by far mine and my husband's favorite hotel when we venture away from home. Aside from the limited services and restaurants, our stay was great, as usual. We will return in the future.

I was doing the Zija International Miracle Foundation 5k and the staff was very nice to let us all use their bathrooms. They even took the time to show us the way.

I'm here for a work conference and the overall experience has been great. The amenities are great as well as the location. All hotel personnel has been very helpful.

Was there for a conference. Location was near the Disney World area, so there were a lot of surrounding hotels. Bus was available from our hotel to the Hilton/Hyatt conference centers. Conference rooms were as expected. Exhibit hall was large and spacious as expected. Set up for lunch accommodations however were extremely inefficient with bottlenecks, heavy crowding, and long lines, but I don't think this is entirely the Hilton's fault. Otherwise, staff were unobtrusive and very prompt at removing waste.

this hotel is amazing. the B-line diner and the gift shop are a bit pricey but overall its a rely nice hotel

Beautiful hotel!! Stayed at the one on international drive and the room was awesome. We stayed in a suite and the bathrooms and a TV in the mirror. The rooms were clean,there was a huge pool with a waterslide and hot tubs. The fitness facility was really nice it wasn't your typical one treadmill one bike it had everything you needed to workout including clean towels. This is my new go to hotel whenever I visit Orlando.IM NEVER STAYING ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN!!!!

Though I did not stay at the hotel, I attended a conference and cannot say enough about the venue. Navigating the 4 floors of the conference area was a breeze, staff members were readily available and attentive to answer any conference treated questions, the conference was run very smoothly with the help of hotel staff. Wonderful experience.

Just visiting a guest at the Hyatt. Beautiful resort in heart of Orlando. Very attentive and accommodating staff. I'd stay there anytime.

My first time at this hotel and I will be returning sooner than later. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. All the restaurants were amazing with so many different options when choosing what to eat. Rooms were spectacular and so clean. The pool was gorgeous and so relaxing!! Highly recommend this hotel.

OK big time convention hotel. Nothing special but fairly expensive, including $25/day guest parking. Reasonable if you're on an expense account. Otherwise, think twice.

This place was absolutely phenomenal and would recommend to everyone. Hotel is gorgeous and looks so nice and it's really big. The pool is huge and looks stunning not to mention all the nice guests and staff there!

Beds were not made, no water bottles ( Included charge in hotel fee ), no replacement of towels, shampoo and soap. We were told that they were going to be sent and it did not arrived until the next. Dirty bathroom sink when we arrived. We paid for a 4 star hotel and received 1 star service. We don t mind paying the expense parking nor hotel fee, but this service was not acceptable. Our room was under Albert Carpio in case Hyatt would mind getting back and explain.

Whats not to love? Great pools. Full gym. Excellent location. Tennis courts. Basketball courts. Volleyball courts.Though the putting greens are currently closed for renovations.

Definitely a 5 star hotel with the service to match the amenities.

Really big hotel. Have a lot of parking in garage but $27 a day is kinda ridiculous. But hotel is huge and has a lot of going on the diner was good and had a lot of vegan options. Rooms are big and have nice luxury touches tv in mirror motion activated might light under sink. Everyone seemed really nice. Really nice hotel overall will be back.

Reserved a King Size Bed, told at check in that King size beds were all taken! Images show a nice slide, but actually the slide is tiny and was closed! Rooms are nice. 4th floor Pool deck was peaceful until the sun went down and we noticed rats running around the perimeter!

Well, I was there on Sunday for any wedding event, and I must say that this place was such an amazing place so clean everybody was so friendly, the event was amazing and the food was amazing the hospitality of this place is beyond amazing, I had such a wonderful time, cant wait to have another event there and I will recommend it to my friends. I thank you so much for an enjoyable time

No microwaves in rooms. LG TV supported Chromecast, but was wired and not on same network as provided WiFi network so useless. Provided stations did include some decent channels. Parking was not connected and a nice stroll away, and also outrageous priced. All this is on par with Hyatt and also with Orlando in general. They were hosting an event I attended. First and last time I stay at the host hotel as the proximity convenience is not worth it.

This hotel is huge! Inside is very classy and clean. There were bellhops and valet workers bustling about when we arrived. Check-in was dead simple, but the layout of the place is not. There seem to be 3 towers, and while room numbers start with the tower number, you can find yourself in a different tower without realizing. We went up one elevator, dropped off our things in our room in tower 1, and left going down a closer elevator. At the bottom, when trying to get our bearings, we saw we were in tower 2.

The hotel is close to some restaurants, even quite a bit within walking distance, and they vary in food and class.

The rooms are nice, beds comfortable, and the views are pleasant. There are some neat things in the room, like a foot light that comes on in the bathroom when you saunter near it, and a TV in the bathroom mirror.

Stayed at the Hyatt for a conference. Food was good. Room was clean. Lots of places to plug in a laptop.

Great conference hotel when there aren't thousands of teens sharing the same space.

The rooms are clean and luxurious. Lights on the floor are controlled by motion sensors, lighting the floor gently at night.

The hotel was very clean and nice. I was present for a private/professional event. The rooms were moderately easy to find. The signs were present everywhere to lead on the direction of your room. The staff was helpful and polite. The conference/meeting room we used was spacious and clean.

Great location to walk to restaurants. Rooms are nice and clean. And service is great! Totally recommend.

Stayed here for a conference, the rooms were clean and service was amazing. The fitness center is the best among hotels I've ever seen. So many machines. The only suggestion I'd have for it is more umbrellas by the pool.

We were only here overnight, but we were so impressed with the hotel and the staff that we plan to come back for a longer stay. As a bonus, it's in a great location to walk to local restaurants.

Excellent place to stay easy drive to universal studios and free parking

I spent most of my time on the venue spaces. These are gorgeous, well equipped for large gaterings, conventions or exhibitions. it was an excellent experience with no hiccups because AV or WiFi. Food served was good also.

Love the service. Great view, the gluten free options on the menu are a plus.

Although none of the hotels are really close to the Orlando Convention Center, the Hyatt is attached by a skyway and it is between the convention center and the main restaurant venue at Pointe Orlando. Large hotel with nice Market store with great beer and wine selection as well as snacks while sandwich and salad options are limited. Soda looks like it was nice. Enjoyed the pool area and had a nice craft beer and hummus for a mid afternoon snack. Rooms are spacious with a nice lounge and bathroom. The light switch was strangely outside the bathroom. There is a safe in the closet and a small fridge. Like that they can split the room charges as well.

Very nice, convenient, well run. Tough following in Peabody footsteps, keep striving.

The Hyatt Regency Orlando is hands down my favorite hotel in the Orlando area. It's located closest to Universal, however it's only about 20 mins from Disney. The service is impeccable, the rooms are clean, amenities are fantastic and the BLine diner has amazing food around the clock. I've stayed at this hotel for various events and have had the same impression each time. This is what quality is supposed to be.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I got a convention discount (GeekyCon), and it has a convenient bridge to the convention center, amazing staff who remember you even after just checking you in, and two pools (a lap pool and a leisure pool). There's TV's in the bathroom mirrors, which made all of us laugh.

Was here for a conference. The venue is really nice and classy and the staff were very attentive. The location is very good and close to the Pointe if you want some food or drinks. Overall a solid place.

Was here for a conference. Great rooms and an excellent choice for the conference. Lobby bar was perfect for end of day gatherings, and the overall layout is efficient.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Regency. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

This is a stunning property with an amazing pool and lots of food options. It's a jem on 'I' drive, and contrasts the 95% of tourist trash hotels and t-shirt shops that generally own this well known street. This is the' hotel to stay at.

Very nice room, clean and spacious. Staff was efficient and polite. Food is pricey and coffee is ok. Nice outdoor rooftop pool. Housekeeping is really slow. Our room did not get cleaned till after 5 all each day. Facility is huge, and slightly dated. Shopping and dining walking distance. I like the cart is available to take you to and from the parking garage which is convienent when it rains. Suggest giving a map, or having a digital map available at check in, as the building is confusing and lacks signage.

Definitely a great hotel to stay. Amenities are abundant with friendly service everywhere. There are 2 large pools at each end of the hotel. This is also a very pedestrian friendly facility within short walking distances to CVS and Walgreens if you need convenience items.

Beautiful hotel right inside the Orlando International Airport perfect location with mall area and terminals at the main lobby attraction you be surprise how quiet the rooms are inside the airport deff recommend!

1- Staff are great, helpful and professionals.
Another company (GHC orchid events) messed up my reservations by cancelling it and the hyatt staff re-booked it with the same rates.
2- The room is clean with no smell and comfortable.
3- Overall experience was great !

The only con/advise I have is not to stay in a room that has a sliding door beside it. You get to hear the sliding doors open and close. Just ask for a room change if that is the case.

Great layout beautiful pools etc.. just wasn't able to enjoy anything because it rained all week on and off during our stay so EVERYTHING they offer to do was closed and not for use which ws very upsetting especially because it wasn't raining at alot of times just damp out. Also it was alittle weird to see they had a beach but a beware of alligators sign that is very insane to put of towers like us from new York where we definitely aren't used to something like that and glad we saw the sign before proceeding to walk around that area. But for the most part it was beautiful there and would go again if it was a guarantee the weather was going to be good. One more thing is they do not have complimentary breakfast there and we had to pay close to $60 for the breakfast at the restaurant they have inside the resort.

Not impressed. The nicest thing about our room was the large flat TV. The large pool area strangely located to separate the hotel and the parking lot. If you don't valet your car, get ready to hike with your logage like a mad man.

What a beautiful resort the rooms are immaculate well design great interior decoration very homely and very comfortable super size king size bed extremely comfortable so soft lots of pillows very plush couch plush chairs everything is just wonderful and the pool is magnificent such a very large pool very well design beautiful design I re landscaping the place is just immaculate I given a 5 star resort filling the staff is very friendly very accommodating Jay Z and Liz was extreamly helpful and my check in person she were very friendly and very courteous and very accommodating what a great way to celebrate my birthday at the Orlando Hyatt resort off of International drive across from the convention center lots of food lots of dining lots of entertainment just a great environment to be around

One of the best hotels in Orlando. The rooms are amazing with great views. Large pools with waterfalls and hot tub. If you self park the garage is a few minute walk from hotel. Several restaurants and bars. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice hotel. The room had weird noises from the HVAC that kept waking me all night

My bathroom door was creaky and loud. There were hardly any outlets. Hotel itself was nice but I've stayed in better.

I attended a conference at the Hyatt Regency. The venue is nice but could benefit from better signage.

It's really nice, but not crazy. I put 3 stars simply for the lack of access for handicapped. Only a couple elevators, and so many stairs I lost count.

I have stayed here twice when catching an early morning flight from Orlando to go out of town on business. My most recent stay was the first weekend in October. The convenience and location is excellent! I was very pleased with both stays. Each time I was in a newly renovated room with a balcony view. The rooms were clean and are well thought out with the automatic sensor lights around the bed and in the bathroom. What a great feature to have when getting out of bed at night in a dark unfamiliar surrounding. I plan to stay here again anytime I have an early flight!
