Was here for a convention and didn't stay in the hotel, but it is too notch. Lots of comfortable sitting areas, a lot of restaurants and places to buy food and snacks. The bar by the lobby overlooking the pool is trendy, fun, and reasonably priced. This will be place of choice next time I'm in Orlando

Went for a conference. The place was clean,.staff was friendly, but no free wifi.

Very nice accommodations. Rooms were a little small, but still pretty standard. They had nice little touches - a mirror with a built in TV, motion activated lights under the tables, etc. Staff is very nice

Very nice hotel, upscale decor, restaurants and bars located in the hotel, plenty more restaurants and bars within walking distance. Room is great, there's a tv in the bathroom mirror!

They hotel was very clean and amazing. All of the staff were very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant diner place was not very good I think the food could have been better and they should have been better prepared. Knowing that there were many events going on there.

This was out third time staying at this Hyatt and have yet to be disappointed. The hotel is located right in the middle of I drive by the convention center and only about 15 minutes from Disney. The room was very nice with a great view of Orlando, a huge TV and even a tv in the bathroom mirror! I liked that the lights underneath the dresser and bathroom counter were sensitive to your movement so when you got up late they would brighten up automatically. They let us stay until 1230 free of charge which was great and allowed us to enjoy the pool, which h is beautiful even if each time we've gone, the weather went against us. The charge for parking is the only negative I'd have, but I've come to expect it from these hotels.

Great hotel. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for business travelers . Fitness center was excellent with more than enough equipment and even the basic internet was fast.
Hotel is equally nice for families. The Grotto pools are very kid friendly and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance, in addition to the B-line diner. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back.

They tried charging me double for the hotel rooms that I reserved for 2 extra nights even when I already paid for the 2 nights of 430$.
Thanks they tried charging more later after I checked out to say the card was declined when it went through the 1st time.

Dirty. Water leaking in the restaurant. At the Urban Tide!! Felt like the ceiling was going to cave in. Lot of water coming through the lights and panels. Did not feel safe and would not recommend! Food was decent but cold!

Spent my time in the hot tub! Wasn't there for long but it was great! Only thing i didn't like was the drink prices are pretty steep. You will spend about $10 for one small drink at the poolside bar. Very kid friendly though and close to all the tourist attractions.

Came for 501st bash. Not really the hotel's fault but the party was overcrowded for the size room. Also there was like no air conditioning so it was so hot in the banquet hall so left early

this hotel now will not honor your corporate rate. tried to change me 460.00 for the same room I normally pay 149.00 Sad to see that after years of business there I won't be back. its actually cheaper to stay at Disneys Yacht club then the airport hotel now. very sad. been staying there for years

Great hotel, Lots of space and lots of fun activities to do.

This was my second stay here for a convention. On the dates that the convention was held about a month before a hurricane hit the Flordia coast. On the first night there was a sit down dinner with 550+guests the water that was served to us tasted like swamp water. After taking a sip I put my glass back down on the table and asked for hot tea and Iced Tea.

Overall great hotel highly recommended. The staff are very nice and quick to fix whatever you may have an issue with and they make sure your stay is one to not forget.

This hotel is a beautiful. The rooms are state of the art and super comfortable. TV'S in the bathrooms and awesome pool area. Location is walking distance to bars and restaurants along International Drive without crossing. Sky bridges to Orange County Convention Center. Staff is really the icing on the cake. Not cheap! But very very nice.

Stylish, comfortable, and spacious. Staff has been friendly and accommodating. Food at the diner is good not great.

Excellent hotel. Excellent room. Service from literally every employee was amazing. Kudos to the team. Amenities are great, concierge was able to take a dinner reservation for the evening at Fiorenzo while I was on my way to grab coffee at 7:30am. Only downside is parking not included but they will include a shuttle pass (which we did not attempt). Will leave separate review for the restaurant. Really great way to spend NYE.

Some of the amenities are free. But know it was a nice place.

Absolutely incredible hotel with all the amenities. Resort offers all the fun and excitement in and of itself. So many dining options to choose from and located close to all parks. Amazing pools too! Will definitely be returning for my next trip.

The hotel room was large and clean, the pool was wonderful, the bathroom even included a TV in the mirror. The staff was friendly and the site had several restaurants. The conference rooms were great.

Front desk attendant didn't seem very happy or welcoming , the lobby looks amazing, the room was clean.

Not a good experience overall. Rooms are very small even with the upgrade. Room service food was delivered cold as ice on multiple occasion. Concierges dropped the ball twice. Business center was unable to print my boarding pass however I was charged regardless. However, housekeeping was phenomenal!
The National rental car desk shouldn't even be there. Horrible service (basically non existent) and cars are extremely overpriced.
Would never stay here again.

Everything about the hotel was just fine except for the housekeeping. Two of the three rooms in our team that stayed here were really not taken care of well at all. Not enough towels, not cleaned thoroughly, supplies not replenished, no iron in the room, piles of dirty towels left in the hall overnight. Not what I would expect for the money one pays to stay here.

Here for a conference nearby. Beautiful rooms and wonderful common spaces. Also happy with the selection of restaurants inside the hotel and within walking distance. I can't speak to the parking situation as I took transport from airport, but a car is not needed if here for a conference as everything is withing walking distance. Very happy with experience.

The Room was exceptionally clean and large with plenty of space. The pool lounge area was pleasant and fun. All hotel employees were helpful and nice. Truly a fabulous hotel with so much to do. Also location is perfect.

Very expensive. Practically nothing is provided without incurring extra cost. Restaurants are nice, but VERY expensive.

We stayed at the Hyatt in Orlando during Hurricane Irma for 5 nights.
The hotel was extremely well organized and prepared for the storm given that it was fully booked and there were almost more dogs than people there.
The staff was not only friendly but extremely accommodating and helpful, no matter what the request was.
There was plenty of food given that the city was under curfew, there were play rooms with toys , games and movies for the children. Clearly, there was nothing left to chance both from a safety point of view and making the stay real pleasant under the circumstance.

Wonderful hotel with some minor negatives: 1) Breakfast and parking are a bit pricey, but the breakfast is great. 2) Not too many reasonably priced places to eat/shop within easy walking distance, although if one walks for 15+ minutes, a lot of options on the International Boulevard. But in terms of service, cleanliness, pool, overall feel - an amazing property.

We loved our stay here! We made a last minute decision to take a Disney trip for Christmas. This was the view off of one side of our balcony overlooking one of the pools. This view at night was just as incredible! We were able to see the Farris Wheel AND two sets of firework shows from our balcony and room. The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the motion sensors nightlight under the bedside tables! Others were more impressed with the T.V. screen in the bathroom. Large oversized tub allowed a comfortable soak after a long day at the parks. Lots of nearby attractions and dinning. Close enough to the parks that we were able to come and go as we pleased but didn't feel all the hustle and bustle of the crowded parks once we left. Provided the perfect combination of fun and luxury!

This place is huuuge. Great place for conferences with the business rooms separated from the hotel aspect. Beautiful views of Orlando and right of International.

Beautiful hotel. Service and staff were great. The food was wonderful.

We went for a quick bite and a drink. The service was quick, attentive, but not very personable. Drinks, wine, & food were good with some original recipes that were quite interesting.

We have 2 kids. In 5 years since we started our family we have traveled a lot. This is our first stay at Hyatt. This is the first hotel where we asked for a pack n play and the hotel actually prepared our room as promised. We have always had to go back and ask or they just drop it off not setup.

We called 30 minutes prior to check in. They not only set it up, but had fitted sheets, baby bath towel, baby soap and baby lotion. We got in after midnight so this was a huge relief. THANK YOU so very much Hyatt Regancy Orlando! A family-friendly hotel we will definitely stay at in the future.

Came for a conference. The conference space is really nice and not too far off from the hotel. Their technology setup for speakers is the best I ve ever experienced. Our group was approximately 1000 people and I didn t feel like were on top of each other. The food was just ok. Not much variety in the lunch or snack offerings.

Location is good; close by to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld, as well as a nice plaza full of restaurants and other leisure spots. Rooms have a good amount of space, the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious, and includes a TV inside the mirror. The service is good, and the hotel staff are hard working and helpful.

This hotel is great! Our room was fabulous and the bathroom had a TV in it! There is plenty to eat on property, and a place to grab a quick snack or drink too. Staff was friendly. They have a designated place for Uber and lyft pick up too. Parking is 27 a night or for the day. It is right across from the convention center as well.

Room was just ok, no microwave and a terrible view. But was clean.

Awesome place to stay and relax. The rooms are clean with excellent staff and customer service. The staff at the market and store are kind and courteous. The lobby is amazing and overall just an awesome place. If you need a shuttle service to the airport, just ask at the concierge.

One of our favorite hotels in I-drive. Pool is excellent and so is the breakfast buffet.

We love this Hyatt. We spent 3 weeks here thanks to a couple hurricanes and it was such a great experience. The rooms are clean and modern. The entire staff was so accommodating and cheerful. We travel often and hotels are like a second home. Saying that, we were blown away by how kind everyone was.

The Market has such a great crew with Mrs. Rosalie, Raheem, Melissa, Lynn, Amanda, Miyoung plus im sure a few more. They had plenty food and snack options. We tried the B line Cafe for breakfast on the weekend and it was really good.

As you can see from my photos, the pools are fantastic with a little bit for everyone. They were well maintained and a great way to relax and refresh from the Florida heat.

Anouk, Bobby, J.Z., Jamie(sp) ect...were all super helpful and so kind at the front desk. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and they took the transition load off our shoulders. We cannot say thank you enough!!

If you are reading this..GO...enjoy Orlando in a wonderful, beautiful hotel.

I've stayed here many times for work. Of the many places I've stayed the Hyatt is the best!

Awesome stay so far. Room is very spacious, bed is comfy. Downside, which can be said of almost all hotels in Orlando, are the screaming kids all over.

This is a great hotel. The customer service was just excellent...beautiful property.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The customer service was great. The location is perfect if you need to be near the convention center. Be prepared to pay for parking, vallet is also available and is worth it to not have to haul a bunch of luggage and bags all the way from the parking garage.

It still has the standards of the Peabody from back in the day which I deeply miss but all things come to an end just like Hyatt will one day too but till then keep this memory going! Thanks!

Very luxurious, they have a market and restaurants right inside the hotel. 2 pools and a TV IN THE BATHROOM!

Had a great stay, very pleased with every aspect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was in great condition and comfortable, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Will absolutely stay here again.

Not your typical convention center hotel. Great public space and lots of quiet areas.

I was here for the 2018 BHS International convention and the hotel was so big and so nice. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very well kept. And the market cafe was nice.

This hotel is amazing. Pool and workout facilities are huge. All the staff is so polite and helpful. The rooms are great and the location is perfect for either vacationers or people headed to a convention.

A great Hyatt. Stayed there unexpectedly a couple of months ago. The hotel is clean, huge and offers a great number of amenities. With three bars, three restaurants, three pool areas and one of the biggest fitness facilities I've seen at a hotel you will not run out of things to do.

Hotel has 24 hour taxi service and a shuttle to Orlando International. Lyft and Uber service is also easily accessible from the front lobby.

Be warned, the pool area with the bars and the waterfall pool fill up fast and has only a few key spots for shade. So, get there early and stake your claim.
