Love this hotel! This is the Only hotel we prefer to stay in. Amazing rooms, service, super clean - affordable luxury indeed.

Very impressed. Staff throughout is very friendly, eager to help, always had a smile on. We had no issues with the hotel. We loved the spa! Great staff! Went out of their way to take care of us.

The National car rental office on the property was a one star. No cars available, unfriendly agent, poor communication.

This is an amazing place to stay. The staff is helpful and nice. The location is good. They have good restaurants indoors and an out door eating mall within a few minutes walking.

I didn't stay over night! But u was there for three knights of Columbus State convention! This is a really awesome property and the service personnel are awesome as well! Especially the valet supervisor!

I attended a conference here, but stayed in another place. Huge conference center, very helpful and friendly staff members. The air condition was set to a very low temperature I was really freezing.

I stayed at the Hyatt for a second year in a row attending the PhotoshopWorld conference. I love this place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would classify this hotel as magnificent, based on its offerings; restaurant options, pools, gym facilities and the conference facilities were exceptional. Located on International Drive, there is access to a myriad of bars, restaurants and malls via the i-drive trolley, which the Hyatt provides a daily free pass. I highly recommend this for a vacation or a conference attendee.

The hotel was great. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable.

Very nice, always enjoy the place when I am there. Rooms are clean and nice even if the decor is showing signs of being slightly dated. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Food was over priced and rooms were just ok. Valet was excellent! Room service was fast! Pool was fun and interesting! Location was perfect and easy to get to OCCC and Seaworld!

Out of my budget but the amenities are amazing. Kid friendly. Romantic and so clean.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Florida! This particular day, I was performing a wedding ceremony... The staff were remarkable, and the venue was absolutely stunning! I have stayed at this hotel many times myself, so I knew that the bride and groom would be happy with their selection. The staff were so accommodating and even made sure that I had a few things that I needed for the ceremony. I recommend this hotel 10 times out of 10!

Beautiful hotel. I was only in the main portion, not as a guest, but it is vastly, with so much space. The pool is amazing. But... Very disappointed there's no Christmas Brunch service. Lost a full starbecause of that.

Super close to the convention center. Walking distance to many great food and drink locations. Can get busy depending on the show in town.

Very nice hotel, would recommend it. Good food options and they aren't too expensive. We ate at the Urban Tide, and the food was very good. I'd definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel, great service and so close to everything in Orlando.

Decent hotel. We stayed here 4 nights for a conference and I enjoyed the Disney parks during our stay. It is roughly a $20 Uber ride to WDW. I do believe the hotel offers a shuttle service but it needs to be set up in advance. The room was clean and updated with a large tv. The bed was a little hard for my liking and as usual the pillows are over stuffed. The hotel in general was clean. We did not use the pool but it looked gorgeous from our room. The room service was quick and polite but my pizza showed up looking like it had been on a wild ride to get to my room. The hot and cold label in the shower is backwards but I find this is a common issue with many of the hotels I ve stayed at. The bar service was slow and the seafood restaurant was slow and forgetful. It seems they were understaffed for the amount people this conference brought in. Over all we enjoyed our stay and the hotel was nice but there is always room for improvement.

I was only there for an event, but the main areas were spacious and well-kept. If I were in need of a hotel, I'd be willing to stay there!

What a great, clean hotel and the staff is very friendly. The gym is fantastic and couldn't ask for a better one. The pools are nice however they're a little chilly for being heated pools.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Recency in Orlando, Florida. We got an amazing deal through hotwire. The room was extremely clean to where you could eat off anything If you wanted to. :) My favorite things about it were the TV in the mirror in the very large bathroom and the huge heated pool with waterslide and waterfall.altgough we didn't get the opportunity to go in the pool because we were too busy it was surely nice to look at and stand around for a while.

As good as Hyatt can be. Enjoyed my stay. Hotels is pet friendly and with lot of opportunity to walk you dog even it is in very busy and dense location.

Had an excellent time at this hotel during Wrestlemania week! Went to a convention in the convention center, enjoyed the pool as well greatly, the fitness center is on point as well with a steam room!

I didnt sleep here but did work out of this venue while at a conference. It is pretty nice! Great dining options and a lot of seating options in the main area.

Nice upscale venue. However slow service. Friendly but slow. Only visited the restaurant, did not stay overnight/deal with front desk.

Lovely clean comfortable rooms. Nice pillows and excellent beds. Tower 2 seems to be the newest with nicer rooms than tower 1. All rooms have fridge and 1 cup coffee machine (starbucks ). The pool is awesome. The gym is big and has lots of equipment. The resort fee includes 2 bottles of water, access to gym, and 2 tickets to the I pass trolley which gets you everywhere. Food was expensive in the hotel but there are many options nearby (The Pointe). Even though this is the convention center hotel, be prepared to walk. The center is massive and has multiple bldg all connected by sky bridges. Loved the hotel, would stay there again.

Every thing was simply marvelous. We stayed here for a convention for my husband's work and they were very accommodating. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars was that everything in the hotel was VERY expensive. The breakfast food started at like 6 dollars for a muffin. But other than that the campus if beautiful and very well maintained!

I had dinner and drinks at Urban Tide. It was delicious.

Good location, near convention center and a lot of restaurants nearby. Only stopped in for a drink but hotel seemed nice.

Very beautiful. The rooms are a bit small but it s super relaxing to see the airplanes flying in and out. Beautiful experience. Also, it s a good idea to put hotels in airport just Incase of overnight flights. Excellent idea.

Very nice in the very clean and recently updated. The only downside is the overnight parking expense.

Used conference facilities only. Difficult to navigate, not enough signage for such a massive venue. Attended a couple of receptions with good service but variable food quality.

We were very impressed with the grounds and staff here. My husband and I went for the weekend for our anniversary, and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is gorgeous to say the least. The attentive staff really made our stay special, sending up a treat upon hearing it was our anniversary. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Orlando.

This is a lovely hotel. I visited for two nights to plan for a conference we'll have there next year. The conference side is very large but organized; the hotel itself is pleasant to be a guest at. B-Line Diner is great for breakfast and the market is nice for a quick bite or coffee on the premises. The touch screens throughout the halls are very helpful for finding your way. I'm looking forward to staying again!

All I can say is wow! For the price this place is the best! Tons of restaurants, bars, and a 24 hour Starbucks and food market! We ate at the italion restaurant and it was great! Service was fast and it was right next to the resort we were staying at

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Only subtracted a star because the pool is shaded in the morning and evening. My fault that I missed it, but for others there is a $22/night resort fee and $20/night self parking fee charged when you check out.

My company has an event at the Hyatt every year, the food is great, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are courteous.

Old looking decor in room. Shower head not functioning properly. Bedside lamp not working. Expected more at this premium rate.

Nice clean rooms, the staff were very kind and helpful i ran in to some issues and they took care of it a.s.a.p. The pool area was awesome my kids had a blast. Its located in the perfect area close to a bunch of restaurants and attractions.

The room was lovely, but I called two days ahead to make sure we can do an early check in and was told that shouldn t be a problem. We drove hours to arrive early and they told us room wasn t ready but they were working on it so we decided to tour the place and eat, then after two hours go by we still didn t get confirmation that our rooms would be ready. Check in is at 3 and we needed up checking in two hours after regular check in time because they said they were still cleaning it. I paid a good amount to stay in the room and we weren t even able to check in on proper check in time. Also we were told we would get complementary breakfast but that didn t happen either. Not to mention we asked for an extended check out time which would be 12 and we were rudely awoken by a maid who didn t even knock, they came in and turned on all the lights while we were sleeping! Granted this was around 10 ish, and they heard me say excuse me we re trying to sleep and then they left. But we couldn t sleep after that.... so like I said I stayed in the king suite studio room, paid good amount to enjoy my stay. I m only giving 3 stars for the room

Good food, cocktails were pricey for the small cups they gave you. Market place had a lot of options fof healthy eating.

I absolutely enjoyed staying at the Hyatt. If you are looking for luxury then the Hyatt is place to stay. However, I would be cautious of valet parking your car. I have a huge mark on my bumper due to valet hitting my car against something. The hotel gave me their insurance information, but I'm still skeptical that they will not pay for the damages.

The hotel is very clean and remodeled. Amazing bar with very witty bartenders. Overall had a wonderful experience

New review: A quick call to the front desk and they upgraded our room to a tower/section that has been freshly painted. That was very nice and there was no hassle at all, so I'm upgrading from 2 to 4 stars.

Old review: It's going to take a lot for this hotel to make up. I will update this review during out stay, if it gets any better or any worse.
1) The elevator in the parking garage is disgusting. It looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in a year. Dust and dirt on the floors and smudges all over.
2) Out room hallway looks outdated. There are paint chips here and there.
3) As soon as we opened the the door to our room, we immediately noticed that it was nicer than the res so far.. The furniture is decent. But not so fast!....
4) The room smells like a wet dog and smoke! The carpet smells like smelly feet... Perhaps not changed or properly cleaned in years.
It's so bad, MY NOSE IS TWITCHING. NASTY!
5) The bathroom is nice.
It has a TV built into the mirror... But honestly.. I would rather the rooms smell good.. Or at least NOT SMELL.

We came here for vacation.. Not to be offended by our room.

Tha LaQuinta in my town destroys this place in terms of cleanliness.

If this is 4 stars, 5 stars ain't all that and the LaQuinta is 7.
