I have not bought from a car lot in 15 years because I dread dealing with "car salesman". However, I had a specific car I wanted and a dealership was my best option. I contacted George Pickett. He made the buying process very simple. I kept waiting for the "I gotcha ya" but it never happened. He was upfront about everything and we both got what we wanted.

I was on my way to another Honda dealership to purchase a 2018 Honda Accord Touring, when I received a telephone call from Kristie Weaver at Patty Peck Honda. I told her I was purchasing a 2018 Honda Accord, but she asked me to come see her before I made my decision. I am extremely happy that I received her call. Not only did she beat the other dealership's price, but Patty Peck also offers a lifetime power train warranty for free. Kristie was extremely nice and she made my car buying experience very easy. If anyone is looking for a car, I would highly recommend you visiting Kristie Weaver at Patty Peck Honda.

I highly recommend getting your next vehicle at patty peck Honda! Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. We worked with Joe Giuffria and he was able to get us into the car we wanted. He explained everything to us and made the process easy.

After days of trying to get approved they finally got the vehicle approved. I asked my sales person can you send me pictures or let me know what type of car I would be approved to get and he goes off to tell me that it s a slap in the face to even ask what s available in my price range to purchase. Basically he was telling me you don t even have a car so whatever we approved you for that s what you should take because you don t even have a car. I m like wow but okay sir!!!!! I asked him why is it a issue when I only want to know what I am approved for so that I can make sure that is what I want to drive. If I m paying for a car I at least want it to be something that I want to pay for not just what my sales associate feel I should be driving. And again I would not recommend anyone to shop where they feel if you don t have a car basically just take anything.

When a salesman (Jason) tells you "we can't beat that deal from another dealership you should buy from them" you have to question why they can't price match?

Corey McMurtry was absolutely amazing!!! He expressed patience and empathy throughout the entire process. Although I have a less than ideal situation, Corey made it his business to ensure that I drove away with my dream car. Thank you Corey!

I had an exceptional experience at Patty Peck Honda. This was my first Honda purchase. Called and spoke with Ted Buck who was extremely helpful and produced the vehicle I was in search of along with the features and accessories I was hoping for. Patty Peck Honda has the best service department hands down than any other dealer I have dealt with. Fred and Cici are the best representatives and customer service can be a deal breaker or maker. That's why I keep coming back to Patty Peck. Patty Peck is by far the best service department in the state of MS and probably the entire Southeastern region.

The customer service at the express oil change this past Monday, 4/27/2020 was great. Although we are in the middle of a pandemic, Patty Pack took great care in ensuring the safety of the customers by placing the seats six feet apart in the area where we could still see what was going on with our vehicles and still obtain the necessary distance recommended by CDC. The temperature was great, as well. Eric, the customer service representative and James, the service technician, took excellent care of my oil change and provided quick and great service. Thank you all and please stay safe.

I just purchased a used F-150 from Patty Peck. When I walked in, I did not see anyone whatsoever aside from some guys goofing around ignoring the face that I had walked in. As I walked around the first set of desks, a younger gentleman named Alex Camp got up and asked if I had been helped yet. Not only were his mannerisms extremely professional, he stopped what he was doing to ensure I was being helped. We then went on the test drive and I was instantly in love. I was also very surprised being that you all are a Honda dealership that he was so knowledgeable about a Ford. Anyways, that was the easiest, fastest, and most comfortable car deal I have ever done. He and the General Manager were able to work with me and get a fantastic price. Thanks to Alex and the management, you've just gained a customer. I will be referring anyone I know in the market for a vehicle to not only your dealership, but to see Alex. I'm still shocked at how smooth he made the process for me. For the first time, I didn't have the need to be aggressive or argumentative with a salesman. Great job.

Best experience that I've had yet !!! I went to Petty Peck Honda to see what offers they had since me lease to my Honda Civic was about to expire. I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 from J.J. Thompson. He made my car buying experience really simple. I let him know that I was on my way to the dealership and he had my vehicle already ready to go. All of the pricing and a majority of the paperwork was already taken care of before my arrival. The only thing I had to do was test drive my car and sign on the dotted line. He wasn't overbearing as some salesmen can be...he actually treated me like family. The staff and quality of work was fine. The fact I had to wait almost two hours on a oil change with an appointment was a deal breaker. But I suppose doing that type of service on a Saturday I was asking for it.

We called many dealerships to get the best price for a Honda odyssey. Jj Thompson was who we were in contact with a Patty Peck Honda. He fought for us to get the best deal possible and he did just that. Over all customer service was great! We enjoyed our 2 1/2 hours at the dealership. They had coffee, drinks, and they even offered hamburgers and hotdogs the day we were there. I 100% recommend JJ Thompson and Patty Peck Honda dealership.

Service was quick but I received a call asking if I wanted my tires rotated, I said "no", and they rotated them anyways.

Until I met Cory Waltman at Patty Peck Honda, I despised car shopping and pushy salesman so badly, that after I totaled my Nissan, I put off buying a new car for 3 months.

A couple weeks ago, after an appt. In Madison, I decided to just go look. ..fell in love with my CRV, thanks to Cory showing me what I wanted to look at instead of what he wanted to sell that day. He took me straight to what I had been looking at online and took a quick video of all the features. Without that video, I would have never remembered what all to tell my husband when I got home.

We let him know that we were driving over in the next few days. Once we arrived at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, Corey was expecting us but he was still dealing with customers that had no idea what they wanted. I totally understand how that can happen. One if the things that stood out was when JJ greeted us, he located Cory, told him we there and then took us to his own office to get started so we weren't standing around doing nothing. He sent us for a test drive. When we got back, Cory was ready to get the ball rolling. He made suggestions, recommendations and answered all of our questions.

For over 20 years in management, human resources, hiring and training team members, I was the one handling guest service issues, providing more training when needed, & issuing verbal and written warnings for performance issues. So, GUEST SERVICE is serious to me.
In the 3hrs I was there, everyone I saw upfront or from a distance, was following many of the best guest svc standards you can find; not a pushy one in the bunch.

When Cory handed me my new keys, we asked him for dinner recommendations. He got that right, too.Thanks for a great experience!!
