We purchased a Honda Sport for our daughter that was being traded during the time of our visit. Initially, this car buying experience was GREAT. Quinn Bready was knowledgeable &engaging. The finance guy promised to send the necessary paperwork when the car was delivered the next day. However, that didn't happen. After 1 week of calls that were not returned & the promise of "it's in the mail", we still have not received the necessary paperwork to get the tag for the car. If I didn't send the check with the delivery guy, I'm sure that I would have gotten numerous calls.. UNFORTUNATELY, I'm still waiting for the paperwork.

Bought a H-RV last night from Ted Buck, who has a sixth sense about the kind of car I need. I've never been good at buying cars. Ted is no-pressure kind of salesman. I looked at the car on Monday night, texted him Tuesday about the color and one option I wanted (tinted glass), and then just dropped by yesterday afternoon around 5 and he had my car ready for delivery. I was in and out lickety split.

My CR-V had a dead battery and a flat tire - had to be towed. I bought my vehicle from Patty Peck and they have done all repairs, oil changes and new tires. Fred Smith was my Service Advisor. He did a great job taking care of my CR-V and me. Thank you Patty Peck Honda for making my experience an easy process.

Everything was good up until the signing of paperwork. I was rushed through the paperwork. Wasn t given a chance to get detailed information. Wasn t asked what s most important for my needs as an owner. When buying a brand new car you don t expect to have to buy new tires five months later and find out you signed paperwork declining something so important. They took advantage of the excitement and did whatever they needed to close the deal. Make sure they explain all warranties that are optional. Will never buy from them again.

Quinn Bready was an excellent sales person. He took the time to explain all the features on the car and even set up the stero with radio stations for us. He was very good at explaining the financing details with us as well and made the car buying experience a fun one!!

I loved the Honda CR-V Touring I bought. Generally, car salesmen are about as well-liked as snake oil salesmen. Not so for Joe Dineen, especially. He was extremely cordial and helpful, as were Harold Brewer and Jason McFadden.

Katorra Lewis is the saleswoman for you!!! As soon as we pulled up (with on appointment by the way) she greeted us and put us in a car to test drive right away. We had been to 5 other car dealerships and they treated us so poorly and did not want to show us anything without pulling our credit. Katorra was a total different experience did not judge us and treated my family with respect. My mother and myself got vehicles that day and at a great interest rate. I can t say how dissatisfied I am with Honda. They issue an extended warranty for peeling paint on our 2013 Pilot covering the roof and tailgate. Ours is peeling on the hood and roof. They say this is not covered. No way this not the same issue! Patty Peck Honda agreed with us and is taking care of the hood theirselves. Best dealer around!

Jason Leonberger is one of the nicest salesmen I have ever dealt with. If you need a vehicle and don t like the pressure of the typical car salesman go see him! Also, I definitely recommend Patty Peck in Ridgeland!

Frankly, I rate my experience with your sales and/or finance managers a 1 or a 2: their responses were not fair, timely, or informative. Fairness: Do not tell me your best offer on a car is $21,200 and then show me a piece of paper with an extra ~$800 in fees; even if some were not negotiable, that simply means your best offer wasn t $21,200, but that figure plus your non-negotiable fees. (These fees were insurance and delivery, where delivery is not the typical destination charge. Delivery fees should only apply when I ask you to transfer a car from another dealer because, e.g., I prefer the color. This car was sitting in the lot when I walked in.) Fairness: Do not dangle a lease offer in front of me and then change the terms to the tune of $60/month because of a 15 point difference in credit scores. (Compare the approach your competitor took: they quoted me a realistic figure from the outset, and then when the terms changed because of he lower credit score, the change was minimal.) Informative: When I ask for the money factor on a lease, do not tell me I need to come in and sit down with somebody first. Again, your competitor took an alternative tack, and they earned my business.

Let me be totally clear about this: I wanted to buy a car two days ago, and I did. I could have afforded the Civic in a wide range of prices, but your team lost the sale when Corey failed to respond in a timely manner to questions about lease terms. You can chalk it up to oh, we were just busy, and that s fine, but all that means to me is that I was not a priority for Patty Peck two days ago. That s fine. Y all are five minutes away from my home, but it was worth driving out of the way to conduct business with a dealership that was fair, efficient, and timely in its responses to my inquiries, because they made me and my business a priority.

Now I have this problem on my hands where I know people who have done business with your dealership and I can t help but wonder if they got screwed but were just too naive to realize it. I can t tell these people what I think about Patty Peck, but what I can do is urge my colleagues, neighbors, family, friends, and acquaintances to take their business elsewhere.

Finally, when you emailed me yesterday after I notified you of my purchase and asked for my feedback about my Patty Peck experience, I sent the entire body of this review to every salesman and manager I interacted with as well as your general manager and general sales manager and received NO response. I ll tell you what I would ve done if I were you. I would ve called the dissatisfied customer and accepted responsibility for any mistakes that were made or tried to explain where miscommunications or misunderstandings occurred. Then maybe he wouldn t leave a 1 star review online.

I rate my experience with Adam and Luke a 5. It really broke our hearts not to be able to purchase that vehicle from you guys but Luke especially because he marketed the car itself very well, and worked really hard to answer my numerous, specific questions afterward. (We thought the video Adam sent was a nice touch: it s what got us in the door.)

We were determined to buy Honda CRV but were confused about which color to buy. As we were trying to think and finalise the color, the sales consultant Antron was so impatient that we could not take it. We wanted to meet DeAnthony as he was really good but was off on that day. We ended going to Jackson (Ridgeland is closer to us) and met an amazing sales consultant and brought our Metallic Grey CRV there.

We bought the 2028 Honda Civic EX for our daughter and she loves it. Altron Hazley was our sales person and he was very helpful and patient with us even in the rain. This was the fastest car purchase we have ever done. Will always buy from Patty Peck as long as we live near Madison, MS.

Mr. Bernardo La Costa was so friendly and professional. The entire process of getting my van fixed was easy. Snacks and water were provided for customers that were waiting on their vehicles. I was telling my mother about this and she commented that the Toyota dealership she went to for her car did no such thing. Way to go Patty Peck! Keep up the friendly service and you will always have a customer in me.

I contact KT about a vehicle, she sent me the App and I filled it out. And she told me to come get the keys. I said Huh? She said come get the keys. She called back asked me a couple of questions, then told me to come on. She said she had to get w/ Avery. When I got there I thought I would be there all night. But KT was very professional and within 1 hour she came clapping and said you got your truck. Never in my life I ve ever been to a dealership and left with a vehicle within 1 hours. Normally they will hold you all day then have every finance company pull your credit. If you didn t have bad credit you will when you leave some dealerships. I ll recommend KT @ Patty Peck to others. Had a great experience buying a Honda CR-V at Patty Peck. Doug Smith, salesman, was especially knowledgeable, helpful, and very flexible in an unusual situation. (After much research), I came one day to choose the color and model, going with Doug for a test drive. Then my husband made the arrangements with Doug over the next couple of days, because this is to be a birthday present for me - in a months time! After I officially receive the CR-V on my birthday, Doug will take the time to show me all the 'bells and whistles', to make sure I can make the most out of my new SUV. The worry I had of never doing a deal from afar was dissipated with the utmost professionalism, care and can do attitude of Kristie.
