I just purchased a used F-150 from Patty Peck. When I walked in, I did not see anyone whatsoever aside from some guys goofing around ignoring the face that I had walked in. As I walked around the first set of desks, a younger gentleman named Alex Camp got up and asked if I had been helped yet. Not only were his mannerisms extremely professional, he stopped what he was doing to ensure I was being helped. We then went on the test drive and I was instantly in love. I was also very surprised being that you all are a Honda dealership that he was so knowledgeable about a Ford. Anyways, that was the easiest, fastest, and most comfortable car deal I have ever done. He and the General Manager were able to work with me and get a fantastic price. Thanks to Alex and the management, you've just gained a customer. I will be referring anyone I know in the market for a vehicle to not only your dealership, but to see Alex. I'm still shocked at how smooth he made the process for me. For the first time, I didn't have the need to be aggressive or argumentative with a salesman. Great job.
