I bought a new 2013 G37 one year ago October. Ever...

I bought a new 2013 G37 one year ago October. Everything with the sale of the vehicle went great. Routine oil changes go smoothly. The only issue I have is the last two times I have taken my vehicle in for an oil changes I mention a squeal coming from the brakes. They say that nothing is wrong with my brakes and that there is nothing they can do. The vehicle stops fine, it is just embarrassing for such a nice car with only 20,000 miles on it to sound like a school bus every time I come to a stop. It is not easy to come by time off from work. That is the whole reason why I purchased a new vehicle with an extended warranty so that I wouldn t have to deal with vehicle issues. Does anyone else have this issue with their Infiniti or this dealership?

very very unpleased with the service i traded my car in and didn t even get told how much it was valued at .. they just was concerned about me having a deposit while i did have . i left because i had to go to work and the salesman was sending me cars that i specifically asked him was this my choice and he said yes so it took me a couple of days to go back but when i did i m thinking i was thinking i was going to have the option of the cars that were sent to me but nope that wasn t the cause they ( paul ) said he put me down for a suv when i never told them nothing about a suv but anyway i get the ml350 mercedes benz truck the salesperson didn t let me test drive the vehicle he was so much in a rush to hurry up and get a deal done which is very unprofessional but ok i get the truck go home crank it up and it was taking some time to crank i notified my salesman and he said something about the battery i brought it in to get the BATTERY CHECKED but the car still doing the same thing after they changed the battery and my engine light is coming on and going off and some loud noises are made when i cut the heater on .. i ve asked multiple times to either give me my old back or put me in something else but now i don t want nothing from their dealership because i m having all these problems with this vehicle and it s only been 2 weeks of the purchase and like i said i asked for my old car and my money back but ( Paul ) tells me to just drive this vehicle for a year and come back .. very bad business

Best Buying Experience Ever with Ross Bajon

Ross Bajon with Infiniti of Baton Rouge was the key factor in my decision to purchase an Infiniti Q70. From the moment I pulled into the dealership, I was greeted promptly and courteously. I felt right at home, immediately being offered refreshments before we sat in Ross office to discuss everything there is to know about Infiniti. I can't say the same about the other dealerships.
I researched Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Infiniti, and Audi vehicles thoroughly before I visited the dealerships. After months of research, I visited the dealerships in Baton Rouge some of the dealerships I visited once or twice, with Infiniti and Mercedes being visited three times. My final decision was an Infiniti Q70 and I couldn t be happier. My experience with the other dealerships do not compare with the experience I had with Infiniti of Baton Rouge and Ross Bajon.
After visiting Audi and browsing in the lobby for at least 5 minutes with no one greeting me or acknowledging my presence, I walked out. I scratched Audi off of my list. When I visited BMW, I was hesitantly greeted by a sales person. I didn t feel comfortable there and I had to ask to see a BMW 3 series and also had to ask if I could test drive it. I also had the same experience with the Mercedes dealership. At Mercedes, I was also asked if I was sure I could afford an E series and why I wasn t willing to buy that day. They wanted me to make a decision immediately. I asked the salesmen to demonstrate all of the options in the vehicle. That was not done. My opinion of the BMW and Mercedes dealerships is that the salesmen do not have to show you anything; the name alone should sell itself. I felt an air of arrogance at these two dealerships.
Conversely, my opinion of the Infiniti and Lexus dealership is that since they don t have a name , they have to try a little harder to win you over. That being said, my experience with Ross Bajon was outstanding. The minute I walked in the lobby and was greeted by Ross and told him I was interested in an Infiniti Q50 or Q70, he immediately stated that we would test drive these two vehicles. After explaining everything about the Infiniti, including all of the options and the service department, we were off to test drive. The test drive lasted about 30 minutes or more, where Ross demonstrated EVERY option on that vehicle. He wanted me to see and understand how everything in the car worked. Each time I visited Infiniti, Ross stated that we would test drive the vehicle again. I had a thorough explanation and demonstration of everything the Infiniti had to offer. No stone was left unturned and no question was left unanswered!
The entire staff at Infiniti of Baton Rouge is friendly and courteous. The first time I visited there, Mrs. Anita and I bonded over the same brand of purses we both had. As I went to fix a cup of coffee, she insisted on brewing a fresh pot. She was concerned that the pot of coffee had been sitting there for too long. Jonathan Hutchens, Finance Director, was also prompt, friendly, patient, and courteous and he took his time explaining everything and answering any questions I had. Tasha, in the Service Department, was very sweet and efficient in scheduling my first service appointment in six months. Every person employed by Infiniti of Baton Rouge that I saw or met was extremely courteous and kind. Infiniti of Baton Rouge seems to be a great place to work and it shows through their employees. I am so glad I choose Infiniti of Baton Rouge.

Very Highly impressed!! I had a premium experience the second I walked through the doors to purchase our brand new QX60. My Wife and had spoke to David on the phone and through emails and were treated with the best service that you could ask for. David Spikes hit a home run. I have not bought a car in 10 years but he made me feel comfortable about pricing, numbers, condition of the vehicle and so much more. I recommend this dealership and trust David Spikes... he will guide you to a great deal and a great experience!

My husband and I were looking for a reliable car that is a higher level of craftsmanship.
We looked at several cars but liked a Lexus 07. Mr Amoroso was wonderful and at no point he pushed us to make a decision. We drove a few other cars at the dealership ( Acura and Prius) and he was extremely patient while we were making our minds. He gave us all the information we requested.
By the way the Infinity dealership had the best inventory of used cars in Baton Rouge

I have an Infiniti QX60 my car stop on me while driving to Baton Rouge from New Orleans. Nothing about this dealership has been nice my car only towed to Baton Rouge because I was close to there if I had a choice I would ve had it towed to infinity of Metairie because the service there is a 100 time better when I arrive to the dealership it was after 3pm this pass Saturday 11/23/19 I was stranded i ask the service supervisor for a loaner car and I was told it s too late in the day we don t have anymore. She never once explained or made a jester and maybe if someone doesn t come in or we get a return I can provide you with a loaner car but I was told you can go to enterprise I then inform them that enterprise was closed and I had no way home I was told go to the air port. Not until I told them my that I was receiving very poor customer service and that I was going to call cooperate I was told I m going to leave a note by your name so that someone can call you when and if a loaner car becomes available. And that I should receive a call after lunch Monday with some answer on your car well it s now 2:11pm I m still without a car and answer my service consultant is Tina Lanoux all I m getting is that we are short staff we had 6 cars left over from Saturday and your car was one of them and I know the answer will still be no on loaner car because we had so many reserve only if someone canceled we can get you in one but I highly doubt that the answer will still be no the worker here they are not compassionate at all I feel like my car is still setting where the tow truck drop it at and no one ever touch I don t feel confident In they re service some one please help

I just recently leased my 3rd Infiniti from the Baton Rouge dealership and received excellent service as usual from Bernie Hahn. He is attentive, professional and knowledgeable. He began contacting me about a month ago to discuss my needs as I neared the end of my current lease that didn t end until August 2020. When I decided I was ready to get out of my lease a little early, he accepted the challenge and worked out the perfect deal to get me into something new.

There is no question that customer service is a priority at Infiniti of Baton Rouge and I highly recommend shopping with them.

Honestly, this was my most pleasant car buying experience ever. I got exactly the car I wanted for a fair price. I am completely happy and satisfied with my purchase! Jerry Amoroso was my salesman. He was upbeat, friendly, straightforward and very helpful. He was easy to deal with, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Kelly Walls did my financing/closing. He was very pleasant as well and explained every option to me. He got me the interest rate and the warranty that I wanted. He was also very quick and efficient with the pile of paperwork that comes with car buying.

I was in and out of the dealership in about 3 hours total, and I left with a great car and a smile. I will be back in the future.

I just bought my 3rd vehicle from Infiniti of Baton Rouge. My latest vehicle was a QX80 and I previously bought 2 QX56's. I have yet to have anything less than a great experience at Infinit Baton Rouge. My salesperson for all three vehicles has been David Spikes and I would not consider using anyone else. He makes your buying experience incredibly simple and he is honest! He has even personally delivered a previous vehicle to my house, which is over 60 miles away. I love the quality you get with Infiniti and would not consider buying one anywhere else than Infinit Baton Rouge and would not use anyone else than David Spikes.

Brought my 2 year old QX60 to the dealership because it was smoking. After looking at they told me it was negligence of oil changes and that I needed a new engine and it'd be $12,000. Decided not to have them change it thank god. Got it from them only to find out they didn't reseal the oil pan so that leaked. They also failed to put back my engine cover correctly by not putting back all the bolts. When I called to complain about this I was told that I could buy the bolts from autozone and about the oil pan, i really shouldn't be driving it so they didn't want to waste their time sealing it properly. After a few back and forths with them I decided to bring my car to the New Orleans dealership. After a few hours got a call back saying they can fix everything for $1800 and that an engine replacement wasn't necessary. Thanks NOLA for saving me $10,000. Don't deal with these scam artists people.

The most amazing experience purchasing a car. Justin is the man! My Uncle and I drove up from New Orleans and was in heavy traffic on a Saturday evening. When we arrived it was 6:10 and the dealership was closed. Justin stood after just to help us out. By far the best customer service, not to mention he made me feel comfortable spending my money. Justin will have me returning for any future purchases.

We recently purchased our 3rd Infiniti and 2nd from Mike Kyle. As die hard Infiniti owners, our salesman made the buying experience a pleasure. He worked very hard to make our wants attainable. He is personable, knowledgeable of the product he sells, and makes your stay comfortable. We went to Infiniti of BR for our QX50 s 10,000 mile maintenance with no intention of buying a new car. As we began looking at the floor models, with absolutely no pressure from any salesman, we decided that a little larger vehicle was what we wanted. Shelly Graves was our service adviser. I can't say enough good things about her. When I brought my vehicle in, a 2017 QX60 that I purchased a week before from a Nissan dealership in Monroe, La., for service, I was disappointed and defeated. I had such a bad feeling regarding my Infiniti purchase. My fear was that this issue had been present and now dumped on me. That feeling dissipated quickly when I realized Shelly and her team had my absolute best interest at hand and wouldn't stop until the issue was resolved. She took the lead in a full on investigation on this vehicle and sorted out what exactly needed to be done to correct the issue in a timely and cost effective manner. When Shelly called to update me on the vehicle, she patiently waited and accommodated me including my husband on the call so we could all be involved in the conversation. I appreciated that so much! She ended the conversation with "Don't loose hope! We will take care of you!"...not only did she say that, I knew she meant that!
The process of dropping my vehicle off and picking it up with so quick and efficient. They had a loaner waiting on me. What could have been, and what I expected to be an absolute nightmare was hardly (if at all) an inconvenience. I am thankful for this team ensuring we were well taken care of. Although I hope to have no future needs from Shelly and her service team in the future, I have complete confidence I will, again, be well taken care of. I will certainly use no one else.

I purchased a Tahoe a couple of months ago from the Preowned side and the vehicle turned out having a issue with it's shocks as well as has transmission failure... I've spoken with the sales manager as well as made multiple attempt to speak with my sales rep before that multiple times but they are not helpful. This is my second time purchasing from infiniti. The first time everything went smoothly... but this time may be my very last time doing business with them. This is not the way to do business. I need a vehicle in good working condition and spent about $30k on a lemon. I contacted them to see if they can assist with getting my vehicle fixed and they basicallytold me that I'm on my own...-I need assistance

4 to 5 times with different lenders they told me I was not approved Wasted time send info and waiting for few days. Will definitely buy the SUV I want from elsewhere. Gotta have perfect credit for infinity baton rouge to consider you, Even if you make 80k + The sub I wanted was only 15k. Negative experience, will never consider you even when my credit shoots up.

Most friendly, down to earth honest people that made my buying experience great! Best customer service. I can't say enough about Sales manager Bo Stevens and salesman Rusty Allement. True professionals. I highly recommend the two of them and the company they work for if you're planning on buying a car.

Best & Easiest car shopping/buying experience ever. The whole thing took place in less than a week. I called on Monday and immediately got a call back and made an appointment with Mr. Jerry Amoroso for Saturday to view and drive the vehicles I was interested in and had seen on-line, and by the same afternoon I was driving home the owner of my favorite of the day's selections. I could not be happier with our selection of automobile or dealership as the treatment and special attention we received from Mr. Amoroso and the entire Fabre family dealership staff. Having never shopped at Infiniti of Baton Rogue we could not have known ahead of time just how perfect a fit it would be for us, but it was a seamless transition of losing a vehicle following an accident to driving away from the dealership in something even better than what we lost and that we love even more, which at the time of loss seemed highly unlikely. We will definitely be back to shop with Jerry at the next opportunity and will start scouting out Acura's and Infiniti's making plans to buy something newer next time, but what we got this time although used was in pristine condition and absolutely like new to us despite being a few years old. We love our car, and it was worth the drive to Louisiana, and would recommend to anyone we know who is in the market for a car to contact Jerry and Infiniti of Baton Rogue staff, because there is no better combination of people to assist you in your next vehicle purchase!!

I love Eddie with Acura/Infiniti used cars. He was very helpful from beginning to end. I told him two vehicles I was interested in and he kept me informed with each one on specific things I was looking for. I decided on the Q60 3.0T and he went over everything with me. I had got in a wreck that totaled my car so I was dealing with insurance and trying to buy a car all at the same time. Eddie and Andrew (used car manager) made the process amazing and smooth. Even had my car ready to take home that same day. Jonathan in finance is the ABSOLUTE best. The team at Infiniti makes it great from start to finish. If your looking for a new or used vehicle call Eddie and he will take GREAT care of you. He has also sold cars to my sister and brother in law and they love him too!!

Service needs lots of help. I purchased 2 a QX 80 and QX60 around 150,000 in autos and drive all the way from Mandeville. I have had more than one bad service experience they left off a locking lug nut once and last service didn't even fill washer fluid not sure what else they may have missed. Now my 1 year old QX80 battery went out so I call and they want me to drive it to BR I'm like no just send someone with a battery and they say well we will tow it, don't even call me back so I call at end of day. Same story this service sucks will be going back to Cadillac. They also sell you a car and don't even call to follow up or say thank you!!!!!!

Brandon Varnado could not have made buying my Infiniti any easier with zero pressure. I test rode a few and told him I was going to decide in a few days and he was respectful of that and when I asked more questions he found several vehicles that he thought I would be interested in and fit what I was looking for. He did the pricing for me with no hassle and I was ready to buy the vehicle without any stress, unnecessary haggling or delay. The finance officer was just as relaxed and professional as Brandon and would definitely recommend this dealership where everyone seems helpful and courteous. We had about as perfect of an experince as you can have buying a car and it was our salesman Donnie Kendrick that made it so great! Everything was painless from the negotiating to the purchasing! We had a few problems with the car and since it was a used car wasn't sure what we could do but Donnie stepped up and fixed everything and I'm the proud owner of a beautiful suv that I love and its 100% problem free! If you are at Infiniti/Acura ask for Donnie and I promise you will not regret it!

We had $1100.00 worth of work done on our vehicle and they would not give us a copy of their 12000 mile warranty for the work that they had done. The vehicle was not put back together and the employees were very rude. We have bought multuple vehicles with them but never again. Take your business elsewhere.
