I had very good service when I brought my 2014 Honda CRV in for regular oil change. It was also time for transmission fluid change, so that was taken care of at the same time. Very professional service from Alex Camp, my service provider; he is always friendly, professional and helpful when I come in for service on my Honda. B. Upton did a good job as the Certified Technician, too.

My mother drove nearly 5 hours to Mississippi with a friend to pick up her new car and decided after doing so to try and trade in my current vehicle, a 2018 Jeep Renegade, for a Honda Civic. The family friend took my mom to Patty Peck to do exactly that.

Our buying experience with Patty Peck was the best that we have had with a car dealership in a very long time. A matter of fact the last time we had such a positive buying experience was when we bought my mom's 2006 Honda Pilot back in 2011 from a local Honda dealership. Honda does a pretty good job hiring amazing people to represent them.

Our sales representative was William Johnson Jr. and he was such a tremendous help getting the car that we wanted. He gave us a tour of the Civics and Accords that were available and narrowed down what would be the best color. This was a mostly hands-off process for me since I wasn't physically there to view the cars, but I have to say William and my mom picked the best color available. Also if you're reading this William, I love the small fin on the trunk of the car.

This entire process of viewing the different cars and buying the one I wanted was done in a span of a couple hours. This was amazing since this was done on the same day as my mom driving to the area and her purchasing her own vehicle.

By the end of that night my mom and her friend left Mississippi with my 2020 Honda Civic Sedan Sport and her new car. I originally wanted to get the Civic Hatchback due to the more powerful powertrain, the extra truck space, and the lovely looks of the hatchback model, but unfortunately Honda as a whole didn't offer the hatchback with the same amazing financing deal.

That being said, I would recommend buying your next Honda or next vehicle in general from Patty Peck Honda. Me and my family will definitely drive 5 hours to Mississippi to buy our new Honda vehicles.

My husband and I purchased a 2019 Honda CR-V for our granddaughter. Our salesman was LeMarris Brown. We made three visits before purchasing the car on the fourth visit. LeMarris was very knowledgeable about the car. When we had our granddaughter drive the car LeMarris was extremely patient showing her all the safety and the technology features.

LeMarris was courteous and professional through the entire process. He showed a desire to work with us on the sale price going back to management several times to arrive at a price we could afford. The only bump in the process was the bill of sale showed a $500 deposit that was not initially discussed as being a factory rebate. We did not understand the rebate was being used for Patty Peck to arrive at their final price offer.

We hope to have a good post sale relationship with Patty Peck s service department.

I was under a great deal of stress. My 13 yr old vehicle died. My Mom in Oklahoma was not well. I needed to go to Oklahoma that coming weekend. I stopped by after work. Doug Smith showed me an Accord. Jimmy came to meet me and told me to drive the car home and see how I liked it. It gave me an opportunity to show it to my husband. He's a big Honda fan! The next day I went back and Doug, Jimmy, and I talked. Jimmy worked his magic and made it possible for me to afford the car. Doug explained all the "technology" of the dash to me. Jimmy made an appointment for my husband and I to meet with Ed to complete the paperwork the next morning. Everything was easy and smooth.

On the way to Oklahoma I noticed three red letters on the dash. I called Doug. He explained it was the lane alert. I have a tendency to drive toward the edge of the road, away from the center line. It let me know every time I did! LOL!! Well, two trips to Oklahoma since my purchase just a few weeks ago. I'm in Oklahoma now and will be driving back this weekend! May have to come back again soon; but, at least I can feel confident that I am driving a safe vehicle. I love my new Honda Accord. I love the hands free phone. I can work, be where I need to be, and help take care of my Mom. Technology is great! I can work from "MyDesk" at Mom's. Run back and forth from her house to McAlester for whatever she needs in my wonderful Accord! I love the keyless locks and starting of the vehicle. The Salesman that assisted me in my purchase, Mr. William Johnson Jr., went above and beyond to make sure I received the best deal possible on the vehicle that I purchased. Most importantly, he displayed honesty, he convinced me that he was a man of God and I'm thankful for that and because of that, I felt comfortable in dealing with him. This was very important to me because like others, I have met some dishonest car dealers in the past at other dealerships. I also noticed how clean the building was, inside and out and how friendly and helpful the employees were.

Car salesman Neil Nowak is super caring and helpful when buying a new car. Got me the lowest price and totally showed me how to use all the new safety devices the Honda Accord has now. He helped me find insurance companies with great rates to fully insure my new Honda Accord. He even drove my new car to my home 40 miles from dealership so I could have it that day! It was the best new car buying experience I've ever had!!! I've bought new cars 7 times and this was such a pleasurable experience !!!

Don t buy no other brand car from here and if you do decide to get one make whatever kind of car you get let it get put on a diagnostic machine to make sure everything right with it because after 30 days they going say they can t do nothing Free about it but they will give you a price on fixing the problem. Don t take it to them for them to check the car take it somewhere else cause all they will do is turn the check engine light off and blame it on a gas cap. Be cautious buying from here.
