She got me a brand new car 2020 insight with what i wanted plus more. approval process was nothing I wasn't there i don't think an hour. Had a wonderful car buying experience last night at Patty Peck Honda. I had discussed buying a new CRV over the phone with Ms Donna Ransdale who gave me a tremendous amount of useful information. She invited me in and turned everything over to Ms Kristie Weaver who allowed me to do a serious test drive and filled in all the information gaps I had on the new CRV. She then stayed late and had the car prepped nicely so my wife could test drive it after work. Great professional team!!!
You need to review a customers past purchases before handing the bill over. I bought my tires all from Honda and thus was awarded free rotations and warranty of my tires. But the customer service rep didn't know this and tried to charge me. I asked her to look up my record and thus got it all for free or covered under the agreement.

We bought a 2015 Honda Accord EXL Coupe from Patty Peck in 2015. I began obtaining quotes online several days ago so that when my husband returned from out of town business we could purchase a 2017 coupe before they are discontinued next year. Austin, one of the internet sales managers, was very friendly and helpful. However, George Pickett, who was our salesman in 2015 got involved and from the first phone call he was rude, arrogant and condescending. I asked him more than once to give me the "out the door" total sales price and he kept saying he needed me to come in to look at my current lease. He also kept talking payments and said he did not understand how my prior payments were so low. I told him that payments and my current trade in were irrelevant at that time, I was only wanting an "out the door" price. He finally gave me that price verbally at the end of the week. My husband and I went by there the next morning and he comes out with a piece of paper with the MSRP price. When I tried to ask one question, he told me I was being unrealistic. I told him he had been rude from the beginning and told my husband it was time to go. My husband saw what type of behavior I had dealt with all week from him. We went to another local dealer and the process was so easy! Every person in that dealership was welcoming and friendly and our salesperson had the agreed upon price ready and even came off that price some. We will never visit Patty Peck again because of George Pickett. There were also several lies he told us in 2015 and the other day that came to light later on Saturday about the leasing process. A coworker of my sister-in-law was also misrepresented on one particular lie, and ended up doing her next business at another dealer. Perhaps Honda needs to be aware of this misrepresentation to customers from Patty Peck sales. One other thing I might add is this, George told me on the phone Friday he had already met his quota for the month. Well George, in that case you really didn't need to sell to us anyway, did you? I would like to add that Bob Aubrey, the General Manager, called me the day after this post and was very apologetic and stated that their sales team is not trained to treat customers this way. As I explained to Mr. Aubrey, I dealt with many sales people last week and not one treated me the way George Pickett did.

They forgot to vacuum my Ridgeline. I notified Chris in the service area and he quickly made sure someone took care of it. They are busy all the time so things can get missed. But they are quick to correct it if you just let them know.

Unable to reach a deal, we visited another local Honda dealership who was willing to substantially beat Patty Peck's deal. Still not sold - we decided to consider the 2016 Accord Touring and paid Don Lee another visit. Within minutes, we reached a deal. After visiting local competitors, the decision to purchase from Patty Peck was an easy one. Their customer service and professionalism was noticed and appreciated. I had the worst experience here! The finance guy Greg messed up my contract twice and I had to come in 2 different days to redo paperwork.. the 2nd set of paperwork had added fees and a higher cost than what we had originally agreed too! The finance guy Greg told me and my mom on thing, put another on the contract, and the lied to us about the next contract. I was given no incentives. I was charged 42,000 for a 28000 car and on top of that I was going to have to pay for all of warranties separate and pay all my fees and tag separate which was going to be another $3000 on top of the $5800 I had put down.! Let me also add how unprofessional it was that after I gave them my down payment and signed all of my paperwork the FIRST DAY They told me my car would be delivered in 2 days and when I went back the 2nd to redo my paperwork, the day after I had signed and paid my down payment the day before, that they were still allowing people to view and test drive MY PURCHASED VEHICLE DURING A PANDEMIC which had me livid and is completely unacceptable!!! Let s just say I got my money back and left and they sent people chasing me out the door trying to get me to still by this truck offering to give me some of my down payment back and tack it on the end of my total price!! This was the worst and most unprofessional experience I ve ever had with a dealership! The only positive thing I have to say is that Mr JJ Thompson ,sales associate, tried for 2 days to help me the best he could! The only thing I would recommend about this place if you just have to go here to buy a vehicle is use Mr JJ Thompson and also Ed or Craig in Finance! Whatever you do stay the hell away from Greg in Finance!!
I recently purchased an Accord from Patty Peck and was impressed from start to finish. Special recognition to Adam Washington for going above and beyond. I originally started the process online and utilized the online shopper feature which was simple, transparent, safe and honest. Despite it being a Sunday, Adam (on his day off) communicated with me several times which laid the foundation for the next day. Adam s conduct was highly professional, knowledgeable, patient and never pushy. Management interaction was sincere and humble. A member of management took the time to call prior to my appointment and meet me on site to express his gratitude.
