My experience was amazing. I had no initial plan of actually leaving with a car because everyone prior to Patty Peck had turned me down. I talked with Katorra over the phone before I visited the dealership. She was extremely helpful over the phone, so I decided to make a visit. I live over 2 hours away so I was certain that I was just coming in to look around. Katorra took her time to explain everything to me. She made me think realistically as far as car payments. She didn't want me to be above my means, while considering my other financial responsibilities. She was adamant about getting me something that I could afford and wanted. I am very pleased with my result. I love my car. Thank you for being the first dealership to answer all my questions, to remain patient, and to sale me my first car with an outstanding interest rate. My dad is pleased, and that says alot. Thank you!
