I recently purchased an Accord from Patty Peck and was impressed from start to finish. Special recognition to Adam Washington for going above and beyond. I originally started the process online and utilized the online shopper feature which was simple, transparent, safe and honest. Despite it being a Sunday, Adam (on his day off) communicated with me several times which laid the foundation for the next day.
Adam s conduct was highly professional, knowledgeable, patient and never pushy. Management interaction was sincere and humble. A member of management took the time to call prior to my appointment and meet me on site to express his gratitude.

Overall, this was the best car-buying experience to date; exemplary service and a highly competitive price. Oh, and the Accord I purchased is awesome! Great job y all!!
