I had the worst experience here! The finance guy Greg messed up my contract twice and I had to come in 2 different days to redo paperwork.. the 2nd set of paperwork had added fees and a higher cost than what we had originally agreed too! The finance guy Greg told me and my mom on thing, put another on the contract, and the lied to us about the next contract. I was given no incentives. I was charged 42,000 for a 28000 car and on top of that I was going to have to pay for all of warranties separate and pay all my fees and tag separate which was going to be another $3000 on top of the $5800 I had put down.! Let me also add how unprofessional it was that after I gave them my down payment and signed all of my paperwork the FIRST DAY They told me my car would be delivered in 2 days and when I went back the 2nd to redo my paperwork, the day after I had signed and paid my down payment the day before, that they were still allowing people to view and test drive MY PURCHASED VEHICLE DURING A PANDEMIC which had me livid and is completely unacceptable!!! Let s just say I got my money back and left and they sent people chasing me out the door trying to get me to still by this truck offering to give me some of my down payment back and tack it on the end of my total price!! This was the worst and most unprofessional experience I ve ever had with a dealership! The only positive thing I have to say is that Mr JJ Thompson ,sales associate, tried for 2 days to help me the best he could! The only thing I would recommend about this place if you just have to go here to buy a vehicle is use Mr JJ Thompson and also Ed or Craig in Finance! Whatever you do stay the hell away from Greg in Finance!!
