I purchased my used vehicle Feb 14, 2019. I was guaranteed that Patterson Nissan had just put new brakes on the vehicle. Last week on Nov. 14, 2019 I brought my car in for an oil change. I was notified that I needed new front and rear brakes. I also needed 2 different flushes to my transmission. I told the VERY NICE lady who was helping me that I had just bought this car in Feb. Why should I already need brakes? She said that was really soon, and fluffed it off that the service dept. has recommended it so it must be done. Since I had only planned on staying for an oil change, they offered to shuttle me home in the van. While I thought that was nice, the young man who drove me home was texting and talking on the phone while he was driving me home! This was just one of the few terrible experiences I have had with Patterson.
