Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I can for an oil change and told them of a couple of concerns I had in other areas of the car. I was relieved when instead of charging me to fix things, they told me tips to prevent the issues I was having. It's not often you can go to a "mechanic/dealership" and feel like they aren't taking advantage of you but today proved me wrong. I have received nothing but honesty and excellent customer service today!! Thank you Patterson Nissan of Longview!!!
