I was offered a month ago, the parrot mambo fly (109 ) and impossible to get the camera (I asked for this drone for my birthday to make videos!) And they do not count to reproduce
MY FIRST AND LAST DRONE PARROT

But the sending of the parcel still took place despite my many requests by mail and phone ... I had to bother to return the package and it's been 1 month that I expect the refund (359 euros). I received an email as what I was going to be refunded in 14 days but it is exceeded by 14 additional days ... In short it is shameful it is not my policy to put negative appreciations but here it is never seen. I do not recommend the site at all! bad because the products are good

a special mention is made to customer service of poor quality and again I am indulgent ... your product breaks down it does not matter do not count on them to repair it it will be a ping pong exercise with emails or we will require manipulations to sleep upright and other joyfulness.
Mastering English I was frankly disappointed that at no time there is no support or sav in French for those who do not master the language of Shakespeare we really feel the urge can be unavowed but surely voluntary to disappoint the customer and make him drool ...

Be aware that when you buy a Parrot drone you get zero customer service help if anything happens!! They will blame you for any technical issues and dismiss any issues as your fault. Bought a drone, asked for help, was assured on the phone that they would be behind me, but ended up blaming me, then disregarding any further emails and questions I asked. Very sad that a company like this will have no problem taking your money but when you need them they throw you to the curb. Do NOT buy their products!!

I have a big problem with your after-sales service.
In December 2019, I send my drone to your after-sales service and I pay 249 to have it repaired.

I am told it cannot be repaired and therefore a new one is being sent to me. Good news isn't it?
Except that I am told that there are no drones available and that I will send a new one in the coming days.

So I send an email every 2 weeks to find out what it is. In February 2020, people simply stop responding to me.

So here I am, 3 months later, without a drone and with 250 less.

I have about 8. Devices that no longer work overnight because Parrot wants to save the money for servers and switches them off. I now have 600 + electronic waste.

3x of them within the legal guarantee! Despite the existing invoice!

Furthermore, it was not reported what happened to the data records. Sold? Deleted? Data protection is not 100% guaranteed!

The decision of the management is impossible.

Also, Serg Pilipchuck, you should not have bought an expensive drone for a kid who dosent know how to fly one. The drone should not fly away unless you make it do so. She probably set it on a flight plan and forgot about it or she might have been flying it far away when it crashed into a tree.
