Hello,

I have a big problem with your after-sales service.
In December 2019, I send my drone to your after-sales service and I pay 249 to have it repaired.

I am told it cannot be repaired and therefore a new one is being sent to me. Good news isn't it?
Except that I am told that there are no drones available and that I will send a new one in the coming days.

So I send an email every 2 weeks to find out what it is. In February 2020, people simply stop responding to me.

So here I am, 3 months later, without a drone and with 250 less.
Can you help me ?
