Good customer Parrot for years, I'm sad to see a design flaw not be supported by the brand (well, even if the forums have been cleaned by the brand, Parrot sent free replacement pads)! No procedure defined, the exchange of defective bearings is done at the head of the customer, really ashamed. Parrot Zik 1 -> problem of false contact (no repair possible), Parrot Zik 2.0 -> pads that take off alone .. Dear Parrot, I think our story is well and truly over;
I received your link from the SAV to buy pads (sewn them!) At 29, but out of the question of being your pigeon, I will not cancel my drone order and ban your final Mark. Respectfully, a former customer.
