Why does it take 60-90 days if people are in need of assistance? My tenant and applied May 17th, no change in status but others applied after us and have already been paid out or have received some type of correspondence yet no one answers the call line nor email response..

This agaency has been the worst, they take your info and lie and say they will have someine call back and they never do. I have left over 20 messages and sent them over 50 e-mails and havent received 1 response, i will be contacting JBs and Loris office today.
They NEVER pick up the phone during business hours. I've been calling multiple days and no one picks up either of their phone numbers. I also emailed them and still nothing. Horrible customer service, even worse during this pandemic.
