I've been working with Kim for about four months n...

I've been working with Kim for about four months now and I've already seen improvements in my body and mindset! All the trainers are wonderful to work with here and I've never felt uncomfortable with anyone here. The schedule here is always full of options, making it easy to reschedule if something comes up and I'm unable to make it to my usual time. The wide range of class availability also makes it convenient to book around any type of schedule. I really like the fact that it's an all-women studio, it's really refreshing and inspiring to work with other women. I've felt very welcome from the beginning and it truly does feel like a judgement-free zone, which I found difficult to feel that way at other gyms. Kim has been super helpful with my unexperienced self and has never made me feel weird for not knowing what I'm doing without her. I highly recommend taking classes here!

I hit a plateau in my health, fitness and 1/2 marathon training. I am so lucky I found Kim and FabYOUlous! I feel powerful and energize all day after an a.m. small group training. The community they ve built can t be beat!

I. have been. Working with Kim for. three months now. After about a month I began to see changes in my body shortly after that other people started to see changes in me. What I really like is the fact that she really cares and wants the best for you. Kim is what I feel a trainer should be.Not only does she make sure your form is correct so you get the most out of each exercise but also how this exercise benefits you . Roxanne

Love, love, love this fitness studio! Kim and her team are top notch and I absolutely love that it is woman-owned FOR women. I never feel uncomfortable or out of place; this team is aces! You should try it!!

Working with Kim has been an amazing experience for both mind and body! I sought out Kim s expertise with heart rate training to help me meet my running goals safely and efficiently. Kim is so personable warm, engaging, and invested. When you work with Kim, you know she is in your corner cheering you on as well as gently challenging you when you need it and holding you accountable because she truly wants to see her clients succeed on every front, not just physically. She is authentic, which makes working with her so much easier to face your own barriers because there is no shame only support. While I met my running goal, I can honestly say that it became more than just about running she really helped me view myself differently and to see both the big and little wins, which I needed. I m so grateful to have her highly recommend!

I have been working out with Kim and taking classes here for a year and a half. I am much stronger and confident. The studio is a wonderful environment with friendly and supportive but challenging trainers and instructors. I highly recommend this fitness studio.

Fantastic studio! I have been a client now for a f...

Fantastic studio! I have been a client now for a few months and I came in with some big goals of improving my strength and balance so that I could fulfill a lifelong dream to start backpacking. The support toward my fitness goals, both physically and mentally, has been phenomenal. I have been doing small group training with Kim and HIIT Pilates with Sheri and I am learning so much about form. This has allowed me to feel more confident in pushing myself physically because I know I am doing the exercise correctly. Whatever your fitness goals are, I would highly recommend this studio. This is really an amazing and supportive group of women. Side note- I completed my second backpacking trip this month :)

Where do I start, I found this whole body fitness concept gym during COVID. It started with the need to get off the couch and do more than walk. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from trainers that are eager to help and take time with you. They understand what you are striving for and help you on your journey. There are small intimate classes for every level athlete and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I am still in awe that I enjoy working out with a trainer over Zoom as much as I do (the gym is now open).

Kim has given me excellent personal attention. She has a positive attitude, and she is constantly encouraging and motivating me.

I live in Georgia, and it's so great to have technology for online training! She schedules my workouts through the app, so it's easy to see my week at a glance and know what's coming up so I can plan ahead. In addition, her philosophy of encouraging women to give grace to themselves is exactly what I need - don't be so hard on yourself! I would recommend her to anyone!

Kim is an amazing trainer! And the community at FabYOUlous Fitness is so unique and welcoming. I am a physical therapist and super picky about exercise and cueing, and Kim does awesome with this. I get a great workout and have so much fun in the process. Kim is also a runner like me so she "gets it" and can design workouts to help me be a stronger runner. Highly recommend!

Until Kim told me about her online training offerings, I had never realized that there were options like that out there. Kim had done personal training for me when I was in the area, but I don't live near her studio. So I jumped at the opportunity to take advantage of her online training. To kick off my program, Kim and I conducted a FaceTime interview where we talked about my goals, current fitness status, any limitations, and personal preferences for training options. Kim then tailored my program based on what we had talked about. Because she listened to my needs, she developed a program where I can see ongoing success and can continue to take on greater challenges. In addition, she provides encouragement along the way, and sets up mini challenges to keep me motivated. I've never seen anything but a positive attitude from her, which helps me stay positive as I work towards my goals. I'm so glad I signed up for this online training with Kim! I definitely recommend it.
