It was BAD! A sensor in 2014 Ford Fusion positraction system malfunctioned causing us to lose power steering and slide off highway into ditch in bad rain storm. Had it towed April 9th to dealership. CAR STILL NOT FIXED!! THEY replaced one flat tire, told me they had THOROUGHLY checked out car & charged $120 to test drive it and replace a faulty sensor and ground wire. When I asked about other tires (six months old), was told they had been checked and were fine. Drove it off Lexington dealership lot and another tire registered 'low tire pressure' 5 minutes later. Had air put in it and went home -being told AGAIN tire was fine. Got car home and next morning it is flat!!! Having to pay another $100 to have it towed again (TO A DIFFERENT PLACE FOR SURE!!!) and pay another place to put another new tire on. Lexington Parkway Ford dealership kept my car for 9 days to fix tire & sensor originally -after they lost my phone number- and could not get that basic thing done!!! I gave them my contact phone number 3 times, including in writing in ziploc bag when keys/car brought in, the next day when called the service department, and in person 5 days later when had to get ride and go back in person in order to talk to anyone!! They then said their phone system was not working (all week?). Paid over $300 and would have paid for 2nd tire (another $160) HAD THEY CHECKED LIKE SAID THEY DID and let me know. It had 15 pounds of air pressure in it when was told was fine to drive it home!!!!
I WILL NEVER USE A FORD DEALERSHIP AGAIN. I will be replacing this car in 4 months when it's paid off. And my son is in the market for a truck; had been looking online. But it will not be a Ford. FED UP!!!!
