I have been a loyal customer since 2014. I had the service department do everything to my vehicles, from tires to repairs and was always happy. Ever since Parkway of Winston took over their service department around the start of 2020, they have been disappointing in every way. After my most recent experience, I will be looking for another Ford dealer to service my vehicle.
