I called today to ask about my warranty and I could not get the right department for the operator to transfer me to the WRONG department repair but Kim in repair said service will call me back. Listening is a part of good service some of their employee need to learn to utilize this skill. ***Update***Three days later I'm still waiting for my warranty copy to get my car repair. If they can't produce a simple piece of paper why trust them with my vehicle people use common sense people. Avoid this place LIKE THE PLAGUE. Talked to people on five or six occassions no resolution leave voicemails and all. I THINK THEY PLAY WITH ME BECAUSE REFUSE TO GET MY REPAIRED HERE I SAID I WOULD BE GOING TO SALISBURY AFTER BEING ASK 4 TIMES ON A CALL TO GET THE REPAIR THROUGH THEM. HELL NO. I regret buying my car here.
