We had an issue with our new Expedition Max and made the mistake of taking it to another dealership, crossroads ford in kernersville. After over a week of what i can only describe as mind-boggling incompetence, we picked up the car and took it to Parkway ford in Lexington where they immediately rectified the issue.
I would highly recommend Parkway Fords service and sales departments. Very professional and competent dealership.
