He was very honest and open and led us in the right direction to buy a car that in the end we were both thrilled with. I went in to receive this prize thing and it Guaranteed 1 of 4 prizes. I had won the target gift card 5-500 dollars. I obviously expected just the 5 but they didn't even have any on hand that they "Guaranteed". They said come back in a couple days. So I did and received a Walmart gift card. They're "Guarantee" obviously doesn't amount to much.

My husband and i set at Parks Auto for 5 hours (im 38 weeks pregnant) to make a long story short we were guinea pigs for their new sales agent. We told them what we wanted from the beginning and they let us sit there under the impression thst we were going to get put in a truck as requested just to string us along for 5 hrs and we still left without a vehicle. I do not recommend Parks Auto.

Sales guy was the worst one ever very lazy I wanted to see a truck an he couldn't find a golf cart so I walked out to were the truck was sitting an waited 20 mins for him to finally find another cart an ride over to the truck like seriously I was a cash buyer. Then he told me how nice the truck was on the phone an i showed up it was filthy dirty like it had been on a farm 20 years an it was only a few years old then he started it up an it had a quite knock so he demands I test drive it so I did an as we were walking out with the dealer tag another salesman was screaming an cursing like a sailor to someone one the phone an my 3 year old son was with me like come on ppl let's act like were professionals here after all you are a new car dealer not just a pot lot

Spent around three hours there and not once did I get to test drive any of the trucks I was looking at nor would they give me any pricing. NEVER will I go there again nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

I am always leery about going to Dealership for my car services, but i will say Parks Motors Service Department and the staff (Especially Bevan Boucher) was class act! I even got to talk to my mechanic and he explained some things to me. They have drivers to take you to and from work. I now have someone i can trust to get the work done and have a small town mentality! Remember when reading these reviews...it is so much easier to give a poor review since there is so much negativity in this world, but remember, there are always two sides to every story. Giving a good review is not easy and I only do it when i feel it is deserved. Thank you so much Parks Service/Bevan and Dan! A+

Bought a new Equinox last week . The sales team of Michael Ryan , Kevin Williams and the sales Mgr Matt worked exceptionally hard to make my purchase happen with my budget right down to my financing. Everything they promised came thru. The vehicle I bought sight unseen after driving others on their lot. I cant say enough about the way they conducted themselves. Ladies, dont be afraid to shop by yourself if you are single. They wont push you into an uncomfortable situation. A+ experience

First time I bought a vehicle from here was about ...

First time I bought a vehicle from here was about a year ago. I purchased a Chevy Spark lime green. The only thing missing was rough racks. In the contract they promised me racks from the manufacturer that would be bolted in. A month later they still had not ordered the racks. Turns out they were unable to get a rack from the manufacturer and ordered us one from a local business that just clips on to the top. We could of bought these ourselves cheaper somewhere else and they had already included the price into the contract. Not only that but it took forever just to get floor mats in for it as well which should come with the car when purchased.

Attempted to buy another vehicle over a month ago. Bad mistake Bacon was very energetic and found us a truck we loved and in our price range even though he did not know a thing about trucks. We were approved for what was the highest we wanted to pay for a monthly loan but they kept it at our budget. We made a deal and took the truck home. The next day they sold our trade in. Four days later they call us saying we ended up being denied the loan they had thought we were approved for because it was an older truck with high mileage. They had to go through a different loan company due to this which made our payments $100 more! We had no other choice they already sold our trade in vehicle so we were stuck! Now paying way out of our budget. Luckily, they promised us we didn't have to make payments for three months. Did they stick to this?? No of course not a month later, couple days ago we got a call we were late on a payment. Not happy.

Then the check engine light came on yesterday took it in for service and of course nothing they can do to fix it under the warranty.

Horrible service, would never recommend this dealer to anyone if you want them to keep their promises. They should of never sold our trade in truck until they had finalized the loan and had it completely approved.

I didn't end up settling on a vehicle, but they worked as hard as they could to get where I wanted to be. They were straight up with me and looked at other dealerships for the vehicle I wanted. Parks Motors will be the first place I look when I'm ready to get serious. Highly recommend Pat or Freddie.

I have been looking for Jeep Grand Cherokee and decided to check out the inventory at Parks Motors despite all the negative feedback. I was hoping for a better experience but unfortunately I was able to relate to all the negative feedback. First thing first, when I walked in to the dealership, I was able to smell really strong smell of cigarette. While I was waiting in the lobby I noticed few employees were walking out with cigarette in their hands. When I went outside to look at the vehicle, they were just casually smoking in the parking lot as a group. The dealership building was small and fairly dated from inside. The salesman put me in a Jeep that was outside my budget despite making it clear that I will not be buying Jeep in that price range. They either lied to me about the price of the Jeep and persuaded me to test drive or they just didn't have all the information correct in their system. But that seems to be the case at Parks motor every step of the way. Then I was told all kinds of lies about leasing and that I can't lease a vehicle without down payment. Overall, I found the sales people were lacking knowledge about the trim, features and pricing of vehicles. I have to give credit to Internet sales people as they were responsive and respectful. I will not return to this dealership and I would highly recommend you to do your research before you shop at Parks Motors.

The service team are always helpful and friendly. Treated like a friend not a number.

I was in a bad position with the car I had and was just looking online for vehicles. Couple days later I get a call saying they could help me and get me out of the negative equity. I was on their site looking at leasing in a few years but Thomas said he could get me a great deal, we all know that salesman just say this to get you to the store! So I said I don't think you can but let's see how it goes. I go in get a good deal "from what Thomas was saying before I went in to finance" I go to look at the papers and it was overpriced and not enough trade in value"which like I said before I didn't expect anything in the first place". Well when they worked it all out and changed the paperwork I thought they did good, got me an ok deal. So I got the vehicle of my choice. Few days go by and they still ensure me that this is going to work. Few more days go by and they say it might not work I said ok I'll bring the truck back, they said no we will work something out " they didn't do a dang thing" they just waiting a week to ask if i want to put more money down I said sure and then few more days go by and I have to call again to find out what's going on and they didn't even do anything with what I said so I took the truck back because it was just beginning to be a hassle. I go in and they still try and keep me there to talk about more vehicles and how much less they could give me for my trade in which is in excellent condition. So I get my original vehicle back with missing stuff I had in before, still have yet to get that back and my down payment and damage on my vehicle. The management is just worthless if this is how this company operates and keeps operating! Look at these reviews people with the same issues we are all having! Parks motors is in need of new management! I did talk to a few decent people but they were just promising empty promises!

Stopped by Parks to check out their Jeep Wrangler selection. They have a great selection, especially Rubicons! Dealt with Chuck Goff, Bob, and Dwayne. They had the one I purchased on an incoming truck. Chuck took the time to tell me all about the equipment and call me when it came in. Just finished and will be recommending them to all my friends! Great team and experience. I like parks!

I have never met a more down to earth sales team than I did at Parks. I was treated as if there wasn't another customer there. Pat Blasi, treated me as if I was a friend he had known for years. His expertise got me into a car that very same day. I will definitly buy my next car from him and refer my friends and family looking, to Parks. You have a wonderful team.

Parks Motors sold me a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica that...

Parks Motors sold me a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica that spontaneously burst into flames due to a faulty headlight (photo attached). Since they sold me the MaxCare Lifetime Warranty on the vehicle, I called to ask the dealership, Parks Motors, if they would be willing to stand behind their product and help in some way. I was connected with a GM by the name of Christi Henderson who, after several minutes of combativeness, accused me of threatening her and hung up on me. Perfect way to handle a customer whose family of 7 was very nearly killed in a faulty vehicle sold by their company. I would recommend staying away from Parks Motors & buying a car from a reputable dealership who respects their clients.

I would not give even one star to this establishment but I had to choose one. Now that I have been someplace where I got excellent service, Don Hattan Ford, right down the road, I truly know the difference between being taken advantage of and being treated with respect! Owners, john and surretta culver, ownly make commercials. Manager jeremy promises after- market cruise control on a hand shake and then avoids you at all costs. Maybe you could forget but I couldn't. Service manager amy took that class as well. Finance guy cash tells you a touching story about how his preacher grandfather asked him to not be a liar when he got into this business, good one cash. Yet another that took the avoidance class. Worst but not least salesman steve wearing a charming mask to disguise his despicable-ness. Just don't go there!

They tried to show me not one, but two cars that they didn't actually have. Then they tried to sell me a car outside of my price range. Then, to top it off, they continue to look for more cars to sell to me. I tried to be patient, but really just wasted 3 hours of my day. That was my fault though, I should've just left.

Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee on August 22nd. Biggest car loan I ve ever taken out through a company that HAD treated me very well throughout the years. There was a slight crack in the windshield. I made sure it was known and that I couldn t stand it being there and wanted it fixed. They had a company called Grizzly come to my car and fix it while I was out of town. Upon my arrival to my car the crack was filled and looked BLACK. When I contact parks to explain this really upset me and looks worse.. it has taken until today 10/22 to finally get the answer that this was not their responsibility going forward. (I want to add that I made endless phone calls leaving voicemails with NO calls back) It was now my responsibility to pay $200+ on a new windshield to fix their mistake. Now I am not one to complain but the customer service and treating you like your family is downright terrible and sadly untrue. I ve used Parks for all my vehicles and going forward my family will be going else where.

I had a great experience buying a new Grand Cherokee at Parks Motors. Our salesperson, Pete B., was knowledgeable and accommodating, helping me and my wife complete our third vehicle purchase from this dealership! Pete made sure that we were able to view and drive multiple vehicles and once we had decided on the vehicle, that we qualified for every rebate and incentive possible and helped us secure a great deal! Highly recommend!

I write this review with some embarrassment as how...

I write this review with some embarrassment as how much that I believed from this dealership and lack of homework regarding my new Jeep purchase. This will be lengthy but please read all the way through. I will let you be the judge based on my overall experience.
1) In accurate odometer reading: The paperwork I signed stated the Jeep had 312 miles on it. Upon further review when taking it home it actually had 3012 miles. They would not let me have copies of signed paperwork so I had to find this online at their dealership website. I located the stock number by finding an old invoice in the glove box while looking for the owner s manual (which was not there). This invoice had a lot of information on it that I am sure they didn t want me to see. This included their purchase of this truck from another dealer that was thousands less than I paid for. Also, it included the name of the salesperson who apparently commuted back and forth to Oklahoma, thus the high miles on this new truck.
2) Paperwork inaccuracies: I ended up going back and forth to this dealership due to their negligence on such things as my full names and odometer corrections. Throughout this process they would always tell me we will send you the paperwork why I wonder .
3) No sticker that detailed price and options on the truck: They told me this was loaded with all the latest technology advances. The biggest feature I wanted was Apple Carplay, which I was told had it. But guess what, it didn t. I only found this out because I researched this truck online admittedly a huge mistake on my part as to after the fact. I can only assume this was the plan to not let me see the sticker and hope I would take them at their word.
4) Warranty inaccuracies: A huge emphasis was to get me to sign for the extended warranty. Again, with no paperwork I could obtain until several weeks after. During the sales pitch I asked them what it covered and was told everything but tires and brakes. But, when finally reviewing the long awaited paperwork that was not the case.
5) $400.00 county sales tax: Word to the wise if you live in a different county you will pay the difference. So in my case, living in Wichita and purchasing in Augusta that charge is $393 So I paid $892.00 to get my tags . Not their fault, but the folks at the DMV were frustrated by this dealership not be upfront on this.
I should have be more diligent in my research of this dealership and it practices. They do not want to give you paperwork, for the reasons stated above. The words they state and what is in writing do not match.
You may say I got what s coming to me for my lack of homework. Again, I am embarrassed to describe all my mistakes in detail but hopeful this prevents someone else from having the same problem. FYI- They gave me free oil changes with my purchase, I will not even let them do that for me after this experience. I should have walked away something I will pay for over the next 6 years throughout the life of this loan. Please find somewhere else , stay away from Parks
Updated : I just wanted to add to this review. I was so disgusted with this entire experience I decided to go straight to the owners of the dealership. They were pleasant and gave me to their GM. He was also pleasant and was willing to look into the situation and we arranged the he would install Apple Car play if I paid for the product. I was not thrilled by that proposal but did agree. Well , this started on April 1st and we went back and forth for now 2 months. I fell into another one of their traps , he had excuses like he was waiting for his parts department to get back to him and one of his sales people fell ill and on and on. I took the bait like an idiot and said I understand blah blah. Well, like I said, its been 75 days since this "agreement" and true to form I hear nothing. Moral of the story same as usual promises never kept . Went to another dealership because of my lack of trust for these guys. THE OWNERS ON DOWN MUST HAVE A COMPANY MISSION STATEMENT TO SCAM CUSTOMERS .

My wife Angie Rush and I had had an absolutely awful experience with another dealership spanning several weeks. Kayte Hamilton Parks motors read of our experience on Facebook. She CONTACTED us out of the blue and asked us to give the team at Parks an opportunity to show us that they are absolutely nothing like other car dealerships. We discussed it and decided to give them a chance. Needless to say, she was not exaggerating in the least. We went to Parks on Monday 10/12/20 at around 1pm. After everything we'd experienced at other dealerships for a month, we were hesitant, however we were treated like we were the only ones there that mattered. Cedric Johnson was the sales representative we were introduced to and he was absolutely amazing. Helpful, kind,courteous and honest. No gimmicks. No BS. Just honest and helpful hardwork, all in pursuit of the vehicle we wanted that suited us. Not what they wanted us to buy. Jim Lopez the finance manager....as good as they come. Honest, straightforward and kind. The team at Parks will forever have this families business and trust. We cannot thank these people enough. And we will always come back for all our future needs whether it be buying or servicing our vehicles.....Parks has earned our trust and respect. Thank you Jim,Kayte and Cedric. Jason Kahrs took great care of me through the process. Answered all of my questions and assured me the vehicle was in great shape and went the extra mile - even delivered the vehicle to me. Dont waste your time with them unless you have $10...

Dont waste your time with them unless you have $1000's to put down and have a good credit score to. Set there for hours just to have a fail financing and return vehicle. Told them from the start with what I had and ended up with BS

Had a good experience, got a call back the next day that the lender was raising our payment and interest rate after we signed papers agreeing on a number. Told them we wouldn t be paying that & that the finance department that they had a few hours to figure it out till we got off work and then we d be back to get our old vehicle back if we weren t within $1 of the original signed payment.
Chris in finance worked his magic & kept us within the $1 range of the original payment .
Bradley was an awesome salesperson & didn t pressure us into anything when it came to having us look at a more expensive vehicle we weren t interested in.

The most horrible experience I ever had they gave me an appointment to come look at a Cadillac that I wanted to buy and when I got there I waited two hours and they pulled up a Acura and told me the car that I wanted so the other day so you tried to sell me another car which was almost double of what I wanted to pay. So basically they ran my credit took a copy of my ID got all my information and wasted about 2 and 1/2 hours of my time this is truly the worst experience I've ever had business-wise

I give this dealership a 5 star rating because I firmly believe the pros outweigh the cons.

Here are the PROS:
1. I dealt with 20 plus sales people from a wide variety of dealerships the week I decided to shop for a car. Stormy from Parks Motors is the absolute best. No one else compares. Even at this dealership the rest of the sales people couldn t seem to care less If I was there or not but Stormy made the experience one to remember. I will send as many people to him and him alone as I can. Be sure to ask for him.

2. They have great prices and a great selection.

3. Slow but dedicated.

4. Will work hard to get you in the vehicle you want.

5. The owner actually struck up an excellent conversation with me. That tells me he is a down to earth man who isn t too good to talk to ordinary people.

6. I vow that every vehicle I buy from now till I die will be from here because of the Owner and Stormy despite the other employees

Cons:

1. Force you to buy an extended warranty on a new vehicle under warranty. Everyone with half a brian will tell you these warranties are a horrible financial decision. For the cost of the warranty you could have your entire engine rebuilt 2 - 3 times by very respectable engine builders. Was told by the financial guy that if I didn t get the warranty the financing company would not agree to the loan but when speaking with the financial company they said that was inaccurate.

2. I dint get floor mats with my brand new Jeep. Was told that this was due to Jeep not supplying them but firmly believe with the amount of money I spent the dealership could have sprung for the cost of the floor mats. Especially since I mentioned them and was told they would look into it before the papers were signed. This was my first new vehicle purchase and the fact I had to go buy my own floor mats is beyond disappointing

Called them and talked multiple times on a specific car. Todd them we would be there to see car. Even made an appointment. They called us back several times while in route to dealership. Had to travel 45 minutes to get there. Got there and guess what they can't find the car. Was told that they had someone who the day before was buying it and they had it all detailed. Since they never came back to get it we could buy it. Then was told it is not viewable at this time due to being in the closed body shop.and they could not get to it until Monday They knew we were wanting to buy today. Very frustrating because we drive all the way there being told the car was there and available. Would not go there again. Dont tell a customer one thing and then not be able to deliver what you say. Felt they lead us on just to get us there.

Additionally the greeting in the show room was friendly and I found the personnel ready and able to speak with me regarding the possibility of a trade. Overall I am real happy with my last experience with Parks Motors.

So I took my truck there to get the. Heck engine light fixed after I set up an appt with them sat around for 2.5 hrs before the service guy came out to tell me he can't get anyone to authorize the fix after I bought the car from them so I went over to the used side of the lot and talked with the peeps I bought it from the guy there offers to split the cost of repair and told me my half would be 360.00 to install 1 oil pressure switch needless to say I left the place and went to auto part store and got the part I needed for 61.00 what a complete waist of my time there so if you buy a cat from there make sure you get it in writing because they won't back up the deal at all without it so I called the owner and he went over the deal and there was a we owe thing I never got he is going to pay to install the new oil pressure sensor that I bought from the auto parts store on Monday if things go right I will update my stats on this posting I felt like I was getting the run around but after talking with the owner he made me feel as if i was a customer and not a bother

Started out great called to inquire about a specific Jeep Xavier the sales person was a pleasure to speak to they didn t have exactly what we were looking for but we figured we would stop by dealership to look at it anyway could not commit to exact time to come we told him we would stop over weekend with in 5 minuets his manager called badgering us on when we would be there told him Saturday or Sunday he told us they are not open on Sunday pushed hard to get me to commit to saturday then the txt started so I tried to end it by txting how unhappy I was about being pressed and wouldn t you know sales manager called to tell my how Xavier drove 100 miles to get vehicle to make me feel like I did something wrong that is some hard sales tactics told him not to call or txt me again told him Xavier could and he said think it would be best if he didnt *****Do Not go to Parks if this guy is still there ( shame on parks for not having this guy on a leash )*****
