went in to look at trucks. this was fourth vehicle to buy from Parks. Usually work with Dairry Walker. He was gone for family emergency so we talked with other salesman. Really wished that we would have returned later to work with Dairry.

there was a serious misunderstanding about the price of the vehicle through miscommunications. Sales manager referred to biweekly payment and not actual prices. was also misunderstanding about what was included and who paid for it. wife and I were both tired and missed what the actual price of vehicle ended up being. we bought vehicle and later saw what we actually paid for it.( approximately %150 of Kelly Blue Book value). it was our mistake not to watch more closely what we were doing. Sales was doing his job to sell at their best price and make money.

in past dealings with Dairry we had better info going in and clearer communications with him. I would definitely recommend working with Dairry. otherwise just pay close attention.

best option they gave to get away from this really bad deal was to bring vehicle back and trade for different one. by the time the whole thing was done we lost about $7000 on this one purchase. paid all of full fees for replacement truck. took loss on warranty that we didn't intend to purchase. even took loss on trade-in from one week of owning it. overall, I am sorry that I ever stepped into the dealership that day.

This dealership is trash and customer service is n...

This dealership is trash and customer service is non-existent. Everything about our car buying experience was made infinitely more difficult. They lost the spare set of keys to our new Jeep and told us to come back and they would make us some. We made an appointment, drove the 45 minutes out there, and NOBODY was there who could help us somehow. Then got a call a week later that they found the second set... it took 5 calls and 2 months to finally get them sent to us. I cancelled all products with them and refinanced my loan. Don't purchase their crappy warranties or protection plans. If you bought their GAP, just know you can cancel it directly with Ethos, you don't have to go through Parks even though they will say you do. Whoever is supposed to handle it at the dealership has had my cancellation request paperwork for 3 weeks and never sent it in. Thanks Parks. If this is how you treat family, glad i'm not related to any of you. Avoid this place. If you want a Jeep, buy it from Eddy's or Davis-Moore.

Noel Foland, my sales consultant, was fantastic. No pressure sales and very friendly. He is a Vietnam vet and retired Air Force. Which I think speaks to his character. I saw the perfect used Jeep online, sent a note & Destiny contacted me quickly. I spoke with Tom Rodgers & we struck a fair deal. It took a couple of phone calls to get financing arranged etc. I was nervous about flying out & if everything would be as we discussed. I needn't have worried! They stuck to the agreement, the car was clean & exactly as promised.

Dairry Walker took me for a test drive, got the paperwork done & carefully went over every aspect of the vehicle which I really appreciated. Luke offered an extended warranty at a good price & a good interest rate on my loan.

Everyone was so friendly and nice - it took the stress out of making a large purchase. A very positive experience & I love my new used Jeep!

After speaking with Jill in regards to a Chevy Tahoe, i was quoted a price and then was told by Jill that, "we won't lose you over the price". Jill then stated they would give us over nada value for our trade. When we show up at the dealership, we were quoted a price that was more than $3000 over what the vehicle was listed at. Lance, the used car director basically admitted they had misled us and offered to buy a tank of gas for us.
This weekend Parks Chevrolet is running their "Black Friday" sales event, they have advertisements on the radio and television. Simply put, they seem to be increasing the price of their vehicles before the "sale" so it appears that they are giving you a discount, when in reality customers won't receive any discount. They are misleading and unethical salesmen and aren't ashamed to admit it. When told lance this, he shook his head and said he agreed

I bought a used car from these guys based on very good word-of-mouth reviews in September of 2014. Before buying the car, they agreed to let me take it to my mechanic for an inspection. My mechanic found that the CV housing on the rear passenger wheel had a pinhole leak and recommended that it be fixed. The dealer verbally agreed (I didn't get it in writing, bad on me) to fix this if I decided to buy the car. I agreed. I tried three times in the next two months to schedule an appointment and each time was told "We just need to order the part. We'll call you when we have it." They never called. In December (just three months later) I took it in for some routine maintenence and it was discovered that the "pinhole" had become a "crack" so they wouldn't fix it because they agreed to fix the "pinhole," but not a "crack". After a week of phone calls and an angry conversation with the sales management, they eventually made good on their promise to fix the housing. However, it was also determined that the other rear wheel needed a new strut. I purchased the highest, top-of-the-line warranty for $4700 when I bought the car (which included "suspension" coverage). According to Parks, the struts are not part of the suspension so I paid completely out of pocket. I have had other instances similar to this since. I have owned this car for less than a year and have had to drop over $2000 in repairs, none of which are covered by my super-warranty. Just today, I went to pick it up and at the end of the bill, nestled in with the labor, parts, and taxes was a mysterious "Misc Charge" of $25.00. When I asked about it, the service guy looked at it and said, "Hmmm...that shouldn't be there. I don't know why they put that on there." He removed it, but it makes me seriously question the integrity of this dealership.

My wife and I just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased in the last year from parks. Pat Blasi was very helpful in the process of the purchase of these vehicles. Pat showed us many options for or purchase. He is also a great help with any service issues we have had or just bringing the car in for normal service. We will return for are next vehicle and highly recommend Pat Blasi and Parks Motors to friends and family.

Sales was great, however all those warranties, key replacement, life insurance, etc.... They don't want to give back to you when there is life left in those products when you sale or total the vehicle. Gotta fightem..... Also Grant, some head honcho or something, never spoke to him because I was kinda scared, he just looks like a very unpleasant person.......

I took my 2006 dodge magnum in for electrical problems. Not only did it take them 3 weeks to NOT fix the problem correctly, but they tried to lie to me and tell me i needed new sparkplugs when I had bought new ones FROM THEM already specifically so they couldnt say they were the incorrect ones. When i asked them how they thought they were the incorrect ones, James (The ASSISTANT MANAGER), told me his mechanic (George) got the picture faxed to him upside down or backwards so made a mistake in knowing which ones were stalk. James also lied to me about having a rental car on the lot when I told him I would need one. I had to physically go there in person for anyone to give me answers or be helpful in anyway. Claudia was the only truly helpful and nice person in the service department that seemed to take an interest in my issues. She informed me she had set aside a rental car for me on James's desk... yet he still told me there were none available. I ended up talking to Pat (the service manager) about the terrible service i had received and how displeased i was. I tried to leave it in his hands to solve the issue, when i first got my car back all was well for about two weeks.. well that is except for my missing and BROKEN sub wires. I returned again, in person, to talk with Pat. I told him my car was still drivable but not fixed and informed him his mechanic and damaged some of my wires and i was missing one. He told me he would look into it and took down my information.. 3 weeks later and i have still not received a call, email, text, or letter letting me know what he intends to do about it. So to anyone out there looking for an honest car company with helpful staff and good customer service, keep looking. You will not find it here with Parks motors of augusta. Parks you are truly awful.

I bought my car from them, it had some problems they didn't feel the need to tell me about, had the car already turned on for the test drive so they cleared it all out before I got in so I wouldn't see the problems on the display. I've had the car for two years now and brought it back in because I needed it to be worked on, told them the problems they looked at it and told me what they "thought" the problems were. I told them my car sounds like metal grinding on metal when I turn. They looked at it and told me it was my rear breaks. Really? I don't use my rear tires to turn but okay. They needed replacing anyway so do that. Get the car back after they fixed the breaks, put in my new signal switch and a new battery. And what do you know? It still grinds when I turn. Back to them on Monday to figure out why they didn't fix the problem I brought it in there for to begin with.

There aren t many Sprinter mechanics around town, and finding one you can trust is even harder to come by. Special shout out to service team member Tim, who still values and provides excellent customer service.

I am hoping to save people a drive out to this dealership. They excel in making the car buying experience unpleasant and are quite accomplished in deceit and up selling. I made the mistake of going all the way out there last night. Earlier in the day we had been in touch with the dealer to look at a vehicle that was listed on their website for 6800 with less than 100000 miles. When we got there, the salesman who greeted us advised the car we were interested in had been traded because of a bad cylinder. However, he wanted to show us a similar vehicle. He was unsure of the exact price but he said it was similar to the one we were originally interested in. This vehicle had 131000 miles. We went ahead and test drove it and then he offered to sell it to us for over $12000. I reminded him our price range was closer to $6,000. He said he couldn t that low because the dealer had paid $9000 for it. Today we noticed that vehicle was prices on the dealership s website for $8999. Avoid this dealership unless you are looking for dishonesty and have plenty of time to waste.

Dairry Walker at Parks is the best! Did not pressure. Very friendly and professional. Got threw paper work quickly and on our way. We had a little hiccup after we drove off the lot. The car started to leak. He got a tow truck and loaner car right out. The next day he made everything right. And threw in some perks. Resolved issue very quickly and established trust once again. Would defiantly recommend. Also will do business again. Thanks for all your help!

Something has happened here to change things. Parks used to be my favorite dealer to go to especially if I was looking for a used cars. There was never any pressure or big city common sales tactics. I came here looking for a used pickup this time. The one truck they had that was what I wanted and in my price range had too much body damage and was priced a bit high considering that. The salesperson still tried to pressure me and even tried to talk me into buying a minivan. Then as I got into my truck to leave they pulled the old tactic of two different salesmen stopped me and tried to interest me in other vehicles. I am too old and wise, I have been there seen it and will not tolerate it. I left sad because I used to love Parks motors. In the past they never had young salespeople that tried the pressure tactics. Did you by chance get bought by the Stevens family? All of their dealerships are that way.

I recommend not buying a car from this place unless you want your vehicle to break down on you! I bought a 2014 Chevy Impala on Saturday February 29/2020 and 2 days later March 2/2020 it already needs to be in the shop to get fixed something went wrong with the engine! This place has some real bad costumer service skills. On Saturday when I came to buy a car I spent over 6 hours in the dealership before I could even drive away in the new car! This place is so slow and totally unorganized, they just keep giving you the run around! Don t come here!

You never know what to expect when entering the world of a car dealership will you get the nice guy or will you get the guy that just wants to make the sale? My experience at Parks Motors was nothing less than perfect! They are extremely friendly not stuffy or stuck up and best of all they work with you to make the deal! With me they had to work really hard and real late into the night all with a smile on their face. I was able to buy the vehicle at the price I wanted and their service was impeccable and I have more than a decade s experience and car dealerships intimately! They are the good guys! If you go there ask for Jose And tell him I sent you. He will take good care of you.

Angle is a scary mutant midget. Evidently she is put on the commercials for the freak show factor. Not sure if she is technically classified as a midget or a dwarf. Even more ridiculous in person. Buy a car and go to the side show. I would highly suggest them for the entertainment of Angle alone. Check the out!

This 2013 purchase was the 5th vehicle our family has bought from Mr. Dairry Walker at Parks since March 2000. How many car salesmem have been with one dealership for over 13 years? If and when we or members of our family are in the market for another vehicle, Mr. Walker will be our sales person. Mr. Woolley, General Sales Manager seems to run a very freindly and customer oriented business. Ms Lori Ratzlaff is the third Service Writer I have dealt with in 13 years. She carries on the service provided by her two predecessors whom moved up in the organization. Having service writers with this kind of lenghtly tenure demostrates the organizational quality of PARKS MOTORS. The blame for employee long term employment and experience; friendly and courteous service to customers in the sales process; and excellent and technically profienct service technicians, some whom have serviced my vehicles since 2000, are due to the owner of the business, John Culver. If you are in the market for a car, PARKS MOTORS is the place, just 10 miles east of the Wichita eastern city limit. A pleasant drive for an important purchase decision.

Michael was great to work with to get my financing and warranties. He got me the payment I needed before Christmas! Jay and Charlie made sure everything went off without a hitch. 5 stars for sure!!!

I would give them 0 if I could. Went to look at a car. Negotiated down to $17,500. Took it to have my mechanic look at, when I came back they said they couldn't do any better than $19,999. They tried to put me in something else or offered to call my bank to get my a bigger loan. I was already approved for more than they were asking. SHYSTERS!

Shout out to the gentlemen men for my wife's new 2020 jeep grand cherokee x purchase. Britt Hansen, Jae Rayfield, Dairy, and Chris Staton. It was a bumpy couple of day which is expected from a dealership.

At the end they stuck to there words and got me where I wanted to be financially and my wife behind the wheel of her current dream car!

Worst auto shopping experience I have ever had. Offered 1000 dollars trade on my vehicle when the blue book value was 10k. The truck I wanted to look at suddenly sold the day before I got there after being posted online for at least 3 weeks. The truck they tried to force on me was priced at 2 times its value. The salesman I dealt with fit every slimy stereotype of the used car salesman. They then took the keys out of my car so I couldn't leave and claimed they had to find the keys. I will never return there and will avidly try to prevent any of my family and friends from dealing with these crooks.

I Was sold a used vehicle that had some issues that they agreed to fix through the extended warranty they offered me. They said I had to wait 45 days after the purchase for it to go in effect. After that, they said that none of the defects were covered in that warranty they sold to me. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever done business with.

Thank you SO much for all your help and hard work! After going in shortly after a few rough experiences with other lots, I went in with a great deal of trepidation. The employees were patient, kind and went about the process with great attention to detail - I was able to walk away with a new vehicle and a sense of complete peace in my decision. Furthermore, I write this review in 2020, in the midst of a pandemic. The staff took proper precautions and allowed me and my family to feel safe during the purchase - when it comes to customer service, it all comes down to the little things.
If you go in, ask for Dairry - he will take great care of you!

I was very pleased with the gentlemen that did his best in trying to get us a deal to trade in my Buick and buy the car I wanted but once he handed it over to his manager and whoever else was involved they didn't want to budge on what we wanted. So, we left.... They helped my husband with his truck 4 months ago. It is what it is.

If it wasnt for the service department I wouldn't have made it to Colorado. The last company put my caliper on wrong and it literally fell off while I was driving. They did everything they could to get me back on the road and safe!

A month ago I found a car that I really wanted and I talk to Katie she was warm and very friendly. I explain to her that I would know at the end of the month. They all stayed in touch then today I called her and told her I was ready she said she would have it pulled around before I got there.And just as I was about to pull up Devin Foster one of the salesman called me and said he had it ready. Amazing car amazing service Devin was not like any other salesman I've ever came across he was and is very trust worthy. Then I got to meet Cash from the fiance dept he was very friendly and not in a fake way. Katie even drop in to introduce her self and the front desk staff was amazing as well. If I could give them a 10 star I would. I drove off today with my new car and the happiest I've been in a long time. I recommend them to everyone!!!!! Thank you Park Motors!!!
