Truck purchase was easy considering I already knew what I was buying before I walked in. Made friends with my salesman who now works for another dealership...so now I go there. When I purchased my truck I was entitled to a year of oil changes which equates to about 2. I took it in for the very first oil change and went home, the next morning noticed about half a quart running down the driveway. Culprit? Oil filter not tight at all, oil leaking out of it. Called Parks to voice my displeasure and the only response was "Okay". Not even an apology. Half a quart low and had to have my driveway power washed. I passed on the other free oil change and have taken my truck to another dealership for any service needed. Also get about 3 calls a year from random salesmen wanting to buy my truck back and sell me another one. Only giving it 3 stars because I made a friend out of the deal.

I have had the worst experience with this dealership! I got my truck about a month ago and they called me wanting my truck back after i was already approved and put money down. I will NEVER come back to this car lot again

Devlin my sales guy helped me find a good truck and he answered all my questions and no misleading. The finance guy was Super awesome! He was able to get me good financing with a good interest rate. He made the whole deal work and had my best interest at heart. Thank you Parks Motor team

I have not purchased a vehicle from them but I have dealt with their parts department and a manager and I cannot speak highly enough of them. The guys there went extensively out of their way on a weekend to get me an important part I needed at a moment's notice. Extremely impressed with the service there and I am generally not a fan of auto dealerships. A business like this willing to go out of their way to help their customers like that will always have my patronage.

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Why was it so hard for some...

SO VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Why was it so hard for someone to call us back even if it was not the news we were expecting? That is poor Customer Service. I will be sure to never with Parks again. This proves that they are like every other dealership. Not interested in you unless they can work a deal with you, not to even follow up and say "Hey, look we can't help out right now, or the we don't need your vehicle." Whatever it was, we deserved a call and explanation rather then us playing phone tag to find out ourselves and waste our time that we will never get back.
Parks called us up to trade in our vehicle because someone was looking for the one we currently have. Got our hopes up, said they would work with us and get back to us asap. It has taken me 5 phone calls and 2 text messages just for Steve to say "not looking good, if you have another deal take it."
Word of advice Parks-- Call your past, potential and existing clients with an update and keep them in the loop. It may just prevent a bad review in the future.

I have no clue why anyone would come here! I shopped at bigger lots after and they can offer much better deals . I knew people at this lot and thought they'd take care of me . Let's say that didn't happen at all! They called me out to sign papers for vehicle I had chosen while I had my kids more than once just to tell me I'm not approved. That's not even a resasonable mistake. It was bs just to get me to drive over 30 min
Back out there . Then waste hours of our time trying to get me into cars I have absolutely no interest in . The managers are scammers and I will meet any customer there to point them out . I swear they will lie in your face ! They don't care about you as a person at all!!! Just a sale . They were shady about absolutely everything.

Worst dealer I've ever dealt with when I purchased a brand new Chrysler Pacifica in January 2018. Shouldn't have expected anything better out of the Service Department. Everyone seems so "nice" until it no longer benefits them. My van has had issues from month one, having to replace the entire hood due to corrosion, passenger doors don't close, transmission shifts hard or seems to not want to shift after shifting from R to D, Auto Start/Stop stopped working at 32,000 miles and its another $220 to replace the Aux battery required to make it work properly, 2 of my interior lights have been broke since the first couple months and the ONLY way to fix them is to rip out the headliner............ I just passed 2 years and these are only a few of the ongoing issues. You'd think a dealer/service dept would want to do anything and everything to fix the issues/correct the bad seed but they are the most rude individuals I've ever crossed paths with and trust me when I say, I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime.

Travis the sales person and Les the sales manager at Parks Motors in Augusta were both very helpful in our purchase of a used vehicle. I let Travis know I did not want to take hours to make a deal and both Travis and Les heard me and met my expectations. Just wanted to say thanks and keep up the great job.

Purchased a 2001 Ford F250 a week ago and had a wonderful experience buying a car from a dealer for the first time. Devin Foster did a great job taking care of everything and made sure we were comfortable at any time we were waiting on something. Very relaxed, no pressure environment. I would definitely recommend Devin and the crew at Parks. I'm absolutely loving my new to me truck!

My husband and i went out to look at an SUV to fit the whole family, and our salesman Ken took the best care of us and actually got us in a vehicle that we didnt even know that we would like. And we love it, it is perfect! The finance department are awesome as well,very customer oriented.I would definitely recommend this dealership.

The most pleasant buying experience so far in my 30 years in dealing with car dealerships. Their friendliness was outstanding from the moment you walk in, till you leave, along with the customer service we received. The atmosphere made you fell very welcome and my car buying experience at Parks, took away my dreaded feeling of having to deal with the " Car Salesman " stereotype we have come to know. Will return to Parks Motors for any more vehicle purchases in the future. Actually had fun, thank you Chuck!!!

Showed up for my 5:00 appointment on time but waited for over 1 hr to complete my first service check on my new JLRU. Was told it would only take 30min when I made the appointment. After my next free service will probably not make the driver out to Parks. Too many inconveniences and not enough savings. Service consultant was very good.

I first called and talked to Steve Radakovich... I told him the vehicle I was interested in, he took some information, and called me back and said come in and we'll make it happen and he did! I have some challenged credit, he said they could still help me. I now have a beautiful 2015 Jeep Renegade! It is beautiful, smooth and perfect for my travel needs!...All the staff at Parks have been so generous and polite. I give them all the highest rating possible. Outstanding car dealership! Best experience I have ever had!...please contact Steve, he will take good care of you!

We just purchased a new car from Pat Blasi. I am a returning customer and Pat always makes sure I get what I want and works with me to ensure I'm getting a great deal and the payment I would like. We have been to other dealerships in the past and returned to Pat because of his customer service. Jerome helped us with the financing and he was very professional and great to work with as well. Parks has a relaxed environment which makes me feel more comfortable. All of the staff are very nice and courteous.

Terrible car shopping experience. Under paid for my trade in and overcharged for the purchase but thats business. Once I signed the paperwork they had nothing for me. Wouldnt even fill a $30k vehicle with fuel. Refused to replace the remote that didnt work even though I spent an extra $1500 on a service contract that covers keys and remotes. Added $800 in imaginary fees and add ons. Didnt process my loan aplication for a over month. I had a late payment and $40 in extra fees and interest on my trade in because they neglected to pay off the $600 still owed on it.

Why are all of the positive reviews for Parks Motors from people with no review history on google? Its almost like people are creating google accounts just to give Parks Wotors a good review.....

My mother recently purchased a vehicle from Parks Motors. Everything went fine until after the vehicle left the lot. The car interior was dirty for starters. My mother drove the car back home (about a 7 hr drive) when she started experiencing problems. First the check engine light came on and would not go away. Shortly after the cruise control stopped working (almost got into a car accident on the interstate today). Then to make the trip more fun, the ac stopped working properly. My husband and I are traveling to Minnesota for my husband to have brain surgery (he has brain cancer). When talking with a manager there they are only offering a 25/25 . i personally don't believe they did the proper inspection on the vehicle to begin with.

Its very disappointing since they are so highly recommended.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This was our 2nd Chevy we have gotten from Parks in Augusta Kansas. As always we were treated very well & they did everything they could to earn my wife/my business. I particularly want to give a shout out to Travis Richardson & Dairy. These guys were the most patient & friendly men. I really appreciated them helping me in making my purchase. They did not view it as a job or working for commission but we were treated with caring attitudes. God Bless them & I definitely recommend buying from Parks Motors

Why is there a no star option?! I absolutely hate this place. Not only was our sales associate a complete idiot, he made promises he later tried to take back. We weren t having it. Traded in not 1 but 2 vehicles and even bought a brand new car and they couldn t fill the tanks? Get out of here. This place is full of lies and no help. Try calling and getting a hold of someone. Anyone. Especially the person you actually need. I m still waiting on a phone call back from March. Most of the time no one answers and you have to call over and over all day to get anything done. When you show up, it looks like no one works there or there is no one actually working. I ve had my car 5 months and the tire went flat. All the tires are dry rotted and need to be replaced. My tires are under warranty but they won t pay for them because it didn t happen as a road hazard!? So they can put unsafe tires on a car, allow someone to buy it (with a warranty that they pay for also), while driving a family of 6 around and not pay for it for it comes time?? That s horrible. I would never recommend anyone go here. The absolute worst experience and continued hell of my life. Thanks for putting my family in danger Parks.

Was given a price over the phone, but when I called to verify the amount to be financed the price doubled. According to the manager they had multiple discounts on there in error, so suddenly I wasn't eligible for a single discount so now I had to pay MSRP. Luckily I found out before I drove over 230 miles to get there. The website still showed the lower amount when the sales manager said it wasn't accurate. If your website is wrong, pull it down until fixed.

I Was under the impression that we had negotiated MY DEAL THAT I WANTED . And the only way I would take the car home was with my deal being met. Which was with a certain amount I had placed. Which I had put a down payment for to get to that price. But instead they decided to switch the whole negotiation around after we were done negotiating and was time to sign the papers which was my deal I had met plus my down payment plus my down payment again. Since my down payment wasn t taken off the total out the door price but added to it. Went in to talk stuff out and the only thing I got was it s finalized. Not a single explanation not a let s see what we can do just a deal is finalized you got screwed. SHADY SHADY BUSINESS DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is pretty much a rehash of others' experience. If you're buying from the back lot, they treat you like a transient, they don't care about the vehicles, and they take every chance they get to remind you just how "old" and "high mileage" the vehicles are. The finance department consistently pulled shady tactics in attempt to get more money out of me, not limited to, but including actually changing the loan terms and monthly payment without even consulting me. Once you sign, you are not even remotely important to them. I was brought out 4 times being told over the phone that I would be able to pick up my vehicle only to be told once I was there, that there was more paperwork that would be done and I'd have to come back again. The vehicle I purchased along with the loaner vehicle were both on empty, and they refused to do anything about it. I nearly ran out of gas on the way home to Wichita. I was told "they would take care of any safety issues" But when it was revealed that one of the tires was showing cords, they backtracked and told me I'd have to purchase new tires.

After the sale you can pretty much forget about contacting the finance department, unless you're agreeing to trade in your vehicle and buy another from them.

After calling with a simple question about warranty, I got 2 calls within an hour, both asking if I was planning on trading in, or if they could sell me another vehicle. Fast forward 30 hours later, and I've not heard anything from the finance department. Multiple calls, and several emails back and forth between Jill and myself.

I know all dealers are a bit shady, but this is one of the worst. Worst experience I've ever dealt with at a dealership by far.

They went above and beyond to help me get what I needed, and I mean beyond. They have the best service, the dealers I mean and will bend over backwards to help you in whatever way they can. I've never had any dealership do what they did to help me, I would recommend anyone looking to go here. They won't disappoint you.

I had previously bought two cars from parks the last was in 2011. I'm in the market for another so I gave them a call a couple of weeks ago. This dealership has really gone down hill. They tried to sell me a Chevrolet Cruz with a massive oil leak, the car died on a test drive!! None of the vehicles are clean and the dealership employees are bunch of thugs and degenerats. I would stay or go to Wichita no reason to be in disgusta!!

So far, I'm a little on the fence with this location. After having a vehicle in for major repairs the vehicle has ongoing issues that they seem not to be able to figure out. After multiple opportunities to diagnose and remedy the issues, it remains malfunctioning and poorly operating. I am hoping they'll make it right soon.

I found a great deal online they had posted and contacted them about it. I was assured it ran fine and it was good to go so I made the 2 and a half hour drive out for the test drive and it wouldnt start. They tried to selle something completely different after for the next 45 mins. I told them if they got it running to call me back and let me know and they contacted me later that week saying they'd send me a video of it working. They never sent me one and still had someone call me to make sure I was coming back out there once again. Very very unprofessional. Will not do business with these people ever again.

I called ahead and asked if it was there, but on arrival a half dozen people couldnt find it then drove me to a different dealer, showed a different car costing 50 per cent more. NEXT DAY It was listed again, but for price before reduction. Cheated.

I put my car into this shop going on three weeks ago. It was a Monday. Prior to any repairs, the company was made aware that the car was driven through water. By Wednesday, the company called and told me the issue. In agreement to replace the part, they did. They then told me of electronic components acting up in another area. By Thursday, I was told to come pick my car up. The same day, I was told not to come pick the car up. The following Monday, I was again told to pick up the car as it was fixed. When I went to pick up the car on Tuesday (the following day), I paid for the service and left. I left the shop and not even making it 2 miles away, the issue with the car was still there. I took the car back to the shop and was issued a full refund. Since their diagnosis did not fix the issues, I requested that they put the old parts back on the car. They told me that they cannot as they no longer had them, but was "the reason that I got my money back." By that Thursday, I was informed in a message that they did not have time to look at the car. I called them and told them I was coming to pick up the car the following day. On Friday, I was told that I cannot pick my car up as "someone has to pay." Now, the company wants me to pay for parts - parts that did not fix the car. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company due to their bad business practices.

They expect you to pay for the problems that you didnt even cause to occur. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! OR DO ANYTHING WITH THEM. IF I COULD, I WOWULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR. I went there and right off the bat, I could see it was not a good quality dealership. Employees lack customer service and have a very trashy environment. Saw a guy smoking a cig outside and going back inside with it before flicking it back outside. Salesman seem to lack knowledge of some of the cars and very inexperienced.

Try to get us in to a 2017 when the car we was driving is 2013. I would not go through this car lot. To buy a car. The tell you lies and then don't answer the phone when u asked when you have answered. They let my family in a bound with no car

Parks made our car buying experience amazing! We fell in love with a truck 2 months ago, and were very indecisive, well we lost that truck, 2 months later Matt text us and said he found our truck, we went back, left yesterday with our new truck! Matt and Marcus were so patient with us, and made sure we got the truck we wanted with payments we can afford! The owner even called to make sure they took good care of us! This is our 2nd purchase from Parks, we won't go anywhere else!

We made an appointment to have out truck serviced (the first for our 2016 Dodge Ram we bought from Parks). After getting there before the appointment and told it would be about 45 minutes to 1 hour - we decided to come back instead of waiting. We went back 3 hours later and they had not even started the service. They said it would be about 45 minutes to 1 hour. So much for making an appointment. I guess that's the Parks Advantage.

I trod getting approve in other dealerships and got denied and this team was able to get me into the car I wanted and even got me a good interest rate and best of all Travis even returned my rental car during his personal time .
