I went in to receive this prize thing and it Guaranteed 1 of 4 prizes. I had won the target gift card 5-500 dollars. I obviously expected just the 5 but they didn't even have any on hand that they "Guaranteed". They said come back in a couple days. So I did and received a Walmart gift card. They're "Guarantee" obviously doesn't amount to much.
