In love with this hotel - clean, great atmosphere, relaxing
For the second year stay the Hotel was awesome ... Recommended for tourist ...

The hotel is ideally located opposite the train station and a few blocks from the city center. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Only the cleanliness is really to be reviewed. The bathroom contained an already used and dirty towel, and the soap was already used ... Not to mention the table in the living room ... For a 4 star, it only deserves one here for the personal, and the geographical location .. To conclude: Avoid! I do not recommend. It is better to walk a little more ... And find a more hygienic place especially in these times of health pandemic!

Hotel very well located, very nice staff. Attention ask for a room in the urban wing (urban wing) modern and comfortable. In the other part of the hotel the rooms are dated.

Hello Park Plaza, Amsterdam,

I had spend a couple of days in your facility on 30th November last year.
I had booked from bookings.com and paid your charges during my booking itself earlier that month.
Stay was absolutely pleasant.

While I checked in, I was asked to make a deposit of 75 (in cash) at the receiption.
Checkout was much early morning and we had to rush to the station for our next journey and therefore, had forgotten to collect the deposit, (neither the hotel Reciption told me to collect the deposit).
Later when I reached India back, I tried calling and getting in touch with you and I exchanged my concern.
I had got A reply that the deposit would be returned back to my card which was used during booking.
Later I didn t get any support from Bookings.com neither your hotel.
The reason I have posted here, because I got no response earlier.
I would be rather happier if I get an update on Aniket.yannewar@gmail.com

Central and Functional, but a little debris on maintenance. Shower head snapped, leak from shower out into room etc.

Our stay here was enjoyable for me & my family. It s a beautiful hotel that had incorporated its history in its decor and design. It s a short walk from the Amsterdam Centraal Station, which made its location very convenient for work or vacation. The employees are friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely decorated. The in-house restaurant served delicious food and provided great service.

Nice and victorian place but the bathroom doesnt have a shower door, like me with long hair, the splashes seep out of the bathroom. Nice and clean, super clean place but didnt also have bathroom slippers. Should bring adaptor since theirs are of different socket. Amazing so far. AWESOME AWESOME BREAKFAST! enjoying my 1st night, looking to more days here :) okey so i had my breakfast at their resto and i just didnt like how the dining staff seated me on an occupied table and reprimanded me when i transferred to a vacant seat next to a good view of the city. They asked me to go to the other room to be seated to think the one i chose was already vacant. So i stood to where i want to be seated and the staff didnt clean the table with used utensils from the prior guest and didnt also give me my own. So i had to clean the table and grab my own utensils. They are nothing but rude. However the bar staff at the 1st floor where we had coffee and nothing but charmers and very accomodating so i added 1 more star for this.

The most overrated Hotel I have ever stayed in. The Hotel is in shambles the staff is rude and not courteous ... save for the location a one Star rating would be high.

Really nice hotel. Good staff. We rented also bikes nearby. The name of the shop is King Bikes. Excellent bikes.

Huge hotel in a central location in Amsterdam. Great meet up point for large groups

This is a well located hotel for travellers wanting to stay in the centre of Amsterdam and is just a moment's walk from the central station. The hotel seems to be set across two buildings from different ages and one of these offers more generously sized accommodation. All the rooms feature an automated HVAC and lighting system that sometimes needs to be reset and staff are quick to attend to this when called. The restaurant is one of the most generously staffed restaurants in Amsterdam and so offers attentive service as well as delicious food and wine from Holland and other parts of the world with a strong Dutch presence. The fitness room and spa area are nice additional options for those wanting a break from the tourism and business meetings.

Gorgeous hotel, with newly renovated rooms and a luxurious feeling. The team is incredibly helpful and polite. It couldn't be easier to get here from the airport.

Nice Hotel and in Prime location but due to Covid No loading unloading laguage on Hotel site,Have to Park somewhere and carry Laguage to Hotel Which was very Annoying with 3 Kids many of the services are not available like Spa, Room Cleaning unless you ask. Not much Option for toddlers Food Glad I had everything with me.

Beautiful room overseeing Amsterdam Central station. Amazing, friendly and very helpful reception. We've only stayed for 1 night and it has been a wonderful experience :)

Very convenient location 1 minute from the central station, where you can get to the airport. Immediately on the square there is a bus stop for sightseeing buses and a pier with boats along the canals. Immediately metro station and the old city. In general, it is very convenient for those who want to enjoy all the sights in the city center without any traffic problems! Modernized hotel with electronic control panel for almost everything in the room. Not familiar and very much to the amateur. Lovely breakfasts.

Great hotel. Probably best in Amsterdam. Luxury rooms and a high end bar down at reception. Situated in a great location. Lots of shops bars and coffee shops nearby.

I really liked my stay at the Plaza Victoria I would go back there the next time I visit, I feel at home the room service and their staff have lived up to my expectations. I recommend !

Hotel nice and comfortable, staff always available, the bar is the restaurant are both good, in the end the location is optimal if you need to have the central station close at hand

Overall good hotel but abit pricey. Renovations at the front gate door which makes the transportation by taxi alittle cumbersome...

We just stopped in the bar to have a coffee. Nice and cosy place.

Great meeting place, but only entry and exit possible.

Completely overpriced for this standard. Very dirty rooms especially the bathroom is disgusting, shower tray full of hair from previous guests and shampoo residue or whatever
have stuck to the floor.
In the room, the wooden walls are covered with fingerprints, the mirror is filthy. No more Viktoria Plaza.

Excellent location. Very clean modern rooms. Big for Amsterdam standards. Breakfast OK but run out of things quickly such as scrambled eggs and not refilled.

Good hotel. Just across the central railway station. So if you have not much luggage, you can just walk from the station to it. Room is clean, but sort of on smaller side.

Well, the rooms are very small comparing to the pictures, the location very convenient, no parking, no valet service very hard to reach the hotel by car, rooms are clean and the staff are fine. There is a lot of constructions near the hotel

Excellent service, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the spa (although small) had a wonderful atmosphere and is again very clean. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Dam Square, would definitely stay here again.

Staff are very friendly, helpful. Location is perfect for a short vacation in Amsterdam, breakfast is very good, rooms are nice when you can have a room with a view, hotel is clean - I enjoyed my 4 nights stay very much.
