Dismissive and arrogant. I guess they're not hurting for sales. I went in last week and tried to negotiate on an SUV. I don't think that's abnormal. Right? I was told that "... if the sales manager says that's the best price, it's the best price." They didn't try to put me in another car. Nothing. I was simply dismissed with a text. After reading about the GM, Chris Brunner and his CSI, I reached out to see if he could help. Perhaps I got disgruntled employee. NOPE! I'm not important enough to get a call back. Clearly my business is not important to #Lexus #BadCustomerExperience
