Nice activity to do with kids all ages. Less crowded than Granby Zoo and less pricey. Don't feed the animals with carrots as ask from the place.

Too many people. I don't like crowds. Kids had fun though.

Even in the middle of the week there were people and It was a long way by car, using them walks to disperse the animals, result we could not feed and touch any animals .. my children were disappointed. I like the Granby zoo much better

Great zoo, well kept, friendly staff and great place for the animals. All animals looked like they were well taken care of. Staff members could be found all over the zoo. Not overly croweded. Very good set up for walking around. Would recommend 100%

Had a great time. This place is huge so we definitely have to go back for the wave pool.

Great place for the family. Shows are very short. Each show is about 5 min, they should have made more effort to make it better. I visited parc safari 6 years ago. And I can see that nothing has changed from that time, except few small changes. It is good experience over all. But I wish to make majored changes or add more animals that will attract me to think of visiting again in near future. All places are clean and nice. All my family enjoyed the day there.

Fun place to spend the day. There are a lot of additions this year 2018 which helps with the experience. However, the place remains aging.

Great zoo, lots to see and 3 swim areas for everyone to enjoy. We went for 2 days in a row, worth it so you can take your time and sometimes get a better feeding or view on the second time around.

The only time you can interact with animals is in cars when there are not too many people.

I visited you yesterday (04-07-2114) Only one open gate, 30 minutes waiting before entering; My grandson wanted to ride a camel, $ 6.00 for about 30 meters, change your prices or lengthen your ride because I do not like to see the disappointment on a child's face. Snack in the rides section, we show you the prices, cotton candy $ 3.05 and when it comes time to pay you are asked $ 5.00. The young person explains that taxes are not included in the price. Only pleasure. I advise to go there with a watch car (the bodywork do not like horned animals.) After the car visit, the bridge and the deer trail is really cool. Very impressed with the kindness and dedication of the staff.

Very nice zoo to go qith the kids, even small kids or babies. Staff is very kind and helpful. The concept is nice. Not expensive for the amount of activites you can do. On-site restaurents are affordable.

My wife and I had a wonderful time with my cousins who were visiting from Chile and had never been to anything like this. It was also my son Carter's first time seeing any wild animals up close (20 month old). The park is amazing and the people great! Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Very Nice place to spend a day with the family ! They actually have an aqua parc which is really enjoyable for the little ones ! Also it is amazing to see from close all the animals. Security is their key point therefore you can go there blindfolded with your family !

Went for the lion's breakfast and the animation was all in French, for a zoo where Ontarians and American and English speaking people's in Quebec goes regularly, they should talk in English also, shame on them. All the staff should be speaking both languages as a requirement.

Great zoo to take your family out for a day. The glass enclosed area for the tigers is awesome. You can get real close to them. The lazy river needs some TLC.

With Covid-19, masks are only mandatory in closed and semi-open places. We had a lot of fun, very few people with the sanitary measures !!

Not a lot of animals for what it costs, I would say there is a lot more pool fun and inflatable games. More for local customers who can go there regularly with the pass for the year. Very disappointed

What a wonderful day at Parc Safari! We went there on weekdays at the start of the low season ... we had the park to ourselves! Certainly the aquatics was no longer open but our day was already full. To stretch our legs, we started our visit with the walking tour ... which was very long because the lions offered us a spectacle of communication between them from one space to another, we had to stay there for a while. good hour. In addition, the glass tunnels allowed us to observe them up close. A tiger even came out of its enclosure especially to come and greet us.
Fortunately we had a lot of lettuce and celery ... never enough to feed all the deer that came to see us, they were adorable, my 3 year old loved to cuddle them as much as I did! There must have been 20 around us, when they started rummaging in the stroller to eat our own lunch it was time to go picnic next to the cheetahs before going to feed the multiple camels and other hungry buffaloes. What to say about the Africa terrace with the company of giraffes !! Thank you

This a great destination for families. The many animals are adorable, some for everyone's taste. Kids really enjoy feeding them in all 3 places for this purpose. Good times relaxing at the park. The family restaurant closed to soon at 5 pm. We would have enjoyed a nice meal at the park to finish off the the day.

Doing Safari in low season is really good because the animals come to see you. By cons, there is not much to do on the site. The labyrinth is ridiculous and you have to pay to do it. The price could be lower for children in low season.

Beautiful zoo with lots of activity to do. The kids loved walking with animals, inflatable games and play modules.

During our visit, the car part was much too long because of the traffic (unless it is always like that). We were constantly stopped without seeing animals and the wait was endless for the children.

Absolute worst zoo I have ever visited in my life, and to top it off the most horrible customer service experience to go with it! I would give this 0 stars if I could!
My vehicle was damaged by the camels on the tour. Unfortunately, we were unable to drive off as there was one camel blocking our way to exit. We basically had to sit in the vehicle and watch the damage happen. Right after the tour I spoke with the supervisor on site and showed her photos of the animals attacking the vehicle, and she also inspected the vehicle and saw the damage that was done. She explained that they are unable to assist us physically on the site, but to reach out to their customer service by e-mail for an admission refund for two adults. The supervisor also mentioned that when dealing with car damage they are not held liable, however she did state that a refund should be promised to me. I completely understood and appreciated the refund offer. I emailed the customer service immediately before leaving the park. A week later they responded apologizing for the inconvenience but stating they will not issue any refunds.. $80 down the drain - I am disgusted at how this company handles situations and I will make sure everyone I know is aware and stays away from this "money grabbing" trash of a zoo.

Great for families and children to spend the day. Season pass is a better option if you think you will do it twice or more in the season. The safari it self is a great experience for the kids to get a closer view. Staff do speak French mostly, nothing wrong with that but would be nice if they see you struggling to try and help you in English as well. Waterpark isn't that big but it's enough for young kids. Loved the lions tunnel great close up experience.

The nice thing is that you can ride with your car through the animals, but the park is not that big

Day when all the families met at the safari park. Fortunately, the activities, the areas of the park are very varied, which means that we do not have the impression of taking a walkabout. Loved the new little bird trail and my kids the new wave pool.

OK, but the "tourists" who throw themselves on the animals to feed them is too much for us. For the price, there is something missing in the day if we are not interested in swimming.
