I was disappointed in terms of quality / price
I have done other zoo and safari, for the same price and it was much much bigger and especially with a lot more animals.
Here we went around quite quickly, for the circuit by car apart from the camels near the cars we saw nothing extraordinary and the park on foot, we did not really enjoy it
I was disappointed to have spent so much

Everything was great but skip the driving Adventure Trail. Sitting in a parking lot of cars ruined the entire day.

Pleasant and practical for people with reduced mobility, my father took advantage of his stay independently. ..he loved

Great to spend a day in contact with animals especially for children

Great fun as a day with the kids. A bit expensive and a lot of wait, but I think it's worth it

Going to parc safari in time of the virus was a good day even though we didnt decide to go see the other animals in the zoo part since we didnt want to go among alot of people and they had alot the day we went but we do decide to go back during the week and hope they are not that much people I think it's a great time to explore the drive through the parc safari

Nice place, but now, if you want to feed the animals you have to buy an special food inside the zoo.

All staff had mask and were super friendly despite high temperatures.

Family fun safari experience, camels dent you car...

Water park is a ton of fun, and the animals seem very well treated :)

The animals are in such small spaces and seem miserable and psychologically damaged. Some have paced so much that they've made trenches in their enclosures. The elephant we saw seemed to be rebelling and was throwing rocks and hitting it's shelter. There was also a limping zebra that had a bleeding wound in an enclosure near their African platform. So anything to do with the animals was just depressing. The water park looked pretty boring and gross as well, we decided to not even go in. The bathrooms were pretty gross too, I understand that there are many people in and out of them but that should mean they get a little extra attention. The rides all seemed to be shut down except for the slide. The drive through safari was long but at least those animals seemed less miserable, and it was exciting for the kids to have them approach the car. Overall very dissapointing especially having to pay approximately 150$ for 2 adults and 3 kids (5, 3, 1 years of age).

Great experience with children! Only downside, there were several sections that were closed due to renovations. I find it unfortunate that I had to pay full price when half of the sections were open. He should also have warned us at the entrance to the zoo. Otherwise everything was perfect the animals were very active we could see a lot of them.

Nice zoo, but could be cleaned up better... Mostly the bathrooms...

During the covid big disappointment the security agent who lacks respect because the children come out through the sunroof so the visit to the zoo is unpleasant for the children and its not worth the price in addition that we could not feed the animals or even them. touch I do not advise it for the price

I loved it. You can actually have the car door open, touch and feed the animals.

A bit expensive the bathroom not cleaned and the Parc needs to have better directions on the site

The site is under construction. By cons we saw many animals because it was cloudy and comfortable. Our children were delighted!

Pleasant outing for me and my family. We loved seeing the animals that blocked our way

We loved it. The Safari was a lot of fun. If you can take your time and are stocked up on animal treats, then it'll be worth the trip. We had camels and the emus reaching into our vehicles to be fed and the kids loved it. The restaurant in the park was also very good.

Definitely one of the highlight of my Montreal trip (ok it's not in Montreal but hey it's only an hour drive), the car safari was so much fun, feeding the animals was the best part. The viewing tunnel was also fascinating, especially when the white lions were lying on top of the tunnel. It impressed me how active and happy the animals here seem, comparing to some other zoos we have visited. On our way out we coincidentally ran into the owner of the place, Jean-Pierre was a very nice person, asked us about our experience and we talked a lot. He certainly cares about this place and its visitors.

This is the second year we have our season pass, we love the safari park.

Ok reached there at 0915 Am there was line already of 50 some cars, doors open at 1000 Am, very few animals looks like they put camels everywhere and made it look like lot of animals ok would not recommend this place very expensive US $ 60 for 2, also there is construction going in water park and only 2 rides are open.

Great place, very clean, Disney-level quality place. All the animals seems quite happy, they do a good job to make them visible to visitors. Don't come with a rental car if you do the car tour as many animals can make dents and bumps to your car...

What an experience !! Young and old loved it! The water park is great too, water slides were raging. Young children can slide on their own (slides adapted to their size) and other larger slides are perfect for older children and adults. It was great !!

Really I liked the safari in the car as much as the poetic walk in nature to meet animals

It a little pricy but for one time visit its acceptable.
If you want visit the park my suggestion is to go there morning so you can see everywhere an you can also use aqua park.

there are not too much animals. You can feed camel and another animal that i don't know the name. And there is also a water park. It looks good, but we didn't take our bathing suits. So all I can say is, it looks good.
But my son like it very much.

The zoo had closed these pools just the open water games .... No warning of closure at the entrance or on the site ... Big miss the .... Then we are not attacked wasps in a fence for entering the park to feed the deer and when I complained to the employee she told us she knew it and she too is stung the same morning and 2 of my boys too .. She warned her superior named julie and she wanted to DO anything ..... A simple sign or barrier could have avoided our bites .....

We loved our day! The deer forest is beautiful and plenty of space to move around without feeling stuck. Feeding giraffes and all the animals in the wild is wonderful! Very clean facilities too!

People feed animals with carrots even though it is forbidden, employees ignore them. People do not respect the regulations and the few employees ignore them.

No lockers so unable for the whole family to refresh.

Way to expensive for what it is. A lot of traffic during feeding animals. All animals were sleeping when i went. Small water park for kids very little space. I recommend grandby zoo instead .

The 45 minutes of traffic to pass the gate plus the 2 hours of traffic on the path by car made me feel like on the Jacques Cartier bridge at the start of the school year ... Not great for the rhythm of the holidays ... Otherwise with children, magic moment

Due to COVID and the time of year (October 3), several attractions closed, not much life on the safari. In short, we liked our experience, but we strongly suggest that they should clearly offer a discount on entry. Paying full price when half the stuff is closed is to rethink.
