In general, the children loved it. men's toilets: strong smell, need of reno.
safari tour: it took 45 min for a Wednesday. the food bought on the spot was very useful for the ducks, if not bring lettuce and celery.
playpen for children: it's worth it, a minimum of 2.5 hours of play.

It's obviously great to see some wild animals that you normally wouldn't see but very sad to see how closed in they are with such little space! How is it that the monkeys have like three times the space the Lions do!?!

Roads thru the animals that roam should be wider.

Under the COVID era, Parc Safari shutdown a few attractions, like the amusement park and the deer trail. We can't feed/touch any aninals. Still worth visiting though, our kid had a great time!

I have never written a feedback on any visit I made before but feel obligated to write one on this visit.
Very poor customer service. They refused to process a discount coupon at the entrance contradicting their website claim. When I called Parc Safari this morning and asked to speak to customer service about the issue I was told the only way to contact customer service is by email and the response time is like a week. Where on Earth can one find such customer service?

First time experience - I decided to do the Walking around portion which was great! Was able to get Parking near the door. Did all of the activities for the animals , then went to the Aqua Park, the pool side is nice there isn't much water activities.. the WAVE pool is horrible. its a Giant red ball in a circular pool. which is pulled down and creates waves that's all nothing real about it. The Lazy river activity wasn't that great, the lack of water making you stick to the bottom, and the Tunnel towards the end same issue. On another note walking to the other side to get your tube, then walking back on the HOT slabs is horrible we couldn't stay still and couldn't wait for the shade to hit. The pricing of the food is fair, I concluded my visit with the Driving part, most of the animals were in the shade only 1 Camel and a Gazel came by. the rest were asleep or seeking shade. The lack of Animals at Parc Safari make the tour very short. FYI to everyone going I will be going again, and make sure to arrive 30 mins before the gates, That also made it easier. no Traffic.

We took our kids ages 11-6 to Parc Safari and it was such a great experience. Not only did they had so much fun watching the different animals, but also the interaction with the camels, giraffes and deers was beyond expression. The car ride among the path was one of a kind! I was privileged to take amazing closeup photos as well. We didn t hit the water section because of the rain. We spent one full day of fun for all ages.

Beware. The information on the website is not transparent. They say that things are opened what they fail to mention is that they have quotas of the amount of people they let in. You pay your entrance which is $35 plus txt to get in and all you can do is do the safari tour. That is it. All playgrounds are closed, rides are closed all but ONE restaurant is open and the water park has a quotas. We went there today, waited to get in, no one told us we couldn t get water park tickets until we waited in another line for 40 to be told there were none. This was at 12... we arrived at the park at 10:30 waited until 11 to get into the park. Did the safari tour, 30 min than waited in line for 40 mins to buy the water park tickets only to be told they were sold out. It was a colossal waste of time and money. We are a family of 4 and it cost $150 for a car ride. Everyone was complaining... if they can t handle the current situation or have strict rules they have to follow, than that needs to be made clear on the website before people waste their time and money.

Was an awesome place to go visit lots to do feeding the animals was cool we spent the whole day there for my son's birthday he had a blast would definitely recommend anyone to go there you won't be disappointed in the least.

Beautiful day, beautiful weather, beautiful decor in anticipation of Halloween. Many people, all as smiling as each other, the animals were waiting for you. I loved it and my little girl too!

We loved our visit to the park even though it is under renovation. The animals are close to us and easy to see, the car tour is a must and the kids loved it. Missing a little toilet and sink to wash your hands, a pee break is important to each toilet cross.

I've been taking the kids here for many years. This year was a bit of a disapointment. The lazy river + locker rental had a long lineup with only one booth for clients...for both the river and lockers.

You had to walk on asphalt to go get your tube. It does get quite hot.

Animals seemed very well and it's a big place for them.

Basically ok, but not spectacular.

A little disappointed ! Well ok I must say they work hard, but for the car safari it's really boring, there is not much to see. A few buffaloes, bison, various deer and 3-4 ostriches. They were very hot so all lying in the distance. The best surprise was the camels and dromedaries which were very friendly indeed. Can be a formula to review pcq really disappointing. For the rest, a big bravo, for the tunnels of the felins. For that, it's worth the detour. Take the time to see the giraffes, cheetahs, and elephants too. Apart from that for swimming pools and slides it is only for the little ones. My 6 year old daughter liked it but for my 9-13-15 year old they found it boring. Don't be lured by the announcement of the wave pool. It is only a large ball which stirs the water in a small basin of water. In addition, swimming pools, ponds and fountains are in dire need of maintenance. I thought I was in Cuba by the lack of attention to the facilities. But the cleanliness is there. In short, coming from Granby I may be sold to the Granby Zoo but they would have an interest in transferring this to a non-profit organization like in Granby to reinvest the profits in the park and thus improve the experience.

Very beautiful park, we easily spend the good part of the day to go around. There is the shops / restaurants area which is a great addition to liven up the day.
Of course, you have to stay in the vehicle to go around, but the animals come to you.

Always a blast to go to Park Safari! The water park currently under renovation, however there are still plenty of other things to to do there like the various bouncy castles, 'aire de repos' to eat and relax in, fair games (like whack a mole) and of course the drive in Safari and the variety of animals!!! You'll want to bring your own food as it can be pricy and add up. Overall this is a great place to go with friends, family and even people who are visiting from out of town.

Very disappointed .. in renovation and we pay the full price .. not a very large variety of animals .. by and large next time I will go to the Granby Zoo .. it's worth a lot more than here

With seasonal passport, third visit. I like to see animals again. Three pools for children. Only the wave pool deep enough for adults; unfortunately she looks dirty with her brown color due to a bacteria. Are we safe for our health?
The park should resolve this situation.
Old place that needs maintenance.
It remains that we will return again this year. Next year, not sure.
Great advertising for the wave pool, but kids are not allowed.
Great disappointment !!!
More beautiful in advertising than in reality.

Always nice to visit. The course with the animals in freedom by car is good, on the other hand, if you pay to make the same turn with the big truck of the park, it is even better. The difference: you have a specialist who explains in real time what is happening in front of you. Also he has the right to go out of the way to bring you closer to the animals. It's really a plus.

The park is nice however the parking spaces are VERY small and don't allow people to open doors very wide when taking anything out for kids. Even getting the kids out became an issue to not hit the door next to mine. The passages are narrow so its not very stroller friendly. All that being said, the park is nice its just not well designed for medium/larger families.

The employees are very friendly and answer our questions about animals well, it is easy to see that they enjoy doing their jobs.
In addition, there are many animals to see.
I had misunderstood that for the $ 35 per person pass, we could also walk with the feline tunnel, I thought from the site we were only entitled to the car ride.
In short, there are a lot of animals to see on the walk, that was my favorite moment! :)

My experience with Parc Safari was great except the fact there's the covid-19, we couldn't feed nor touch the animals anymore. People don't stay far away from you when it comes to see animals, it's like they forgot to keep distance.

Awesome!

The animals are really interesting and beautiful. I had never seen white lions and it is possible to flatter the giraffes by offering them food on the African terrace! I think the animation and the atmosphere could be improved. Although there are loudspeakers everywhere on the pedestrian routes, they are not used, there are no announcements to say the times and places of the presentations with the animals so it is by the way in front of the enclosures that my partner and I saw that we missed everything. The toilets are very dirty ... I think there would be a lot of potential, but for the moment the operation of the park seems to me to be deficient.

We spent a pleasant day discovering and rediscovering animals up close (especially for children).
Very courteous staff.
The most pleasant part was our meeting with the owner of the place, Mr. Jean-Pierre, who presented us with a brief history of his park and who exchanged with the children (they have fond memories of it) of his experience and his travels, especially in Africa.
I highly recommend a visit to the park.

I love it, not going there with a new car because animals do not just bypass your vehicles they are really accustomed to us and see us as a surprise box, and what do we do with a surprise box we tear the paper to be surprised a passion for children

Terrible experience. Was told over the phone that the ticket booth closes at 3pm and the site closes at 4:30pm so I was advised by staff to buy tickets online. We were at the parc at 3:05pm and were denied entry after driving for over 1.5 hours to get here, not to mention spending over $200 for tickets!!! Customer service woman was lying and condescending over the phone. What a joke. She said she told me that the gate closes at 3pm which is a LIE!

Do not give your money to these jokers. There s better zoos around.

A little expensive but that's expected for an attraction like this. Kids had tons of fun and lots for them to do. Plenty of free parking. Bring your own food because the food available is expensive and they offer areas for your own picnic. My wife smokes cigarettes and we had a hard time finding a smoking area. They discourage bringing food to feed the animals, they recommend buying their own food and it costs $2.50 for a little box. We bought 3 boxes and that was plenty for the day.

Very disappointing experience. There is less and less animals, it is not very well maintained and also, the price of entry remains the same despite the renovations and inaccessibility to the water park.

The only good thing, a very courteous staff who knows their area.
