Catering with choice of fast food, pizza and air-conditioned family restaurant. Super boutique very varied souvenirs with essentials for swimming. Really great for the family!

There is everything for the whole family: rides, games, swimming pools, water slides, theater with mascots, restaurants and souvenir shops, shows with birds of prey, several animals from different countries with the vehicle route and the walking route, the deer trail, ride on the back of a dromedary or the back of a pony, reptiles. In short, lots of animation and animals! Well done !

Great place for family, children in overall.

Great place for family, children in overall.
There are two main parts: one to drive car through and feed animals with vegetable (no carrots), second to walk and see dangerous animals.
Drive through car take 45 minutes and close at 3pm. You can travel by zoo truck also.
Water park in summer open for kids, bring swimming cloths with you.
Ticket is around 70$ for 2 adults and kid. Plenty free parking.

A nice place to spend the day, it has both drive through and walk through. While the drive through is nice to drive close to animals, the walkthrough is a must as some animals cannot be seen while driving. Two things badly affected my rating, I understand this might be due to COVID-19
1- The website mentioned closing time as 6:30, the actual closing time was 4:00, please fix the website.
2- The picnic area closed at 4:00. OK, I really needed to enjoy a meal in there before driving back 3 hours. Don t understand the reason behind this.
3- We couldn t see the elephants nor the rhinos due to some animal guards availability.

Overall, the kids really liked it. I am sure it is more interesting on times when Corona is over.

It is a bit pricey $$$ where you need to pay $40 to (including tax) per adult, $24+tax per kids over 5

After touching any animals WASH HANDS THOROUGHLY. Hand sanitizer is NOT ENOUGH. You MUST use soap and water. My girlfriend and I both got sick after eating even though we used hand sanitizer.

Very nice place to spend a quality day with the family. Take a Safari by car to see the animals up close. Note that we cannot touch or feed them. The park is very large. Space for children. Plenty of picnic tables. The only problem is that this year they have added additional fees for water activities. The worst part is that I was able to buy my tickets online to access the park, but when I got there I could not pay the supplement for my children to access the swimming pools because the number is limited. After 1h30 on the road, it was a big disappointment for my children.

I was very surprised to discover that despite all the money it costs to enter the place leaves was desired. ..

I explain: the bathrooms are really bathroom ... even at the start of the day .. the hand dryers do not work ...

then the place where we can see the giraffes it is so not beautiful the floor it lacks paint .. just the fences at this place and the trails there are practically new ... and what about the mautadine of mussels (food) that we we can buy $ 5 for a small box that no animal eats .... it only aches salad or celery and when people have us the others with our mussel well no animal comes to see us ... really very disappointed ...

The wave pool ... very ordinary as long as me too small for too many people ... the bottom of the pool is gross ...

Really very disappointed with this day ... 2 adults and 2 children more ... too expensive and nothing to see ... or almost ...

Very nice staff though!

Entertaining and educating. Recommended for family and young children. The safari experience is very exciting for kids. You can tune the zoo radio and have a guidance. Looks like only in french. I don't remenber any guidance in english. There are some pools and in the summer It's a pleasant family refreshing excursion.

Make sure to go to the lion tunnel where you can see lions above you in a glass tunnel!

What memories of childhood Safari Park! I discovered to my little 2 years old this place that I particularly like. He loved his day! The safari is amazing, the tunnels with the lions (my son's favorites) and the trail with the fallow deer too. Personally, I love bears! It's the beginning of a new tradition with my little family! :)

I rarely post reviews because I don't care enough ...

I rarely post reviews because I don't care enough to bother, but my goodness was our day absolutely awful at Parc Safari. We got there at 11 and waited until 12:53 to actually get into the park. By the time everybody makes it through the unbelievable wait to get into the park, everybody is impatient, kids are screaming crying all around you because they've had enough... It's just awful. And it stayed awful. You could tell every kid in that place was done right from the start and their parents too.

Staff is incredibly unhelpful, from the ~10 year old boy employee at the entrance who said a map was in the magazine he gave us, when it wasn't and apparently, he was the ONLY source for maps, to the 12 year old girl employee who begrudgingly answered questions about the animals to the other 10 year old boy employee who pointed us in the direction of the bathroom, which was locked. The only bathroom we found that was open was by the water park and there was a line out the door on the women's side. The toilets are from 1970 too, with misfit lids on them that barely flush.

Not one thing about this experience was pleasant. People were so frustrated about the traffic to get in that they honked all through the safari part, clearly spooking the animals. Nobody followed the rules about what to feed the animals and nobody cares. The staff certainly doesn't. We saw a woman throw something that looked like garbage at the elephants through the fence right beside a staff member and the staff member said nothing and just drove on by. People were feeding carrots left and right in spite of the signs everywhere saying not to feed carrots. Employees didn't care about that either.

The staff and setup of Parc Safari sets the tone for angry, selfish visitors and it's truly an awful waste of money. The staff doesn't care and it's obvious. And on top of that, a lot of the animals look bored, pacing on trodden paths that they've obviously paced upon for months, with very little actual habitat enrichment or space.

We won't be going back ever again, in spite of not being able to see everything because of how much time we wasted in line to get in.

Truly awful. I thought it was going to be a fun day of showing my kids elephants and whatnot, but Parc Safari actually made me feel like the world is a worse place. I mean, who throws garbage at an elephant?! COME ON.

MIXED OPINION.

MIXED OPINION.
- i know i decided to go to parc safari for intertainment but those animals look soo unhappy in their fenced area. They are held captive for our entertainement ...
- other than that tought, it's fun.
- once in your life, try it.
- nice water park for everyone
-staff is friendly and look like they are having fun working.
- bathrooms definatly need an upgrade.
- good choice of on site resto.
- plenty of picnic or bbq area near parking lot.
- plenty of parking.
Over all i loved my experience. The staff did not rush us out when it was closing and people were still playing "mini pot" on the site.

I like this place and it gave me some really nice memories. But lions, tigers, lynx cages and others are much too small for the size of animals. The bison, and the rest are in "freedom" but many wild animals as I mentioned are in a place where they will not be unhappy. It's hard to say but I do not recommend going there. By moral principle especially ... personal opinion, otherwise it is a good family activity. Photo of the ptite on the way back :)

It lacks a little love in the maintenance of the areas. The bins are overflowing, they seem to change them once a day. Many weeds. Instead of investing more, you can take care of places already present. However, the super nice employees, especially those at the souvenir shop.

Always fun for the kids but not perfect. After paying the entry (or a season pass in my case), having to pay an extra $ 2 per visit to have access to the tube descent, it's ridiculous. Add $ 2 to all the tickets and stop messing around with it. The pools are stained with water, dark circles it's ugly even when it's clean. There must be something to do to fix it (treat the water to remove the metal?). Restaurants are OK but that's it. I would like to see a little more enticing food (see luxury). If you don't want to deal with it, why not open a mini grocery store? With the number of people bringing their picnic there is surely something to do if the prices are reasonable. In general the park needs a little love, although in recent years I have seen signs of improvement. Last note, the wave pool ... That is to say, the wave enclosure ... I expected much bigger after such a catchy advertisement. We laughed a little, but it's still cool. By the way, in your future plans, it takes a swimming pool for the big ones (water up to the chest please). This is probably the whole source of the park's problems, being oriented for young children, going past a certain age we go there more before having our turn of children.

Ordinary zoo. More direct contact than average, but the dilapidated nature of the facilities (not always a sink available for washing hands) makes it not always pleasant. As reported by others, no fountains and bottled water are $ 2.50, so plan accordingly. The changing rooms I visited near the water park were disappointing: only one hook (sometimes broken), no bench, wet and dirty floor.

Parc Safari is an open-air zoo in two parts. The first is a conventional zoo where the animals are surrounded by fences, but their living space is really large. I really liked the transparent tunnel that goes through the middle of the lions territory, besides they were lying on it. The second part is much more impressive e. By car you pass through herds of animals of all kinds, you can even feed them. An extra experience for children and adults.

Correct day. We fed animals but not enough. Many people in the car visit and it rolls fast, when there is no traffic jam. The speed limit on the park remains 10 km / h and it rolls easily 50 ... In the genre, the Omega Park is better, more freedom, more pleasant, better installed. The only advantage of the safari park is the water games. It is important to mention that a good part of the park closes at 18h. We had said that in an hour we had time to go to the path of dains and giraffes but it seems that animals close at 18h. It's not mentioned anywhere. The food they sell at a high price is not loved by their own animals. It does not look good and hard to give. In short, if you go there, buy celery and other green vegetables and arm yourself with patience!

Amazing asking for money for an attraction as outdated as this park we went in June 2017 and the park is a shame in Quebec I can not believe that the people who own the place are proud of the place. ..... weeds everywhere games for dangerous children poorly maintained enclosure animals are pitiful ...... please don't go there, go to the granby zoo ...... $ 134 for 2 adults 2 children with a discount.

We plan to bring our swimsuits but considering the facilities we decided to go swimming at home ..... more modest but how much cleaner!
