I loved this Zoo, i took my nephew and he was happy !
Lovely Park! Great experience! The kids had so much fun
I wish we bought seasons pass. 1 day is not enough to truly enjoy all. We arrived around 1pm and felt like we rushed through all.
Oh well, next summer!
Go during the fall, the trees plus the animals form an incredible landscape.
Suitable for families. Fun to drive between animals and feed them. Recommended gloves and bring both salad and celery from home because for a salad plant we paid 5 $. The animals also eat carrots (someone gave them) but the signs are forbidden. The path between the lions passing through a transparent tunnel is also very beautiful. Work is underway for a parvo aquatic game, maybe it will be ready by 2020. In 4 we paid $ 150
Awesome place for kids to enjoy at a quick distance from Montreal
The safari is very fun. He should improve locker rooms and put cards in strategic places.
We had a very nice weekend despite the heat and humidity.
Very close to the animals during the "Adventure Safari".
Beautiful water park for children.
When the transformations are over, there will be something for everyone!
Great place. Only water in the water park is very cold.
Animals are well taken care of in this wonderful Reserve Park.
The safari part is really worth it but the rest of the park is smaller then Zoo Granby. Nice place to go with kids!
Our kids had a great time despite the rain in the early afternoon which kept us confined in the Feline tunnel and exhibit. A great experience for our kids all around from the drive through the safari, picnic outside, inflatable amusement park, visiting all the animal exhibits, enjoying the wave pool, and participating on stage in a show with Zoe. Recommended for all families to enjoy.
We had the opportunity to go on safari to all continents in less than an hour. It's wonderful especially for the little ones.
The various water parks are clean and safe.
The Safari experience, while interesting, is extremely painful due to the far too many visitors. There should be waves or a maximum number of tickets. It is too long. The price per person is incredibly high, it's crazy! I will not go back.
$ 80.00 for 2 adults with taxes, very few signs explaining the races, a lot of closed trails, I can understand the Covid, but the employees walk around and explain nothing ..... Very disappointing. I would spend elsewhere. ....
Extraordinary!
The emus are so nice.
Always interesting. A little less since the last adjustments
I will not go back it was banal especially they forbid children to stick their heads out of the roof of the car frankly their pleasure that's it otherwise what good are the closed attractions and shows
It was great, only thing that sucked is waiting time to get in and to get in the restaurant because of the ammount of people there was.
I can spend there the whole day and enjoy it. The sights are beautiful; plenty of live animals to observe; shops to buy food; places to eat indoors or picnic style; places for the young to enjoy the water in various ways; to a limited degree ride a camel or feed the deer... Clean facilities, lots of space for parking and walking. The place is packed with incentives to come again... and again.
It is a beautiful park to spend time with family. Plan a good 3h to visit if you like to stop to watch the animals and take pictures.
Was cool.. But not too long, not much animals. But overall nice place to go with the family.
Third time I am been here and I was very disappointed. It felt empty.
The zebra's are caged now and not free roaming. Same with the giraffe's. But the viewing area for giraffe's was nice.
The only animal that socialized was the camels.
Very over priced for how much they took away.
Kids love the safari tour. Especially when the animals get so close. Water park are is great to cool off on a hot day.
Dear but a great family experience.
The safari truck ride is worth it, we go closer to the animals and we exceed everyone caught in the traffic on the trails.
Bring a lunch for a picnic in the sun.
Very nice day! We were able to enjoy everything, the work in progress does not restrict the experience at all. The lions tunnel is worth the visit!
Really beautiful to discover. Different each time. The magic operates at each visit.
I really enjoyed the little Safari excursion, which allowed us to see the animals up close on the trails that are not on the main path that we normally do by car! A very pleasant 45 minutes! Bring lettuce and celery, Bonny the Giraffe will come and eat from your hands!
The lion's lunch is very impressive too! We can observe them very closely! It is really grandiose. I had never seen a lion so close!
For the rest, the site is beautiful and well maintained!
You could update your site to inform people that you are close. Not to came 160 km to see the close gates :| Thank you for your very good service. You're the best!!!!
Nice fun day the animals seem well treated. Most habitats are suitable for each species, but some would require the addition of trees or shelter to provide more shade.
undoubtedly one of the main attractions in this region. you definitely shouldn't go on a weekend or a holiday because it looks more like a traffic jam than Safari, but with camels. it is worth going there in the morning and you can spend the whole day there. there are swimming pools on site and seeing attractions on foot.
The safari car tour is really a must. Take salad (not carrots). During our visit against many renovations and missing some animals.
It's a great place for young children. Lots of play areas and parent aren't charged extra to let the kids play.
Everything was great! I put three stars because the bird area is one of the saddest places I've seen. Animals do not have enough space for them, even to stretch their wings. Please invest to improve the quality of life of these birds
Very nice place with contact with animals! I had a great day! Super clean site
Nice visit despite renovations and 60 minutes waiting at the gate. As drivers, you will hate. As parents, you will love. More waterers would be appreciated. The app deserves to be interactive depending on your geolocation (audio companion) in the meantime the local radio is doing the job. Picnic tables available on site, ample parking space. Go for your children and arm yourself with patience. Future visitors: please, put away your carrots, they are harmful for the animals!
Always fun, but beware, some animals can ruin your car
Wonderful and unbelievable place to go with your family and friends, to share with beautiful animals
wonderful day surrounded by children with a big smile
A great experience for our part!
We went there on a Wednesday after the end of the construction holidays and the return of classes so it was perfect! Arriving at 10:30 am, we waited - + 13 min to enter the site.
We did the circuit by car first, since there were very few people, we never waited!
The best thing is to bring lettuce to feed the animals. Thanks to this, we had the chance to flatter quite a lot of animals!
The only thing I didn't like is that there are pens where the names of the animals are not written ... So we just don't know what it is!
Awesome cleanliness WoW.
The animals do not appear drugged, poorly treated and / or malnourished.
4/5 stars because there were several empty enclosures, too bad.
Great place for kids and adults!!! Good restaurants!!!
There was a lot for m y kids to see and they loved riding in the car and getting close to the animals. Only downside was there was renovations happening in the Waterpark at the same time as we were there
4 x adults and one kid total 130$ tx included ... Fair enough...
Nice experience to do,
Lack of animation, lack of organization and program to amuse and entertain the audience.
In fact, the magic of the park is missing
to be done once.
Loved it but it was kind of cold ( october visit )
Also you guys should sell beer
Way too expensive, and that doesn't even cover all of the attractions that you have to continuously pay all day. Why not have a specific fee or group package that includes everything? Or a fee that you pay once and allows you to use all the attractions all day? And they don't even have a family package, even though people go to the zoo as a family not alone. we all know that if people come for the water park with kids they will want to do the attractions more than once and have fun. Having to wait in line to pay again and again is ridiculous. Another thing that ruined our stay was the food. "varied menus all reasonably priced" is an absolute joke. The first one we notice is the "grill", which has the exact same menu as the other restaurant right next to it. We order hamburgers, lettuce tomatoes and onions are considered "extras". So a hamburger in the eyes of Parc Safari is just Bread and Patty. you pay extra to have pretty much a lower quality mcdonald burger, and the chicken nuggets didn't even taste like chicken! GO TO GRANDBY ZOO! At least the chicken there tastes like chicken.
I wouldn t give a single star if I could. We arrived at the park and paid around 60-70 bucks for two adults and left within the same hour after the safari car ride. Two camels proceeded to chew and rip off our car antenna as well as the parking back camera including the protector of the camera. When they started chewing on the windshield wiper we managed to scare them away. They were blocking the car so we couldn t exactly drive off. Once they walked off, I ran out of the car to pick up the pieces from the ground and called the park to get help. They seemed very uninterested and the only person who was concerned was a security guard. We have seen plenty of staff but they were very hostile about the situation and we only got apologies from security. They took our statement and gave us an email address for customer service. They refused to refund us so we left without continuing our visit. This was a brand new car we bought a few weeks ago. It s safe to say I m not visiting this park anymore and do not recommend it. Apparently this happens a few times every season enough times to desensitize them. Watching animal planet at home next time.
Good development of the different animals, friendly and attentive staff
Too expensive for the quality of the park. Poorly dated facilities and animals look poorly treated. Poor service and staff practically absent throughout the visit. Very few animals in too small and unsuitable habitats.
Very pleasant! Nice variety of animals and we can get in touch with them. Nice activity with friends or family.
The children have a lot of love. To be able to feed them too, especially the giraffes. There is a long time with only picnic tables. There is no map showing where we are. The biggest negatives are that there is no place to fill the water bottle.
The kids loved it!
All that's missing is a charging station for electric vehicles!
After 1 hour drive, expect another 1 hour wait at the door before able to get in, even for those who have safari passport id. That was on Sunday morning, arrived at the entrance at 11:15 am, waited in the car until 12:15. Very frustrating, especially when you have kids in the car and they are hungry and crying. Also, so many car remaining almost idle for 1 hour is not ecological at all. Safari Management , please work on improving the check in process. Thanks!
I give only 4 stars because the dolphin lagoon closes too early (17:00) in my opinion.
Nice animal park with swimming pool and water feature, shame that the toilets are always dirty.
not recommended for teenagers because little thrills.
Great day with the family
Thank you for the free tickets because of the non-functional wave pool. A lot of construction on the site but it is well managed.
The season of the day camps is started there were several on the site. It's a little downside because there is very little discipline on the part of the day camp leaders present.
I want to give it 5 stars because the animals were very well taken care of and my husband and I had a lot of fun there. I am willing to pay the price we did because it costs a lot of money to run a zoo park and I'm sure the people who work there don't get paid as much as they should. I appreciate all that they do for taking care of the park and the animals. It's a wonderful place to walk around and enjoy being up close and personal with all the creatures there. I loved being able to feed the deer as we walked through their enclosure, that was really neat. The safari was a lot of fun to drive through as well. And seeing a few cheetahs basking in the sun was amazing since I've never experienced seeing one in real life. Also the lion enclosure was awesome as you can walk through a glass tunnel to view them. One male lion was lying on top of the tunnel so we got to take pictures with it and measure our hands against his paws. That was amazing! We also got a kick out of seeing the monkeys and the bears, they were all very entertaining!
I appreciate all their hard work for taking well care of all these beautiful creatures. Over all, we loved our experience! :-)
