Absolute worst zoo I have ever visited in my life, and to top it off the most horrible customer service experience to go with it! I would give this 0 stars if I could!
My vehicle was damaged by the camels on the tour. Unfortunately, we were unable to drive off as there was one camel blocking our way to exit. We basically had to sit in the vehicle and watch the damage happen. Right after the tour I spoke with the supervisor on site and showed her photos of the animals attacking the vehicle, and she also inspected the vehicle and saw the damage that was done. She explained that they are unable to assist us physically on the site, but to reach out to their customer service by e-mail for an admission refund for two adults. The supervisor also mentioned that when dealing with car damage they are not held liable, however she did state that a refund should be promised to me. I completely understood and appreciated the refund offer. I emailed the customer service immediately before leaving the park. A week later they responded apologizing for the inconvenience but stating they will not issue any refunds.. $80 down the drain - I am disgusted at how this company handles situations and I will make sure everyone I know is aware and stays away from this "money grabbing" trash of a zoo.
