Went to Kin Khao, great food and atmosphere. Very reasonable for a michelin-starred restaurant.

Hotel located conveniently, clean to some point but room service isn t superior by any form or shape. More so the service offered by the hotel rather the work done by the room service workers. If it wasn t for the friendliness of the workers, it would have been a one star for us.
For what they charge they absolutely don t make your money worth spent!
Bed is pretty old and the mattress is definitely due for replacement, extremely not comfortable.
Watching Fog get on the city skyline is all good. Enjoy.
Good rooms, no pool, breakfast varied, no staff to speak Spanish, a shame, we were a contingent from South America, more than 100 people, and nobody speaks Spanish, and a robbery what they charge x package reception..I do not recommend
Overall nice existence but it's just a standard hotel, nothing truly special about it but nothing bad about it either
The location was beautiful. The people were friendly but the service was very slow
Service was slow, bath cleanness had room for improvements, below my expectations from a Hilton
Nice views across the entire #hotel. Its within walking distance of quite a few hot #SanFrancisco spots
The hotel is clean and the room service staff was friendly & helpful. The room included a tablet that provided additional information on the hotels amenities which included a pool and a fitness center. The hotel however did not offer room service but did have a few food choices in the hotel lobby area. The food options were limited and hours of operations was limited.
Pretty nice it's a resort level Hotel without much resort to it though
Run down property excellent location. It's called a 4 star hotel but with out dated furniture/fixtures/decor, old musty smell in room, dirty windows but beautiful views, chipped paint and texture. It's really like an overpriced 2 star motel. I can't believe it has the Hilton name. Parking is SUPER expensive $76per day!! Really? Why would you charge people staying at your hotel that much?? Makes no sense and inconveniences customers. The check in staff however was friendly and knowlegeable.
I was only stopping in with a friend. Didn't see or experience much.
Kin Khao was fantastic, the best Thai food I've had in a while
Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff is really accommodating.
Centrally located. I came here for an onsite technical interview.
Beautiful hotel, expensive stay. Hilton Honors "Gold" Members don't get a free buffet (read below for update), you have to be a "Diamond". But hey, we get a grab bag where the only health food in there is an apple. Fairly disappointed. Seems that anyone with any status from silver on up, who has used their time and money to go out of their way to book at a preferred set of hotels, shouldn't have to get a to-go bag as Hilton's form of "appreciation". If you want to be appreciated more for your Hilton Honors membership, the Hilton San Francisco Financial District will give free breakfast buffet.
On Edit: They sure take care of it in a jiffy. They comped me breakfast for the remainder of the stay, now that was fast! Very happy about that. I upgraded my review to 4 stars for being so responsive. I hope that they make this standard policy and not just for me. I am coming back next week, don't tell them. If they changed policy I will give it 5 stars. :)
On Edit: Still they don't give buffet to gold honors. Disappointed. You have to go to the "continental shelf" where you must receive your meager helpings. I had to cajole them for an actual breakfast. Otherwise good hotel.
We stayed on the 28th floor while the gay pride parade was going on, what a great hotel! Bronwyn at the front desk got us free breakfast passes and made our stay very enjoyable (she deserves a raise), the room was incredible. There IS free wifi, great food and spacious rooms (we were upgraded to a junior suite for free). A wonderful boutique hotel for professionals and families alike.
No pool (of course), great staff, though $50 to park is ludicrous.
I'd recommend this hotel to any and all who want a reprieve from a sub-par or even standard stay in a pretty great city.
Friendly front desk staff. Our corner room included a work area which was helpful. The room could have been a bit cleaner and one curtain was broken so it wouldn't quite close all the way. The burger in the restaurant was really good, but as is typical with hotels, was pricey
Overall nicely kept hotel. Nice lobby space. Elevator system was modern and efficient, so the size of the building was not a problem here. Staff was very kind with the exception of one man. I was looking for someone and took an escalator to the fourth floor. The man at the top of the escalator was agressive and rude, telling me that that area was off limits, even though there was no signage. Very unprofessional compared to the rest of the staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a good view. Bathroom was spacious and tidy. However, the windows in the room were filthy and I couldn't really take any photos out of them. Not a huge deal, but still annoying.
Nice lobby and restaurant, but a bit expensive for the quality of rooms
Attended Aiche conference here. The presentation rooms were just fine!
The hotel and guest rooms are very nice. It's easy to get an Uber or Lyft. I recommend parking in one of the nearby parking structures for approximately half the price as hotel parking. Breakfast is very limited.
The place itself is gorgeous. But its a diamond in the rough of the surrounding area thats very dirty and full of sketchy folks. The hotel itself was world class, though!
I liked it, very nice location, satiated all my needs. I would return to this hotel for sure
Awesome customer service...check in was less than 5 minutes. Checked my bags before so I could do some shopping and when i called down for my bags had them in less than 10 mins. Gwendayln sent me a personal text message to make sure my stay was ok and I got a late check out with no problem. This is exactly how a hotel should be. All the small personal touches that make a big hotel chain stand out and keep a guest coming back..Thank you Parc 55 you made my night fantastic.
Ordered drinks at the bar while watching the warriors game. Service was quick and attentive. Bar was neat. Would visit again.
Decent hotel at a decent location albeit being right beside Tenderloin, an infamous shady/dodgy area.
Can't recommend. Dingy carpets throughout, dark rooms, sub-par customer service; not to mention the building exterior is ugly as sin.
Adequate hotel, but at the low end of what would be acceptable. Decor in lobby is swanky, but rooms are tired. Stained carpets in hallways, lots of wear and tear in rooms that it's clear they don't put much time and effort into.
Ate dinner at Kin Khao, a Thai restaurant within Parc 55 San Francisco. The ambience was nice and cozy, and the food delicious.
Wonderful place. Great service. Very friendly people.
Nice meeting rooms. In Union square. Convenient to financial district. Close to BART.
Central location. Good staff. But every little extra such as late checkout & airport shuttle was expensive.
The service is okay, but it wasn't worth the parking. Valet parking only and it's $55 a night. There's no vents in the bathroom we had which means the moisture collects on the ceiling of the restroom. There's no refrigerator, not even a mini frig. The room does have an A/C and a heater. It is next to union square which is super convenient, but not at 55 dollars a night. At least the next option is only 34 dollars per night at a place across the street.
They put us in an "accessible"room since we had booked from Priceline. Asked for 20% more to upgrade. No water for most of the day under the guise of maintenance, with no remuneration.
Nicely located. Good rooms. Could stand with in-room dining, perhaps, but otherwise, a nice place to come when I visit San Francisco on business.
In the heart of SF, the location couldn't be better. I only stayed one day, but found it to be pleasant and clean. The restaurants in and around the hotel are fantastic. The staff was polite and helpful. No complaints and would love to stay again on future trips to SF.
Nice clean hotel, really expensive because of the location.
I would have to be honest and say that I arrived late and left without taking advantage of all the hotel had to offer. I will say the bell service and valet worked well
A profound disappointment. They do not have free Wi-Fi, except in the lobby that is a little bit afterhand when they give you a room on the 23rd floor. The cleaning and the installations leave a lot to be desired, the bathroom for example lost below the sink when you open the tap. The staff's attention PESSIMA !!! No information (the time we get out of hand, although I clarify that we speak to them in English, because they do not know Spanish in a 4 star hotel, in California !!!!! ...) or kindness. Pity because it is very well located and from our room we had a beautiful view, on a clear day you could see the bay!
No room service but still a very nice hotel. Fast elevators and great location. Still four stars.
Clean & Luxurious and centrally located in Downtown San Francisco
Very nice hotel. Perfect location to see San Francisco. Felt safe at night going out. Lots of restaurants near by.
Our room was very big and clean. The location is very good, only at night you should not outside the door.
Unfortunately, it was also the only room on our entire USA trip where no Wi-Fi was included. Just under $ 13 a day is overpriced (though it's free in every coffee or supermarket). As a Hilton Honor Member, it is probably free, but to see how you become a member, I would have needed internet: D.
I came to Parc 55 for Kin Khao, which I will review separately for their Khao soi. For the brief time I was in the hotel, I did enjoy it. I received good instructions from the hotel staff.
It's a bit old, but the inside is clean. Location is good, but there are many homeless people around.
All the hotels downtown are in Tenderloin which isn't the best area, but this hotel is clean and safe. I'd stay here again.
Room was loud, not well soundproofed. Everything else was great, but I didn't sleep well due to the noise. Their staff recommended ear plugs....
Really nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean modern. Staff very helpful and the food in the restaurant very good. The view onto market street is fab
Cool Hilton in San Francisco. You are right on the edge of China town in the financial district. Definitely worth staying at and the service is great
Great location, nice building and lobby, good service but rooms are a bit outdated and pricey (which makes sense for the location).
Great location. Excellent bars and restaurants nearby.
Beautiful hotel conveniently located near Union Square.
Perfect location, right across the street from BART, MUNI, the trolley and loads of shopping and dining. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
I was here for business. Room was clean but I got stuck close to some mechanical room where I had to listen to heavy machinery and elevator shaft type of machine all night long. I think some rooms should just not be designated as guest room!! Also had a gorgeous view of some gravel (yes it s true, gravel rooftop) 3 stars for location and convenience to center of town. It s far from Golden Gate.
I'm a diamond member and the hotel is nice enough but the valet rates are brutal ( NO SELF PARK OPTION) and there is no room service. Expect better amenities at a high end hotel at over 300$ per night
Hotel is clean enough and modern, however, amenities are not what I thought I was paying $200+/night for. No room service. Period.
Shocked to hear they ran out of room slippers. Spoke to one of the chambermaid and she mentioned some changes in the management so that could be a reason. Super poor service in the breakfast buffet. Not even one star for that. Reason: I went up to one male waiter to ask for some sunny side up eggs. Was told I shld order frm my seat. So I went back to my seat and wave at a lady waitress and she happily disregard me. The rest of the ppl are concentrating on wiping the tables. Appalling service. Wasn't offered any orange juice even though I saw some table was served.
It took two hours for our room to be ready after check in, but they did upgrade us and give us free wifi. Room was nice and hotel was quiet. Pillows were awful.
Great location and convenient access to public transport
Comfy beds, minimal to no noises heard from neighbouring rooms.
We ate dinner at the Thai restaurant inside. The food was fantastic. The staff made recommendations based on food allergies/preferences. Everything was delicious.
