Only used the valet service for parking for the san fran marathon. Apparently spothero isnt accepted on sundays, which spothero needs to fix that, but the valet helped us out anyways

This place is a little sketchy. Mostly because of the homeless people EVERYWHERE.
I was only here for a work event, but the facilities were nice and the food was delicious.
First time visit to Parc 55. Nice accommodations. Very convenient location for travel to OAK airport (Powell station / BART). Staff was friendly and informative.
Nice location. The hotel has easy access to transport, entertainment and food. Room are big and comfortable. Gym is open 24/7 and well equipped.
Rooms are in good condition and clean. The fitness center doesn't appear to be cleaned often. The staff is very helpful.
Just came for a conference meeting. The staff was friendly.
Nice location!
Next to Bart, Cable Cars and Union Square!
Excellent location. Generally nice staff. Don't rely on asking the concierge anything - they were never at the desk when we went looking for them. Shout out to the check in clerk who recommended a great Chinese restaurant. Thank you.
Very nice looking and luxurious hotel. My only bad experience was the staff who helped me. I'm not sure if all of the staff are that way but the front desk person appeared very rude and uncooperative. I found the hotel a bit too expensive as well.
Location was convient for me, located within walking distance to the IBM building. The room that I was originally supposed to receive was taken and got a better room than expected, which was a nice plus. Everything is very upscale and nice. The only small problem I had was the tv remote doesn't always work and have to wait for the tv to respond, which can take a minute or two at first.
Good hotel, friendly service, convenient check in and out.
Great location, close to Union Square and all of the Christmas holiday festivities. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from within walking distance from your room. The onsite bar and restaurant is serviceable, but better options to choose from. Overall a nice, clean hotel woth very few maintenance issues in room 2601.
Stylish hotel with spacious rooms. Room was clean and comfortable, and had a beautiful view (ask for a room on a high floor). Friendly staff and great location for exploring San Francisco.
Beautiful hotel and a great location. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff has been friendly.
Warning , Warning !!!!
To all customers this hotel just hired black dude named Delondo Lemon . He is a peeddooffiollee , he is takeing kids pict and useing them for maassttuurrbbaatiioon !!!
Great location. Room was comfortable and very clean..I love the bed..
Hotels with a view were beautiful,
The room was spacious and well located.
It seemed like San Francisco itself was loud at night.
Came here after a TERRIBLE experience at the Powell Hotel across the street. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, big, and comfortable, and the location is just great. Even with a last minute booking it was a reasonable price, although they did tell me that it totally depends on the time of your stay. This place can apparently get packed if there's a big conference in town.
Disappointing. Room was old looking, in great need for a makeover. Noisy.
I can only give this hotel a 2 star rating because of the service we received this weekend. The rooms, lobby and facility are overall amazing. The location is very convenient as well. It is located across the street from BART which makes it extremely quick and easy to get to from SFO. We had a bad experience at check in and check out. When we checked in we were the only ones in line and we stood there while the person behind the desk saw us and said nothing for 10 minutes. Finally after I said excuse me, they said oh, we will be with you shortly. After 5 more minutes of waiting, we were checked in with no apologies for the wait. The next morning we ate breakfast and were seated right away. After 30 minutes of waiting and trying to get a servers attention, we were waited on and given drinks. The waiter said oh we are busy so here is your bill and drinks. No apology and extremely rude. Upon checkout we tried to address these issues and none of them were taken seriously and we were offered no apology. All I wanted was an apology for the rude attitude at check in and at breakfast. This is enough to make not stay at a Hilton property anymore.
The room was quite spacious and okay ... but the sound of Union Square sounds so good. There was an earplug.
Well located but needs redecorating. Safe, with friendly staff. Great views.
I am a wedding coordinator who had a wedding here. This is a perfect place to have your dream wedding! All of our guests, including the bride and groom, all had a memorable day here. The amazing food, the romantic ambiance, the awesome service as well as the gorgeous city view last forever in our mind. Highly recommend!!!
My go to place to stay in SF. A bit run down but consistent
Good location but the room could use an update. Close to Bart station.
The management team has changed several times but the standard remains. With Hilton at the helm now, the lobby check in area it's much more cheerful and chic. Rooms are large and comfy. Love the size of the TV. :) Rooms need to be a little brighter and Bathrooms need an update in design though.
Here is the consulate where a Peruvian can go in case he needs help
Clean rooms, good service. Bit expensive, but to be expected in the city...
Super convenient location. The presidential suite ain't much, but how can you possibly complain?
Beautiful hotel; right around the corner from Union Square. Excellent customer service. Will be back!
Great hotel, good location, easy to get where you need to go.
I went there to meet a friend and the lobby was pretty nice!
Staff is friendly. There were a few issues after we checked in regarding the state of the room (cleanliness, missing amenities, etc) but the staff was quick to correct these issues and offered to change our room (we ultimately declined to change the room, but appreciate the offer).
Lobby looks modern and refreshed, rooms look like the 80s. There's still a phone in the bathroom. And there isn't any room service
Quite frankly this hotel is abysmal. The rooms are very dated, the whole hotel is poorly designed and is not designed for the modern world.
Also, a hotel charging over $350 a night a room in San Francisco could at least provide umbrellas in the rooms, for which they request a $25 deposit. This after taking a $300 hold on my card when I checked in.
This is unheard of in any hotel that I have stayed in. I have stayed in 2* hotels and hostels that are more trusting of their guests than this.
Do not stay here. It's only saving grace is it's location. The rest should get knocked down and started again. With free umbrellas.
They tagged their location as if they are inside the convention center on Google while they are a mile away, that is deceptive. They respond to our Google reviews pretending as if they do not know whats going on, and deny it. They are sorry to say stupid, because I took picture of the Google map and probably now they will fix it. Thanks Google for opening this avenue for reviews
Building feels dated. But great location. Would book here again for that.
Very well located a couple blocks from San Francisco's Union Square. Nice big, clean, confortable rooms. Well worth the cost.
Just came on to see if there was a coffee shop. They had a map showing everything in the hotel. We didn't see a coffee shop, so ended up going somewhere else.
Excellent hotel in a central location and convenient to everything. Room with a view and friendly staff. Super breakfast!
Overnight parking is a little expensive, rooms are nice, satisfied with the hotel
Nice hotel. Super friendly staff. Rooms are old and bathrooms are super dated. The wifi system is outdated. Needs some love.
Always a pleasure staying at the Parc 55. Very nice and a very convenient location with the Powell station right next to it.
Incredible stay. The view from the 25th floor was breath taking
Very friendly staff and decent size rooms, given the location in SF. Rooms were very clean. Easy to get around town if this is your home base.
Spent a beautiful night there with my girlfriend for a reasonable price! Normally we stay at friends or in hostels, so this was really luxurious for us, although it might not be one of the top hotels in SF!
One of the best Hiltons I've stayed in. Great staff and great service
Really awesome view, but 30 bucks for hotel breakfast is ridiculous.
Not as nice as you would expect especially for it to be off of a main street and shopping area
Nice place, for a price. I got a good view from the 24th floor.
It is a fine hotel where everything costs a little more
Location, location and location..cannot say enough of this great hotel. The nightly rates are outstanding. I always stay here when I visit the bay area, never disappoints.
Ate at Kin Khao within the hotel. Very good food and service was great.
Excellent lounge with a great bar and open seating - great place to meet friends and colleagues.
Nice hotel, centrally located. Parking is way too expensive.
Clean, friendly, reasonable quick bite breakfast prices
Great room and bed but bad internet connection and no scale.
Located in the heart of downtown San Francisco the Parc 55 is a nice cozy spot to stay and be close to Westfield mall and the Moscone Convention center! Spacious rooms comfortable beds and water pressure that'll take your skin off in the shower!
Clean & comfortable. Close to shopping and transportation.
Their fitness facility was the best I've ever seen in a hotel!
Very comfortable beds and very clean atmosphere. Great location in the city. Also has a delicious breakfast buffet
It was great stay for an international mock trial competition, but it does need some updates. I just remember wallpaper peeling and wrinkled bedsheets.
This hotel is suitable for shopaholics because of its perfect location. Its just a minute walk away from Westfield Centre San Francisco and the cable car to fisherman's wharf. There are many places to eat nearby too. Walgreens, Union Square, Barney's, Nordstrom Rack, Saks on Fifth, Sephora, Target, and Chinatown are all walking distances from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, hotel staff are friendly too. Have stayed here for 5 times and they were all consistent in their cleanliness and hospitality.
There is a restaurant named Kin Khao at the bottom of the hotel. We ate there because it had a Michelin star. Wasn't disappointed, great place for Thai food.
Nice hotel in a very convenient location in San Francisco, 1 minute walk to time square. The rooms are spacious, from the window you can enjoy a beautiful view of some of the city's skyscrapers! Breakfast is good, buffet, plus there was availability with us as we had to leave very early and we missed his second breakfast, I asked how I could do and I were different containers for take-away information to enable me to fill with what that I wanted. Including milkshake / yogurt that I kept in the fridge in the room. Each room has a safe but the bathrooms have a bathtub. In the rooms there is carpet (in my opinion unbearable and unsanitary).
Hotel with fitness center.
Very well located and very good service very good rooms!
New but rooms old...corners & lamps covered with dust and dust bunnies floating...towels like sand paper...frayed rug....no buffers on doors hear them all night slamming....a/c vents covered in dust....6 nights never given additional shampoo, soap, etc one ounce of each for our stay..... good but on boder of bad neighborhood overrun with homeless and crazies...id never return...just the towels rough sandpaper like texture would be enough but it gets worst...try ask concierge something one person in front of me 25 mins..avoid
