No room service and it was one of the things I was hoping they have.

Got into an occupied room upon check in which was an unexpected experience but over-all satisfactory

Recently visiting San Francisco for the weekend, I wanted a place that was affordable, nice, and in the center of it all. Parc was definitely that. Right off of Market, Parc is Central to shopping, food, and transportation. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was spacious and on the end of the hotel with lots of windows. The elevators in this place are quick. You will have to select your floor when requesting the elevator. There's no option once you get in the elevator. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I return I will definitely be booking here again.

Arrived at 10:25PM to check-in. Room was not ready because an airline was turned back and they were holding my room. Promised my room would be ready at 11PM. Management and all staff left while I waited with a dozen plus other guests waited on our rooms. None of us ever got calls. Went to front desk to ask for rooms. Only one worker was left who had been blindsided by previous management and workers. Finally got room at midnight. Awful service & handling of this.

Rooms with a view were awesome. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. It was easy to grab an Uber / Lyft from a couple different spots. Only issue for us was the WiFi as it dropped us quite a few times.

I give this one five stars and highly recommended. Parc 55 is a wonderful Hotel they're always clean very professional staff. The place is a little bit on the expensive side but for what you got and the location you really can't beat it. I love this hotel. usually, they hook me up with great rooms and the views are very San Francisco City life. Less than a block from Market Street.

No room service available. They charge over $6 for a bottle of water in the room. It took over 30 minutes for them to deliver coffee creamers to the room when I called at 5am. I can't imagine how busy house cleaning is at that time for it to take THAT long. Ridiculous.

Had an issue with our room, but the hotel made it right. The staff is courteous and the breakfast choices are abundant. Powell Hyde trolley turn around is across the street as well as the BART station. Uber ride to pier 39 around $7 - $10 for a family of 4 depending on peak times or not. Tons of local restaurants within 5 min walking distance. Our room had a city view of fireworks going off all over town on the 4th of July.

Located centrally

Located centrally
Next to public transport
Lot of cops in the area so feels safe despite multiple questionable people around
Rooms are clean
View is not great from room (at least the one I was in)
Lot of food joints nearby.

Rude staff and terrible customer service. We stayed two nights in San Francisco as the end of what was a wonderful road trip up PCH. I try to stay nearly exclusively at Hilton Hotels, when possible, but on a whim I thankfully booked our last night at a hotel down the street, the Phoenix. On our second to last night, the night we stayed at Parc 55, we waited in a line to have our car parked for over 15 minutes, with the valet staff completely ignoring us. They forgot to take our keys until we told them to and then informed us parking was $55/day. Upon entering the hotel, we tried to keep our luggage and take it to registration with us. We were not allowed to do so by the bellmen, who took our luggage but then didn't tell us where to go. Once we finally figured out where the registration desk was (it's upstairs) we waited to be helped and were, yet again, ignored. Finally, without looking up or even really greeting us, one of the men working registration shouted for us to approach. I asked about the expense of parking and commented that I was surprised it was so expensive, since parking was free or very inexpensive everywhere we went in Los Angeles. The man condescendingly responded that "because we were in the city in a prime location" they had to charge that much. He emphasized "the city" as though we were country bumpkins and inexperienced travelers. What's interesting is that our next hotel, five blocks down the street, the Phoenix, had free parking. So then, we get to our room and our bags take forever to arrive. We finally had to call for them. We are Hilton Honors members and we had no greeting pack like we normally did and had to request some water for our room. No one ever told us whether or not there was complimentary breakfast in the morning or where we could find it. When we checked out the next morning, we had additional problems with Valet - we handed them our ticket to get our car and they just hung around with it until we asked them if they were going to get our car. The two men working the valet desk had simply been socializing with one another instead of helping us. I would say this was one of the worst stays I've had in recent years.

Beautiful hotel. Good food in the on-site resturaunt. Great staff. The only reason for the 4 rating is the bathroom in the room I was assigned during my stay. Dated with an old tub and a hand held shower wand with weak pressure and luke warm water 3 out of 4 days. In the hotels defense, it was a handicap room, but why was I put there? In any case, if I was handcipadded, I would have also expected an updated bathroom.

Room is great if you get one high enough and facing towards the back. A bit outdated design but nice and clean. Bar is decent but expensive. WiFi is free but has a tendency to clog up and become unusable. Filter coffee in the room is great!

Overly priced for what you get. The rooms were clean for the most part, although the shower curtain had little stains on it. The hairdryer caught fire as my wife was drying her hair. I'm amazed the fire alarm didn't sound. Fortunately it was in our last day so we didn't have to stay a night with the stench of burnt electronics. The beds were clean, made well and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right across the street from the Westfield mall and walking distance to China Town and other local destinations. BART and the cable cars are across the street as well.

Beautiful building in the middle of the city. The corner rooms offer great views in the morning and at night of the city. The king suite is comfortable and had plenty of room to both work and relax. Bathrooms have no vents but the windows in the room have small openings at the bottom to let in fresh air

I liked that hotel has a check during night hours so you have to show your room card in order to enter the hotel. It would be even better if you couldn't enter the elevator without your room key.

Central and strategic position of the city. Very convenient to all services. The room a moment dated but really well kept and clean. Super comfortable spacious bathroom bed. It is worth noting that you can access the Hilton adventivent, of which you can use the swimming pool also equipped with whirlpool. Highly recommended

Great rooms and beds, wide space room, all comfy you need for a few nights;it is at downtown SF;breakfast buffet is very good and a lot selections; Not good for tour buses there is not parking space close by;in front of the hotel you get a perking ticket or tow it

Higher priced Wi-Fi ($18 instead of $14/day) is less than 0.5 Mb/s (compared to cell plan getting 50Mb/s. Too slow for vpn. Was offered 40$/day upgrade for higher floor and free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Maybe it's faster up there?

Nice hotel with great corner rooms and great views. The gym is open 24 hours and is accessible for free. Disadvantage: for the price you pay, it is in my opinion not in order if no good service is available. On the one hand you would have to charge the wireless for a fee and on the other hand at the Chevk-In hardly information (gym, swimming pool, etc.). I later asked for everything on the phone.

Decent sized rooms for a city centre hotel. Clean and convenient location.
However, when I stayed there in February 2019, I requested to borrow an umbrella due to inclement weather. Over 3 consecutive days, hotel said that they do not have any! Ridiculous excuse considering the stature and price of the hotel. Embarrassing to lack even basic necessities like umbrellas.
Please do not use excuses such as bad weather and unexpected demand. When guests ask to borrow umbrellas, it is of course due to bad weather!

Not far from Union Square, on the one hand from the hotel - the center and cleanliness, on the other, literally in 10 steps, homeless people and dirt.
The rooms are clean, a bit old, it is better to book rooms in a package with breakfast - with a separate payment it turns out much more expensive.

The service is not too much ... The black people next to homeless people smell the marijuana, and the opposite is the street of luxury ... Do not go near the field coffee. There is a block between the hotel and the Fields Coffee, and the police are not going to do it well.

Extremely convenient location. 1 minute walk from Time Square. Small but well-kept room. Beware of those who do not look at the street but the inner courtyard ... all night You hear the noise of the air conditioner.

Problem is the area. There are numerous homeless people around making it a little unsafe to walk in the night.
Lot of restaurants around and mall nearby.

The location is great. The service was top notch. The room was okay. The dresser was too small to store much in so everything has to hang in the closet. I didn't realize there was no room service which was slightly annoying. The restaurants in the hotel was very good, and of course plenty of other options available due to the great location.

Worst Customer Service

Worst Customer Service
I am a business traveler and stay over 180 nights / year in hotels throughout the world. Never experienced such a bad customer service. The front-desk staff kept arguing and was threatening when I was trying to help them locate my reservation out of 9 rooms I booked for myself and other colleagues. I love Marriott/SPG and Hyatt, never coming back to any Hilton.

My first time staying here. Stayed here with a friend for a company party. It s super easy to find after getting off the Powell Station Bart. The lobby is really pretty especially this time of the year. Big Christmas tree near the registration desk is really pretty. Parking fee is kinda pricey... $80 I think. We ended up taking Bart. The rooms are decent. Pretty standard. Beds are comfy. Location is awesome. Walking distance to downtown SF, union square and mall. Lots of places to eat and shop!!!
