I've been to this hotel twice these past two times when I have visited San Francisco. I had pleasant and wonderful experiences during those previous visits. However, I was disappointed on this trip, my third visit as I already prebooked online several months ago with a request that the 2 rooms which I booked be on same floor at higher floor level but when I checked in online on my date of arrival, only the lowest (5th) floor was available and we lost one of the rooms when we got to the hotel, thereby forcing us to drop by the check in line which only had 2 staff at the counter so we had to wait. The counter staff did provide a $50 voucher at the bar area while we wait for them to prepare another room, which fortunately was still on the same floor. We decided to go out and have dinner and then return for our hotel key when the room is ready but we had to get in line again and there was ONLY 1 counter staff at the time. I had to wait over 15 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me in line before a 2nd counter staff appeared to assist me. If I had not received the credit voucher for the inconvenience, I would have rated this stay a 3 star experience. As a Hilton Honor member for several years, I would expect a better experience than this. I will have to reconsider staying at this hotel the next time I visit San Francisco.

In all fairness, Hilton's overall service is good, the location is really good, check-in does not have to wait too long, the front desk service is also fast and user-friendly, and also helped me upgrade to a landscape room. But the decoration of the room is not new, the sofa is uncomfortable, and the room is not very soundproof. The worst part was the breakfast. The honor member had good benefits
breakfast free, but when we went to restaurant, the receptionist was very unfriendly with a poker face . It took a long time to find our names. And then she told us that if you want to use the whole breakfast, you should pay $5 for each person, otherwise you can only eat the cold part. Because it was 10am, we just wanted to eat a little bit and didn't choose to add money, so the entire breakfast process saw the staff constantly walking around to monitor to determine whether we took the paid stuff. We obeyed the rules, but the guests at the tables around us who were unclear about the situation were overcharged because they didn't understand what should and should not be eaten. Many people were arguing over the issue of payment. And the bananas for breakfast are all green and unripe, and the cranberries and blueberries are not fresh. I just want to say that the breakfast feels really bad!

There is no self parking and valet parking is expensive at $55 a night. The rooms are plain and dated and not worth the nightly price of the rooms. The beds are really small. Surrounded by 2 other Hiltons within walking distance, i would recommend going somewhere else.

The hotel is beautiful and the service - superb. From Maria at the front desk (love her!) to the cleaning staff, everyone made you feel more than welcome. I travel quite a bit and this experience is one of my tops! Highly recommended!

No room service; no ventilation; no mini-bar; small room; far overpriced for what you get. It might appear to be a "luxury" hotel from the outside but the rooms are standard, nothing "luxurious" in my opinion. Parking overpriced in comparison to other hotels in the area. We had a nice view, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Beautifully designed and furnished lobbies. Information person didn't know what events were happening at the hotel, but we found it on signage. Convenient location. The lighting in the function room was atrocious though, very 1980s-office. Bar accommodated our 10-person group with no notice and were able to seat us together. Excellent bar staff/service. Gorgeous city views and nicely designed. Plenty of different seating options.

Terrible hotel. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unbelievably rude and don't care at all about how your stay actually was. They just want your money. I will NEVER EVER stay at a Hilton again after this. Horrible experience.

The location is perfect for getting around the City. The rooms are decent and housekeeping staff are very nice. Unfortunately, many of the front desk staff could use some customer service training and the concierge staff we talked to was as unhelpful as you can get. We basically had to figure out where to go and how to get around ourselves. That said, she did give us a map so we could find our way around.

Parc 55 is a nice hotel with a great location in S.F. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The new elevators take a second to get used to but turn out to be very efficient to use. The bar has a great ambiance and the food is awesome.

The room is nice enough and the location is great, but when we arrived they put us in the wrong room and said they had given away all the baby cribs, even though we requested it when we booked and called that morning to confirm. They eventually found one, but it was not a fun way to arrive when it's late at night and the baby needs sleep.

Excellent hotel staff, but there was an uncomfortable amount of panhandlers nearby. If you or anyone in your party feel unsafe around the homeless/panhandlers, then you're probably going to have a bad time.

Great location for shopping though.

The TV didn't work when we got here, the internet isn't free unless you are Hilton Honors, and the Ice Machine was broken for 2 of the 4 days we we're here. Plus side, we were comped drinks at the hotel bar for the hotels short comings, and the room was well taken care of by the staff. Would I stay here again, yeah, sure why not. It wasn't bad, just annoying. When you go on vacation you want things to be flawless. I do enough problem solving at home, I don't need to do it on vacation as well. Oh, and good news, if you run out of toilet paper, you can use the in bathroom phone to request a life line. LoL.

City centre, good location, woeful room service. Mine wasn't made up. Poor sound insulation. Woken up several times by cars honking their horns through out the night and I was on the third floor. Decor is a bit harsh. Not really got much going for it!

Great staff. Great rooms. Solid food. Stayed 13 nights. A bit seedy if you walk in one direction, as it's butted up against Tenderloin neighborhood in SF, but easy as hell to avoid any of that. Overall I'd recommend to anyone I know to stay here. Solid choice.

Was briefly at a conference held in the Parc 55. Everything is packed because the conferences are so busy this week. The room the meeting was in was very nice. The coffee and tea provided was decent quality.

My husbands company booked a room for us at a hotel called Abri. It was awful and we ended up walking next door to Parc 55. They not only were able to accommodate us at the sup of the moment but upgraded us to the 25th floor overlooking the city. It was sensational! The customer service was incredible, the room clean, the king bed was extremely comfortable and the view was breathtaking.

Nice hotel. Great customer service. I had originally booked two rooms both double beds with a request for joining. When I checked in they said that combination didn't exist, but changed us to a one king and two double bed combination with adjoining door. This work great since we have three kids who took one room and we took the other. There's no breakfast included like many other of the Hilton Resort, but the neighborhood has a lot to offer and many cafes and restaurants. It's right down the street from the new food truck Village. The rooms are clean and housekeeping was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel has an excellent location near Union Square and the cable cars. Lobby area is beautiful. Everyone we encountered and dealt with we're friendly and helpful. Remember though that this is San Francisco and everything is expensive. The nightly parking rate of $67.00 per day is outrageous.

The Parc 55 is a fantastic hotel with a Michelin star restaurant inside called Khin Khao. The service of the staff is impeccable, and the hotel itself is fantastic. In all honesty, this is one of the nicest hotels in San Francisco, would definitely recommend staying here

The Parc like most of the hotels in downtown San Francisco is old. The room I was in needed some updating, i,e no USB recepticules, etc, however the rate was very competitive so one should not expect alot. My room was clean. The location is good with easy walking distance to Union Square, trolley car access accross the street. Restaurants in the hotel and many in the surrounding area. A good reasonable place to stay in an expensive hotel market, but don't expect the Ritz.

Hotel is alright. Too many people coming in and out. Elevators are kind of annoying since they are always crowded and people in general seem upset. Brunch is nice though. Location is prime for shopping and what not.. But it is centered right in the middle of a triangle of homelessness which makes it so that if you want to leave at night, you would feel safer taking a cab or uber. Walking on any direction seemed dodgy.

It's highly rated but the room was not as nice as other Hilton properties I have stayed at.
The bathroom and shower were a bit out-dated and showing signs of wear.

The cleaning staff also knocked on my door at 9:00AM. And came back again an hour later. I would suggest not knocking on doors so early if the guest has not checked out.

The rooms themselves were very nice, but the service from the hotel staff left something to be desired. As we approached the check in counter the employee who called us up got visibly upset for a reason we couldn't discern. He checked us into one of our two rooms then dismissed us and seemed unwilling to help us further. We eventually got it straightened out, but had to wait through a long line again to do something that should have been done the first time. Which after an 10 hour drive seemed like torture honestly.

Really nice big rooms with excellent views. Great location for exploring, lots of food places and shopping. No free wifi, charge $15-$20 for that service, also no complementary breakfast... But had a nice stay.

So far, so good! I left my luggage with the Bell staff this morning prior to setting out on business. Returning in the evening, having used the app to select my room yesterday, I was already checked in. The front desk had my bags delivered and they arrived promptly in less than five minutes! Then, an electronic key was delivered to my phone via the app, thereby precluding the need for one to be keyed for me. It worked nicely the first try. Perhaps because the desk was not so busy...or, perhaps because this hotel is trying hard to provide stellar service...I do not regret having ignored the negative comments I read about this establishment. The room is clean; the air conditioning works perfectly; and, the staff have been very helpful.

Parc 55 by Hilton held a $1000 dollar deposit on my card for 2 nights of stay. After the room was fully paid for, the deposit was not released, despite 2 visits to the front desk, once during my stay when I was told the deposit was for "incidentals", and the second time at checkout where staff reassured me it will be refunded within 24 hours.

3 working days later deposit was still not refunded. Called my way to their accounting department, after a long while of not being able to find this $1000 transaction, it was finally located and I was told it takes the bank 3-5 working days to release the money.

2 minutes after I hung up the $1000 magically reappeared in my account.

Definitely feels like I was being scammed. Extremely dissatisfied.
