Great central location with comfortable rooms. Valet parking is $55 and often there's nothing else available so your pretty much stuck unless you get super lucky with street parking. The bars open till 12 and there's always good convo and people there to recommend activities or investment opportunities- lol.

The only thing nice I can say about this place is that Kin Khao is in the building. 2nd floor lobbies always bum me out. Check in is always a real hassle, long lines. Clusterf***y. Rooms are never ready. I've stayed here four times now. I'm a glutton for punishment and Kin Khao

Welllll. Cleanliness in public areas was not great for our conference. It's a cavernous place. But it's right in the middle of everything. Rooms are spacious and quiet... Except. THEY ALLOW DOGS. I asked for room away from pets. I have allergies. They put me on the 8th floor and across from me someone had a damned dog. Woke me up with the barking at 6:45 am after my red eye flight!

Hotel is very nice and convenient for everything we were there to see. Staff has been friendly and helpful. $70 for overnight valet is pretty steep. I understand that it's the city but geez...

Was attending for a very large conference, thousands of people attending, yet they only had 2 people working at the front desk. Check in and check out took way too long, but th3 staff was very friendly.

While this place is a pretty quick walk to the Moscone Center, it's also steps away from the Powell Street BART station.
I wish they had more dining options than what's available but what is there is ok. Great place to grab lunch or a drink and watch some sports playing on the TVs. Rooms are ok. The housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean and rooms aren't bad. We had a good stay but the bar tender (Robert) was rude, unengaging and appeared that he didnt really want to be there. The drinks he served were way under par and tasted mediocre at best.

I checked in tonight to find out that when I went to go shower there's no hot water. It's almost midnight and I just arrived about an hour ago to my room and it's freezing in the room. Literally it feels like I'm outside. Like 50 degrees. I've adjusted the temperature to 86 and for the past hour it feels exactly the same. No temperature difference. I call down to the desk and they are no help, saying the entire engineering team is working on it. I highly doubt it. What kind of hotel has no hot water and the room is absolutely freezing. Horrible first night experience, horrible just first hour experience. I'm exhausted from my flight and just want a hot shower and warm room to sleep in. Instead I get the total opposite.

Friendly staff, great location, clean spacious rooms. Bar and restaurant on-site, convenient to market Street and union square, plenty of food and drink in area. Rooms can be noisy-it is a city. TV is worthless, hardly any channels and signal cuts on and out. However internet works better than most places.

Service was good. Rooms were clean and adequate though slightly outdated. Beds were comfortable. Location is central and within walking distance to lots great shopping, food, and entertainment.

13$ for wifi each day. Can't open the window because it smells like fried food because the room was directly above the kitchen vents. The shower feels weird since it's in a bathtub and has cloth showercurtains that get wet everytime you shower. The shower curtains don't even close fully, so the water floods the bathroom floor.

Attention !!! Protect your kids !
There is a manager at this hotel his name is Delondo Lemon , black dude , be aware of him , do not allow him to take a pict of any kids at the hotel , if you are a worker at Parc 55 do not tell him anything about your family and kids . He is using kids pics to fulfill his creazy psycho fantazys.
People watch this weirdo carefully!

Hotel is ok though. Way too expensive. Cleanliness and facilities are ok but completely overpaid. The bottom is the only criticism because this was freezing cold. I do not know why this is so often a problem in the US. Heating as usual only a warm air blower. That's a pity.

I found this hotel to be a great place to stay. I was there for three nights and enjoyed my stay. It is located within walking distance to the Powell Street BART station and the Powell Street Cable Car turn around. It is just a short walk from the Hotel to Union Square and Macy's department store. I would give the hotel five stars except for the homeless people panhandling on the streets around the hotel. Altogether a very pleasing experience.

The communication with the hotel is really the worst. I called the hotel couple of times and each time the agent change the previous agent promise. After i made the reservation and few days before the arrival i called to confirm the agent on the phone said no we can t do that we didn t promise.

Not a good stay, very disappointed. Employee rate though, which I def. Could tell with the way I was treated, if I was a diamond member paying full price, It would have been free with Hilton guarantee. But it's the nature of the beast. I would not recommend this place. Everything about my vacation was great instead of the hotel.

We stopped in to eat at Kin Khao, which if you haven't been, you should make a reservation. Delicious Thai food and drinks: try the mushroom curry mousse, the nam tok beans (so crispy ), and the pretty hot wings. Honestly, it's all good-try any one of the cocktails!

Great hotel in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Loved the location - its fairly close to every thing. Great breakfast bar. Museum pieces through out the lobby. All around great place to stay.

The room is a bit small, but clean and comfy. The location is good. But the wi-fi connection just bad. The wi-fi is included, but with this kind of quality I rather pay more to get better quality connection. I need to work while attending Google I/O. I might be need to stay back at Marriott for next year I/O. I can't afford this kind of poor wi-fi connection and this room is advertised as for business.
