Nothing to say, hotel in a great location from eve...
Nothing to say, hotel in a great location from everything, clean, welcoming. For me it's OK

It was a wonderful base to use during my trip to SF. It was conveniently located near the BART station and other public transportation options, Moscone Center, and shopping. The room was very comfortable and there was practically no noise from the street. All of the staff were friendly and efficient.
Pretty good location by the union square .. good accessibility. Rooms are good with good service
Very nice hotel. Not super modern, but had a homey feel.
Hilton group hotel, which whilst being on the popular Market street is also on the edge of the slightly more edgy Tenderloin area. Suggest not heading that way after dusk. Saying that, friendly staff, big rooms but single glazing so can be noisy. Good gym.
Top tips: a) check the flap at the bottom of your room window isn t opening making the room even noisier and b) there s a pool available for your use over the road at the Hilton.
I remember being so excited when this place opened. I still shop there but not as much as I used to. To start with, the minute you walk in there are hand-held baskets to shop with BUT THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. They NEVER clean them -- but are willing to provide a moist wipe for YOU to do so. YUCK. And they pretty much force you to use the self-checkout by only opening 2-4 cashiers even during busy times.
Their prices on groceries have gone up 30% across the board in the past 18 months. So let me see...prices went up drastically...cutting jobs for cashiers so you have to check yourself out...and bring your own basket because theirs are disgusting. NO. THANKS. What a disappointment.
Good hotel... Love the elevator system until it packs way too many people on one elevator for seemingly no reason. The in room tablet is clunky and touch was hard to use. Great view though
Convenient to BART station and tourist activities. Room was clean and quiet room.
Overall great experience. Except whatever you do, do NOT buy anything from the gift shop store. She said, "this USB C charger is 50 bucks and no returns". In a moment of desperation (my phone having been dead for days and my wife worried sick about my whereabouts since I didn't tell her I was out on a business trip) I went ahead and purchased it, only to find a Target like a block away, just passed the zombie crowd of crack heads. I should have just been patient.
They didn't let me return the charger.
Spacious suite with great views. I recently stayed here for 5 nights in the Sunset Suite. The Suite was HUGE, 1311 sq. ft. To be exact. The price for San Francisco was very reasonable given the size of the suite. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. It's in a great location close to Union Square with easy access to public transport. Views were great from the 32nd floor and were very quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Decor was typical Hilton. The suite was very well appointed.
The overall impression for this hotel would be "In need of refurbishment".
The rooms, while clean, are a little worn and the elevators are kind of clunky. Staff are unwaveringly friendly and housekeeping standards are adequate, but the in-room Wi-Fi is woefully slow for this day and age. I've stayed at quite a few hotels in the center of San Francisco, and they've all been better than this.
Rooms are very comfortable, location is excellent. The commodities are very expensive though.
Kin Khao was good but very expensive for Thai food.
Very nice, very clean, located in close proximity to Union square, Chinatown and local transit (i.e. the bart). Uber rides usually run between 7-10 ( cheaper for uberpool). Parking does run $55/day and is only valet.
I've always liked staying at the Parc 55. It's centrally located on Market St and Powell St down the street from Union Square and right next to Muni and BART (which makes traveling anywhere across the Bay Area a breeze). The rooms are very nice, the suites are especially spacious, and the hotel staff has always been extremely helpful and accommodating.
The staff are great and warm. Enjoy the easy of getting around the hotel. Local to the shopping and union square is great..The hotel restaurant very enjoyable and tasty..Rooms are very clean and roomy...The international client base is a warm wlecome from regular clients.
Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, close to trendy restaurants
Great location! Ms. Mavis made my check in seamless and she took time to help with trip planning. Breakfast is good with an eclectic mix of food for everyone.
Booked last minute as the original plan had fallen through. Great place and a central location perfect for what we're looking for
Hotel was pleasant enough. Location great. The extras however were soo soo expensive...... I got free breakfast due to my Hilton status but oh if you want hot breakfast it s another 10$ per person per day...... Felt like I was getting ripped off.
Overpriced but a great hotel near downtown San Francisco. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and bars and all tourist stuff (with some willing to walk).
The lobby bar is a great spot to grab a drink or a glass of wine when you need to just kill a little time downtown but you don't want a bar scene. It's quiet and convenient.
Awesome hotel, great location and very clean. Easy access to public transportation, a 25 min walk from AT&T Park, and many good resturants.
WiFi was pretty slow. Luncb catering was very uninspired.
Totally acceptable in every way. Just wish I didn't have to walk up stairs to get in after the 15th time one day
Only went into the lobby to meet someone, but it was spacious and furnished in good taste.
The room was indeed comfy, but no free wifi. This was my first time to stay in the hotel without free wifi. So I will be careful of the room policy next time.
Very nice hotel. The conference spaces are huge. Very modern as well.
My check in was delayed because my room was not ready when I arrived at the hotel. To make up for that, they gave me complimentary breakfast and other amenities during my whole stay. Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, very happy with their service.
Rooms are nice and clean. Was able to upgrade to a higher room with a better view for fairly cheap. Very centrally located for most city adventures and only a mile from AT&T Park. The concierge has been awesome!!! One of the best!!
This hotel is creved in the of the city and is walkable to several interesting attractions downtown.
Clean and wide rooms, complimentary coffee, mini bar, soft and comfortable beds, honest but pricey breakfast (~$30 per person if your reservation doesn't include it). This is a great hotel indeed.
The staff was fantastic and very, very friendly. Nice and complete gym.
Complimentary Wi-Fi works perfectly (recommend to create a Hilton Honors account).
Great and positive experience here.
Room is pretty nice so far. Can't complain. Everything is expensive and small in San Francisco
After having a weird buzzing sound in my first room, asked to be moved and got upgraded to a junior suite. Great big room, but had a very strange strong smell when you entered the room (almost like mould), but didn't notice it when you were in the room for a few minutes. Great location.
This place is very Beautiful and Great view of all angles of San Francisco and close to Union Square. I came here for my Birthday weekend and the service was the Best and Welcoming. Sara a very nice and genuine concierge provided a good quality service and very helpful. Thank you Sara your the Best!
Nice clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. We didn't try many of the hotel services but it was an enjoyable stay.
It's great hotel in Union Square and a Hilton property for all the point and status hunters. Prices are what they are and typically on par with other equivalent hotels. Just depends what conference is happening in town that week.
Excellent location. Close to city centre. Room cleaning service is good and well maintained. Elevator is awesomely fast.
was there for a breakfast buffet. Service was fine and up to par for your hotel chain.
Non peak and no major conventions in town. The price is perfect to book and get away. Low low
Staying here for a corporate event. The hotel rooms are very nice but I do get a bit of sound pollution coming in from outside and I'm on the 8th floor. Also, the food served for lunch has been mediocre and with little variety.
Great public facilities. Good location. Adequate rooms
A really nice hotel in a busy part of town. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection too
It's a nice hotel but being on the edge of tenderloin you'd want to either know your way around or be able to handle yourself.
Room is comfortable, they got "on the go" breakfast which was convenient, bathroom and carpet in the room was kinda old, location is comvenient if you want to take the bart, in union sq so you got plenty of places to go for shopping or food, front desk didn't go anything with me at check in so had to figure out where everything is myself (didn't want to ask him if he doesn't offer), don't get the whole alcatraz theme. 3.5 closer to 4 stars
Stayed for one night burning some Hilton points. The room was nice and clean with all the expected amenities. Even the wifi was good. Staff are all friendly and helpful.
Beautiful, spacious Hilton in the middle of the financial district. There is a BART station right across the street... Making transportation to and from the airport a breeze.
Great and very centrally located hotel. Always happy to return to San Francisco
It is very close to shopping centers, cafes, and other enjoyable things. The hotel provides many good services like a gym.
Not a value. Parking was extremely expensive and the room rate too high for this hotel not to have room service.
Great location, very professional staff (though not particularly engaging) and comfortable rooms. The only negative is that there were more than a couple strands of long hair around the bathroom.
Pretty much retro fitted the hotel in a very old building. Never updated anything including the elevators which were god awful! A lot of waiting in the lobby with a crowd of people hoping the next one would have room.
The Parc55 is an awesome upscale modern property. The rooms are upgraded and very comfortable I'd recommend the property to everyone
A very good hotel from Hilton.
Big clean rooms. Bathroom clean and big. Breakfast expensive but very tasty and plentiful. Loud street noise at night. Rooms are also badly soundproofed. Free WiFi only in the lobby. It is very expensive in the room.
Makes a very neat and clean impression.
A good address.
Great hotel. Great staff, Steven at front desk checked me in and was super professional and friendly And very very good at his job. Everything was great I recommend this hotel for everyone. Definitely best location as well!!
Great place to drop off your car. The valet service was easy. I used The Parkwhiz app to make it cheap for city parking.
Great location, attentive staff, and they treat Hhonor Diamond really well.
Downtown San Francisco location very clean but buzzing with high traffic of visitors! If you are driving parking at this location is pretty stiff...
This is a nice hotel located near Union Square. I came to visit a friend and the views from upper floors are awesome, especially at night. Beautiful lobby and friendly staff.
Great and comfortable rooms. Food options on hotel and not far away. Centrally located.
Anodine. Views from top floors were the highlight w/ rooms spacious if not lacking character. Menu pretty lame and overpriced. Odd service, sometimes super friendly other times cold and unfriendly.
Please be careful , new worker love kids , very famous in New Jersey and Florida D. Lemon love young boys and girls .
Had an overnight stay recently for a nearby conference. Higher end Hilton brand hotel in the middle of San Francisco. Received an upgraded room on west side of hotel. Nice view of part of city. Room was good but starting to get a little long in the tooth. One of the lamp shades was cracked and yellowing and at least one of the curtain pulls was fraying pretty badly. Both a little underwhelming for a 4 star hotel. Parking is crazy expensive at $67 a night. Neighborhood is definitely"urban" with a large amount of homeless. Overall the stay was fine as it was for business. Would I stay there on my own dime? Probably not. I know the area well and there are nicer places to stay if I was coming to the area to relax.
Very closed to the Powell station. But that s it. And their customer service were terrible to me. Eventually, I felt the discrimination from Hilton customer specialist center.
Decent hotel with a good view from every room. No room service and the only on site restaurant has very average offerings. Location is close to everything tenderloin can offer. Rooms need upgrade
Hotel is very nice, in a very convenient central location in San Francisco close to Powell BART in downtown.
Decent stay, service, and decor at reasonable price.
Nice corner room with three large windows. Room was spacious and had good quality pillows. I would come back!
Very nice hotel ... downtown close to everything
Complete and varied breakfast
Clean rooms without annoying noise
Friendly and willing staff.
Modern bathrooms ..
They should add a drinks vending machine on the floors and the minibar in the room should be with drinks (in our room it was empty)
Recommended hotel
Fancy upgraded hotel in an older building. On my visit there was a large exhibit about Alcatraz in the lobby which was interesting and a bit creepy. Starbucks and Walgreens within one block of walking makes for quick access to coffee and essentials. The in-house bar/restaurant is above average for this type of hotel.
Great hotel with a modern look and feel. We went for 2 nights in the king suite with a view and all I can say is wow, great value for the money in an excellent location. The staff on the 29th floor were very friendly. Follow Parc 55 on google+ for some great insights into San Francisco.
Staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean which is always welcome. Good amenities with tea and coffee provided. Shower has great pressure and is nice and warm.
Went there for an event Nice place, interesting elevator where you have to select your destination floor before entering an elevator
