I live in a little rural city in Arizona and our internet was as slow as molasses. One of paramount's sales reps came by my house and signed me up for high speed internet and discount TV. They saved me about $70 a month on my internet and TV bundle and my internet is about 8 times faster. If you're skeptical like i was...I say go for it. Paramount communication delivered.

Service is slow. And I'm locked in a two year contract. We originally switched bc they offered us a promotion to get cheaper internet. Hey what do u know they kept uping the price now I'm a year into my contract I'm paying $40 more a month than my original agreement. And more than my old internet company.. should have just stayed with Airbeam.

I have had this satellite internet service for over 4 years now, and it almost always performs as good or better than expected. I often find that my own service is working while my neighbors (who have non-satellite service) are having an outage or some such problem... I am happy to offer them to use my wifi while theirs gets fixed!

Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to the amazing people over there at Paramount Communications ... The Internet is AWESOME & FAST!! I am so excited... Paramount Communication's internet is about 6 or 7 times faster than CenturyLink or Airebeam. So far it's worked perfectly and it's super fast. I'm getting almost 18 Mbps just in case anyone else here in Arizona City is wondering. I highly recommend them.

I received their postcard in the mail. Called and signed up for internet and TV. Amy was super friendly and saved me about $80/month on both my services. The tech who arrived was great. Spent time to show me how to use the remote and DVR. My internet is so much more reliable and fast. Great company. 2 thumbs up!!

Paramount Communications is great. But what I like the best about them is that every time I've ever called them, Ive spoken to an intelligent ENGLISH-SPEAKING individual who actually listened and cared about my questions. It's a refreshing difference compared to most other companies who have their call centers in Philippines or Indonesia like CenturyLink and my credit card company. I believe these guys are local in Chandler. Anyway, I got my Internet and TV from them and I ve referred 4 of my neighbors out here in the Casa Grande/Arizona city area. We are all pleased.

Love it. Love it. Love it and love them!!!! All works wonderful and Shawn, the owner, even came out a few days after the installation to check on us and helped me setup my new DVD player that wasmt even a part of what they do. Highly highly recommend these guys!!!!

The people that work here are so amazing! They do the quickest installation and have fantastic prices for their internet, Tv cable and home security. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family :)

Wow o wow!!!! Such nice people. My salesman Shawn even drove to Walmart for me to pick up a roku stick so we could get Netflix.

Amazing!!!! I m totally a dinosaur when it comes to tech and Netflix. Shawn was so unbelievably helpful. I tried several other internet companies....no one ever helped me connect Netflix. Shawn stayed and helped me create an account, add to my roku and even showed me and downloaded Netflix to my phone for me. Way above and beyond. 6 stars for these guys!!!!

We live super in Super rural New Mexico and Paramount was able to connect our internet within 24 hours of us contacting them and signing up. All works great and the tech was super sharp and clean cut. my husband and i are not easily impressed...but paramount really did a great job

So far im not impressed at all had youre service for about 2 hrs and cant get thru a show without it buffering every 10 seconds since you offer "more mbps" why is it buffering? Absolute nonsense

Very happy with the service so far. The set-up took only a couple hours & we finally had fast internet at our house. We live in an area with not much cable coverage & the speed we're getting now with satellite is very impressive. Couldn't be happier. Thanks for the quick install. Highly recommended.

We've had a great experience with Paramount Communications! I have to admit that Directv is not my favorite company to deal with, but Shawn from Paramount has helped enormously with everything from adding the Sunday ticket, to moving our service from one house to the next. Him and his crew are friendly and easy to work with and they always follow up to make sure we are happy. Much better than dealing with Directv!

worst company ever, tells you everything you want to hear when you purchase, unlimited and sells you modem. then viasat states you did not pay 300 for modem and not unlimited. paramount pushes you off to viasat and doesn't want to deal with customer service. BEWARE and STAY AWAY from this company!!!

I live in the country where internet isn t available except thru the phone company. I was surprised to see an ad for internet at my home. I only had about 2-3 download and .005 upload with the phone company, but Paramount said they could get me 12mbps download speed and 3 upload. So we gave it a shot and I couldn t be happier. My download speed averages 17.2mbps and upload is now 3.1. So better than advertised. Also the tech Mike that came to install did a great job running the wire as I requested.

Kyle lied and then promised to fix it for the next 4 days and did NOTHING .
Never called back the 3 times he said he would so that I finally called aftrr 4 days and was COMMITTED TO A 2 YEAR AGREEMENT.
I called him within 24 hours of install. NOT HAPPY...
Was lucky that they waived the $400 cancellation fee...WTH??
Slowest wifi I've ever had.
TERRIBLE SPEEDS.
Hope I can save even one person from my TERRIBLE experience.

Great service!!! Very knowledgeable with their services and excellent follow up with installation . We live in Rimrock, AZ and Shawn did a speed test for us and showed up we were getting 1.2 mbps with Centurylink. After they installed our their awesome internet, its 15 times faster. so pleased. Thank you paramount Communications!!

DO NOT use this company to have your internet, dish network, or directv installed. I had them come out and install my internet and they told me that it was a two year contract but the contract says 3 years. I was going to have them install dish network but I called dish network directly. I have tried to contact the owner Shawn for 3 days and no return call. Your better off to call the satellite or internet company directly if you want good service. I would ve gave this company 0 stars but it wouldn t let me.

We are way out in winkleman, AZ amd Paramount came out here amd saved us $150 month. So helpful

love the internet i got installed last week. We live up in Concho, Az. not a lot of options...but we saw their sign, called and spoke with a super nice lady. She was helpful and patient with my 29 questions. Finally took plunge and ordered....tech was on time and clean-cut. Joe Even helped setup 2 computers for us. 6 stars if i could for these guys
