pretty rude, lady answered phone try to tell her about my company and she hung up on me! Rude! I hope they don't treat all customers, vendors or anyone else like this. During these difficult times any call could be your last maybe check on who you are hanging up on

We live on an Indian reservation in the Apache mountains in the city of Whiteriver. We got a post card from paramount saying they have the fastest internet in town. We had called frontier and frontier said they had run out of boxes and have a 2 year waiting list...so we went with Paramount Communications for our High speed internet and we are extremely pleased with the reliability and speed. Shawn the agent who took our order was super helpful..

A really professional guy came by our house and offered internet and Tv that was faster and less expensive. We were a bit skeptical, but looked this company up and saw the 4.6 stars and all the positive reviews...so we gave the nice guy a chance.....and WOW!!!!!!! we are so glad we took the chance. our internet our here in rural AZ is now at least 6 to 7 times faster than before after having paramount come out and upgrade us. thank you Paramount!!!

Cable companies don't reach my mother so we've been researching satellite costs. Spoke with Shawn and they put together a package that fits her needs & keeps her connected. Very easy and price is good.

Shawn was the best he was very helpful he explained everything we got both TV and internet. His technician was very helpful and we live off grid and everything works great my son even play xbox on line with it
