My experience here was not what I expected and unfortunately have to give this place a one star. I spoke with a gentle named Sean over text messages and I had the impression that my credit was accepted and was brought into discuss numbers for a specific vehicle. I come in and was assigned to another male who was apparently the manager also named Sean or Shawn and off the bat, his demeanor came off as someone who was not willing to help their customers. Instead of discussing numbers like I was told, he only discussed my credit history and how he would take over this sale. Not to mention how he would be the one having to do all the convincing to the bank to approve me. Instead of receiving assistance, I was felt as I was being judged.

He stated he wouldn't be able to help me get a 2006 BMW due to the liability but was able to help me get a 2015 Honda or a Lexus. I spoke to a bank that same day and had their opinion on the situation and they stated the year of the vehicle shouldn t matter nor the liability based off the year of a vehicle.That just simply shows his pure laziness and lack of care for his customers. Very disappointed.

He mentioned the engine was replaced but on the car facts, there was no signs or statements stating the engine was actually replaced. In the beginning, he right off the bat said the vehicle would most likely not be able to be brought in for me to see due to it being fixed but as I was pulling out, another gentleman brought it in.

These guys sold me a truck for nearly 30 thousand dollars that had a blown head gasket!! Sam the owner wont help at all. I only drove the truck for 200 miles and found it pushing coolant out of the radiator. I now have a 5500.00 repair bill not to mention it wont pass safety check because there is no horn and no front license plate. Stay far away from these crooks. I'm now stuck because "AS IS" I expect to have to fix little things on a used truck but rebuild the engine??? Steer clear because Sam Lin only cares about money not people.

Long time standing in auto business stand up people, Sam, and Sean are great guys if they can help you they will...make sure your Happy. If they can't they will let you know what needs to be done to get what you want .......Aloha..... great selection of Automobiles........Exotic, imports , customs.....etc.

I do not put places down this one is posted bad credit no credit will help you 0 financing it's not true not true! Advertising is false for hopeful people I went with a couple people very let down flat out. Prices also are way too high

This is really good place to sell the car, if you have good condition of car. I went to couple of places to sell my Lexus. This shop gave me best price.

Getting the car was super simple and the salesman who helped me was extremely nice. When I got the car I was told there were minor issues; curbed rims, cracked film on headlights, needed new rear tires, etc. now that I ve actually been driving the car it s had to be towed to their shop twice and it s only been 3 weeks. I was told I was buying a vehicle that was all checked up and ready to go. Nobody once said I d be buying a lemon. My car has been in their shop since Monday and I m picking it up today (Friday). There s no reason it should take 5 days to replace a fuel pump. The prices are pretty high but they re willing to negotiate to a reasonable amount. Honestly I would ve trusted AutoLand more than this place.

These guys are crooks. They sold me a POS car that eventually got repoed. I already spent more than 6gs in repairs on top of a 23000 loan! Don't buy from this corrupt dealership

Never really write reviews but I had to do for Auto Xchange just cause this was one of the realist dealers i have ever worked with. They did everything to get me the right car with the right payments. My salesman Edward was very friendly and helpful through my whole experience with them.

Auto X-Change is great place to buy a vehicle. They have a huge selection of vehicles to choose from. Aside from the vehicles, the staff are awesome, they make sure to explore all options to get someone in a vehicle and communicate with them as well during the process. Check these guys out for sure, I'll definitely be back.

Terrible customer service. 3 times they agreed to send additional pictures then failed to follow through.

Guys are very professional. Im sure it had to be the fastest time ive ever been at a dealership. Place is kind of small and in prime traffic spot but that is to be expected when your right in the middle Honolulu. Cars in show room are super nice so you know they have some good clientele. I recommend checking them out.

Crooks. I went in and made a fair offer for a vehicle and they said come back and we ll do the paperwork. An hour later when I came back someone had come in and offered to pay full price. That mysterious person never showed up but I kept getting calls after I left seeing if I d pay closer to the already extremely high sticker price.

They try and start price wars and WILL take advantage of you if they figure out you re new to the islands.

Super friendly staff!! Their show room features many top end models, definitely check them out if you're shopping for a vehicle. Ask for Dave, he's an auto X-Pert and patiently showed me all the features of the car I was looking at as we took it around the area. Great overall experience!

For anyone military GO HERE! I have owned and purchased many vehicles and this has been the most genuine, honest service I have ever received. As an active duty service member I wish these guys had chains across the country. From my family to Dave and Joe, THANK YOU, truly made us feel like Ohana.

Viewing and initially getting the vehicle I wanted went very smooth here. My salesman (bob) was great to deal with and was very polite etc. My issue was with getting what they owed me and their bad finance practices. I was owed the second key (which was in another location for some reason) and a cargo net for the back that was missing. It went from a couple days to a couple weeks before I got them and I had to constantly call to get any sort of update. The biggest issue though was that l I got my 10 day payoff amount the day I left with the vehicle and it wasn't paid off for over a month. This resulted with me paying 2 more payments on the vehicle I no longer had so I wouldn't get impacted negatively (fees, missed payments on my credit etc). After the first 10 days I called just about every day and was repeatedly told the owner was out of town so I'd have to wait for their return. No date. No time. This went on for weeks and was annoying and I didn't ever get a call from them with any update. When the vehicle was FINALLY paid off they didn't pay the amount agreed on in the paperwork. They called my bank and got the 10 day payoff after a month of them having the car so after my 2 payments went through. After multiple calls and visits they agreed to give me the difference of what they paid and what we agreed on. This still left me close to $100 short due to the daily interest I acquired after the initial 10 day payoff amount wasn't paid on time. Their reply was "it's your responsibility to take care of your payments until it clears". Overall, I wouldn't recommend due to the poor customer service from everyone except my salesman. Never again. I'd take my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Sean (MGR) and and another Sean (sales) who always returned my calls even after I purchased the vehicle . Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles being sold. I would recommend this place to my military and government employee friends on the island. Their customer service was second to none .

I purchased the 2011 Benz GLK 350 that was recently brought into the dealership. The vehicle driver s leather seat was ripped on the part where you sit , and there was some shaking in the rear of the vehicle but Sean assures me that the repairs would be made . He put the repairs into the contract before the contract was signed .

It took about two weeks for the car to be called in for the repair of the shaking and repair of the leather seat . I m happy to say I was given a nice VW loaner for a couple of day but the seat looks brand new, the leather was replaced and the shaking is gone . They even fixed my ABS warning light that came on on the house . I m a happy customer and will proudly recommend the dealership !
