The people I encountered were all very wonderful but good luck getting ahold of anyone. (DUI related) When I needed to schedule my CRN evaluation, it took at least a month of me calling and leaving voicemails for them to return my call. After that, they don't take payments at the class and make you call this center to pay. I've been trying all morning to get ahold of someone to make a payment AGAIN. I called to make a payment days ago and they must have done it wrong and it didn't process.. It seems like PA takes DUI so seriously, but the workers make it IMPOSSIBLE to pay or move forward with anything!!!

I really like it they help me with my granddaughter.

They couldn't help me with GI issue but they did help me with another issue my other doctor couldn't. So 5 stars. Had Dr Lu most recently. She was excellent. Jennifer Conway was my doctor before and she is great too

They give you so man different ways to accommodate your needs.

My doctors office. I can't say anything bad about this place. I love this doctor, I will always trust UPMC. Never anything else. UPMC forever fellas. I know that's my personal opinion, but this place is the best. Great care, friendly staff, expert care,what more could you ask for?

Oh my God I'm going to tell you what Pittsburgh Mercy or I know as PA serves this establishment is excellent. I am a veteran I got into a head-on collision in September I came up here and VA Hospital hooked me up with PA serves I want to let you know right now Kevin Carmichael is an outstanding employee. I talked to Kevin for probably 3 months on the phone he went out of his way to do everything that he possibly could for me I finally got to meet him face-to-face on Valentine's Day and he is an extra extraordinary individual. Kevin really comes through to help people like I said he is an outstanding outstanding employee I love you Kevin you are the best there should be more people like you in the world you are an excellent role model you are an excellent resource person great job great great job thank you Kevin Carmichael you are the best!

So much good is done in this organization, especially for people who really need help

As I haved stay 2-3 weeks in this facility, I would rate this place a 2/5. Some of the staff members were nice while others seemed like they did not want to be there. The schooling program was great considering they had kids from many different grades. They made do with what they had. The food was not pleasant overall. It was okay care. I kind of felt like I was in a boot camp.

Not a very nice hospital and they were wrong in my diagnosis.

Good luck calling this number to ask for drug and alcohol help. We got transfered 4 or 5 times then the lady who answered basically talked us out of getting help. We're calling somewhere else for help. Good luck. Oh...when they transfer you they dont even say "hold a minute" or anything.

Their parking lot is ridiculous And there hospital is confusing as ever.. Is not for me and for people who have problems getting around or elderly people.. To get anywhere is amazing and very Confusing

horrible environment. some of the staff was nice, others were so rude i couldn t stand them. gave me medications i hade allergic reactions to. when i would throw up everyday and cry in pain, they didn t believe me and kept me on it. the food was horrible, i had one pillow on a crappy matress, and a dresser as a room. it made me so much worse.

They give you appointments and then the Doctor isn't even there.. waste of time !!
