This company does not care whatsoever about your perceived quality of service. My gym (French Riviera Spa) is charging an exorbitant amount for lazy trainers who play on their phone during your workout. I explain this to customer support at Paramount and they claim that they will only cancel the account if I move out of the area or am medically unable to train. They truly do not give a fig about your customer experience. Complain to the gym and they refer you to the uncaring staff at Paramount, and then Paramount says "aww shucks that's too bad but we won't let you out of the contract." That's fine, you're not getting anymore of my money and I will dispute any sort of collection claims that you have.
