Chris Perez and the Paradise team helped me buy the Corvette I was really looking for and helped me with the sale even though I am a Nevada resident. Their price was excellent, there were no "surprises" or annoying add-ons, and they've been helpful after the sale as well.

Sam and Paul were more than willing to help me with my many many decision changes. I wasn't sure if I wanted a smaller truck, or a large truck. Sam helped me along and didn't pressure me one bit. This was very refreshing after coming from Huntington Beach Chrysler where they came back with a number that didn't even make sense (32000 dollar truck, they wanted 10000 down and a 800 dollar a month payment for 7 years on a good credit score.) And when I said no, its too high, they just said ok....have a nice day. I have forever been a Chrysler person, and Paradise Chevrolet turned me around. I will now be a Chevy guy. ANYWAYS, Sam did an amazing job in helping me find the truck I wanted. And he's a great guy as well. Paul is also excellent.

Corresponded with Ruby over email about a 2017 Volt. I get to the front desk and they don't know who Ruby is. Probably should have taken that as a sign... Two different sales reps, over an hour of waiting and lots of pushing with their financing even though I made it clear that I already had my own. I felt like we could get reasonably close to a deal but the starting offer was so bad, that I was out of patience. As I was leaving, there was suddenly more room to deal but I had enough. I had three area trade appraisals and they were the worst of the three. They have their profit margins to maintain but I think they could have started talking numbers on the car much earlier so that we didn't waste so much time. I didn't feel like my time was valued. Moss Bros gave me a better initial offer over email on a similar model Volt which was about two thousand less than what Paradise started with. Of course Moss Bros is a bunch of shady salesman, or so I was told... I guess we'll find out this weekend!

The team at Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac is amazing! Lou Long did a test drive with us on the 2019 Chevy Trax LT. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and thorough he was. He made sure I was seated comfortably before we set off and explained all the features of the car in depth. We came in from a long day of car hunting, discouraged and tired of all the gimmicks other dealerships were pushing. I went to Paradise Chevrolet with very little hope that I would get a car that I wanted and loved. With so many factors against me purchasing a car, new or used, I went in with the mind frame that I wasn't going to be leaving with a new vehicle. I met with Joe Di Gioia and he showed me a few cars I instantly fell in love with, but being on a strict price range we were limited on options. We needed a car with plenty space and something with great MPG, gas prices today are REDICULOUS!! We decided to try our hand at the Chevy Cruze. Joe told us time and time again that at Paradise Chevy, they will do everything possible to get us in the car we wanted, and boy was he RIGHT!! We had one major road block, we needed an automatic and that model was just out of our price range. We ended up walking the lot again and choosing a manual that we liked. Everything from that point on seemed like a done deal. To our surprise, Joe held up to what he told us, the manager walked up to my wife and I and told us congratulations, you are the owner of a brand new 2012 Chevy Cruze Automatic!!! Joe was an excellent salesman, never felt rushed, very knowledgeable and fought for us to get the car we wanted from step 1. I have never had a car buying experience begin and end so well. We are very blessed and say thank you to Joe Di Gioia and the Paradise Team for treating us as valued customers and not a paycheck. My experience at Paradise Chevrolet was a very positive one. I contacted a sales associate, Jerwin Mendigorin, and told him what I was looking for. After a brief search he called me back and told me of a Chevy Volt that was perfect for me. After I arrived, Jerwin was a perfect host to my two daughters, making sure they were entertained and he even made fresh popcorn for them! The no-pressure sales process went very smoothly and I was even able to catch the second half of a good football game! Terry Gilmore and Paradise Chevrolet have built a fabulous reputation since opening for not only great customer service and an excellent service department, but also for supporting the local community. I don't think any individual or company in the area has done more for our local charities and fundraising events. My wife's previous car was totalled and my first thought was to head to Paradise Chevrolet and shop for a replacement vehicle. Becky Young helped us from the start and went above and beyond to make our experience very simple and hastle free. She let us drive a Chevy Equinox for the weekend to see if that's what we really wanted and we ended up buying that same car. It was exactly what we were looking for, nice ride, loaded with many great standard features, excellent mileage, and a good looking car. We told Becky to write it up and asked for the best deal we could get. She was very fair and after all the paperwork was complete, she gave us an excellent tutorial of all the car's features, which was very helpful and impressive!! I bought a car last Tuesday with Jordan Engel and I love my decision. The staff was extremely friendly and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. I told them what I needed and what I could handle, they worked their best and did a better job than I asked. I was given a tour of the grounds and introduced to people that if I had problems I could go to. I have always felt like another pay check at other dealerships but this was different, it was truly a team working together to make a customer happy even when she was as picky as I was! I recently bought a certified used 2009 Avalanche from Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac, but Diego in service treats her like she's a new corvette, even if I'm only getting an oil change. I had a check engine light due to a faulty evap unit and Paradise replaced the entire assembly. I had the same experience with a 2004 Tahoe that I bought new at Paradise, they replaced the entire sunroof mechanism when the switch was working intermitently. Great warranty coverage from GM also! I'm continually impressed that the employees at Paradise are just as attentive to the customer after the sale as they are before the sale. I look forward to doing continued business with the dealership.

We purchased a 2013 CTS-V from Larry Bodkin in June. He greeted us at the door, walked us through all the features of the car and was very knowledgeable on every detail. His enthusiasm led us to a test drive on the 15. The car goes fast! We didn't feel pressured by Larry to make an immediate decision, but we came back the next day to get it. It ended up getting late in the day, but everyone assured us that they didn't mind staying to help us out. It is now August and we still love the car. We go out to explore CA each weekend. Being from the East coast there is a big list of places to visit.

I have a caddy and it has only been serviced here a man named Scott has taken care of me for over 10 yrs. The service can't be be beat I bought my caddy there and I will buy my next caddy thete. I also got them down by 10 grand from sticker price they should have hired me haha.

Came in to have my car's scheduled oil change. I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment arrived at 10:10 a.m. I was waiting for my car to be completed and was told it should be done in about 1 hour. More than 3 hours later my car was still not completed!!! I will not have any maintenance other than the free oil changes done at this dealership EVER!!! Not sure what the reason is to make an appointment is with this kind of scheduling!

Giving a big shout out to Ryan and everyone at Paradise Chevrolet & Cadillac in Temecula. Their customer service is so great! From the people who answer the phones, to the service reps and service techs, to the guys who drive me home in a shuttle. Everyone is on their game, professional, personable, fast and courteous and I acknowledged them today with my homemade hot cross buns. I appreciate them. Here's the story...The other week I brought my Volt in (bought it there too) to be serviced and fix the heater. The heater part was out of stock nationwide, so I got the car back after the regular service, and then about a week later Ryan called and said come on back we have the part. Since it was a return trip I got a free courtesy car. I mentioned to the woman at their car/rental & body shop about some door dings and a possible quote. She asked me if I bought the car there and I said "Yes" and she said I get free door ding removals. What? No way! She asked "Do they need to be painted?", I said yes and she said oh, yeah it's only for door dings that don't require any painting. Of course. Too good to be true, right? So before leaving I told Ryan to have a look at my 2 good sized door dings (a rock hit the door, BAD) and I just expected a quote from the body shop. Car was ready later that day. We returned the courtesy rental picked up our Volt, heater worked like a charm and guess what? They FIXED THE 2 BIG DOOR DINGS! Their door ding guy is Keith Walker of All Out Paintless Dent Removal. Where the paint scratches were, he simply camouflaged it! Unless I point it out to you, you wouldn't know! I was SOOOOO HAPPY! I couldn't believe it! I had been driving around with these embarassing giant dings for months. I was already happy with them and wanted to acknowledge their good work, but this was truly the cherry on top. So my hat is off to you Paradise Chevrolet Service! You guys are awesome! Thank you!

Bought a car here for my daughter Mario helped me great guy.No problem with sales staff. Bought it on 2-08-2019 its now 5-5-2019 and I have not received my tags. I have a rear plate with expired tags from 12-2018 yes about 5 months. She is unable to drive it to school as they require current registration. Ive called and they said they were having problems with title that was about a week ago. I was planing on making this my place to go for buying cars and trucks for my work. But i guess ill be going to try the new Anderson Chevrolet store in Lake Elsinore.

My wife and I went in needing a commuter car when our old '97 Sable died. Our salesman, Alphonso, listened to what we needed and only showed us cars that fit our needs. My husband ordered the new 2015 Suburban and Lance walked us through the order process, negotiated a great price and even delivered the car to our home 75 miles away. He also explained/trained us on the numerous features the new Suburban offers. It's pretty amazing and will work well for our 3 boys. Paradise Chevrolet is a class act.

My husband is a Chevrolet man. This is his third Chevrolet from Paradise. When we walked in we was so excited to see our neighbor Mallory working there. He was awesome. He was entertaining and funny. He walked my husband through every item on his new Silverado truck. Which is really important because my husbands 2006 Silverado did not have a lot of the amenities that the 2015 Silverado has now. Big Red (2006 Silverado) had over 300,000 miles on it. What a great truck so why not get another one. The whole experience was stress free. We told them what we had to give and they worked with it and came back with a deal that we could do. That is the experience you want when you go to a dealership because no one wants a car payment but if you have to have one it needs to be in your budget. Paradise and Mallory did just that. We came in late Friday night during memorial day weekend just to look at trucks. It was right before closing and we didn't even have our car we wanted to trade with us. Michael was patient, honest, and just worked hard to make sure we got the truck we love at the right price. They gave us a blind appraisal on our trade that was very fair. Michael does not pressure you and will go out of his way to make sure you're happy. I love my new 2019 Silverado. This is the second time we've bought from Paradise (first was in 2008) and the experience was great both times (hard to say this about most dealerships). My husband and I have looked at several cars and test drove them. We even had drove the same car we purchased. We decided to try another place and went there only to be disappointed. We returned to Paradise and spoke to Bob Graham again and redrove the same car we drove the first time and found it to be what we should have bought to begin with. Bob made us feel very comfortable and no pressure to purchase anything we didn't want. He made sure the car that we drove was the one we wanted. He is a really nice person to work with and made us feel like we had known him for a really long time. My expericance started with a phone call. Cj Collins answered all my questions over the phone and scheduled an appointment for my wife and I to finish up our deal. His manager Christian was helpful and respected our time and financial situation. Both guys did a great job and my wife loves her new Suburban. See u guys for my Silverado!

Our salesman Ramiro Perez greeted us quickly knew his products and was easy to work with, this was an easy transaction with none of the usual nonsense you often get at other dealerships.
The finance guy Matt Mencio handled the signing of the papers quickly and was also pleasant to work with. In fact our whole transaction was very fast and we drove home in our new car faster then any other dealership we have ever purchased from.
The almost the next day we received an added bonus in the from of free oil changes at Paradise. Overall it was a great experience.

We had a very positive experience and my car was well taken care of. We got a ride to the mall while my car was getting the 30K service, the oil change and new brakes. We were able to have a delicious lunch at the mall and then we went to see a movie and when the car was done, we got picked up at the mall and we were taken back to the dealer. So I had a date with my husband while the car was getting done. Thank you for the great service and for a fun day.

Service area mostly. Crew is professional and quick to attend. While waiting for my car, I wandered around the new cars. The lot was huge and full. For a dealership, it didn't suck.

He was awesome and fought hard to get us the best deal on our new 2019 Chevy Traverse! I am so happy with my new car and my payment! I am totally amazed! I went to Paradise Chevrolet on New Year's eve because I had an appointment with Denny Crawford to possibly purchase a new car and I did not have very high hopes that that's what would happen. As I said, I am totally amazed. My experience with Denny and everyone at Paradise Chevrolet was wonderful. I found Denny to be a very down to earth, kind, and sincere individual. Definitely NOT how you would picture a car salesman. I ended up purchasing the car I went there to buy, a 2013 Sonic, and had a fantastic experience. It went fast, smooth, and completely painless. Denny's attitude was so refreshing and positive. He made me feel like there was no way I would leave without the exact car that I wanted. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I recently bought a Chevy Cruz from Joe Digioia at Paradise Chevy. My husband and I have been looking for an affordable commuter car for the past month. Our experience with Joe and Paradise was awesome!! It was really easy and once we found the one we wanted, and we were able to secure financing and bring it home that day. We are really happy with the car and so glad that we had such an awesome experience. Usually buying a car is stressful and the salesmen we have dealt with in the past were all so pushy. Joe was not like this AT ALL!! He was really couterous and relaxed. He was really knowlegable about everything and was able to answer all of our questions. Just had to update my review because Paradise went above and beyond. To give some background, I had ordered my 2020 Camaro back in Jan, but due to Covid-19 the transportation of my vehicle was delayed (no fault to Paradise). It finally arrived on July 3rd and I went to finish the purchase on July 5th, which meant it was purchased over a holiday. We arrived at a deal and I went home with the car that night. Two days later, I received a call from Paradise finance dept saying they had heard back from another bank (late due to holiday) and that my interest rate and payment would be lower. I've never even heard of this kind of service level from a dealership.

Thanks again to everyone at Paradise. You all made this car purchase a very pleasant experience. You have gained a customer for life and I will tell everyone I know to buy from Paradise from now on.

Recently had to upgrade our family vehicle. Fell in love with the Traverse! Fits everyone comfortably, drives smooth, looks beautiful and has many safety features.
