Came in to have my car's scheduled oil change. I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment arrived at 10:10 a.m. I was waiting for my car to be completed and was told it should be done in about 1 hour. More than 3 hours later my car was still not completed!!! I will not have any maintenance other than the free oil changes done at this dealership EVER!!! Not sure what the reason is to make an appointment is with this kind of scheduling!
